With the large-scale development of distributed generations(DGs) and the connection into the main grid of active distribution networks(ADNs), traditional centralized dispatch of power system has encountered enormous challenge. In a bilateral electricity market, introducing ADN resources in the day-ahead generation schedule will not only enrich the dispatch patterns to the power system,but also reflect the initiative of ADNs. This paper proposes a coordinated scheduling model of power system with a plurality of ADNs based on multi-agent system where ADN agents are brought in the day-ahead market *** process of market clearing and the dispatch of DGs in ADNs are independent with each other but linked together through the market clearing price(MCP) and bid *** optimal operating point of the whole system is achieved through multiple information exchange. In comparison with the dispatch without interaction between ADNs and the market operator(MO), the coordinated scheduling model is applied in a system with four ADNs to verify that the proposed method can improve the overall interests of ADNs. Finally, the effects of storage device and tie-line power limit are analyzed.

Heat storage systems with multiple heat sources play an important role in consuming extra wind power.A reasonable scheduling strategy for a hybrid system with multiple heat and electric sources could provide greater economic ***,the present scheduling methods primarily focus on extra wind power consumption *** paper aims to develop a coordinated dispatching method that targets the maximum extra wind power consumed and highest economic benefit of the hybrid energy system as the optimization objective.A two-step coordinated dispatching method is proposed,where the first step focuses on optimizing the extra wind power consumed by coordinating the consumption quota for different types of energy sources at the system level and distributes the consumption share for every unit within each type of energy source,thereby maximizing fuel savings and economic benefits in the second *** effectiveness of the approach is demonstrated using simulation results for an electric-heat hybrid *** with two existing dispatching methods,the scheduling strategy presented in this paper could consume more extra wind power and provide higher fuel savings and economic benefits.

This article considers the problem of directing a family of fully actuated surface vessels to cooperatively follow a set of convex and closed orbits with a time-invariant reference orbital velocity and maintain attitude synchronization. A consensusbased adaptive control law under a bidirectional communication topology is proposed to estimate the reference orbital velocity so that the restriction that every vessel in the family must have access to the reference in the previous literature can be *** assumption of nonzero total linear speed of each vessel is removed by the use of potential function. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

During the post_flare phase of an eruptive two_ribbon flare on February 4, 1995, the Soft X_ray Telescope (SXT) on board Yohkoh observed the rapid brightening of a set of large scale coronal loops (150-200 Mm in length). Simultaneously, coordinated ground_based observations reveal a co_incident H α surge event. To our knowledge, no H α surge event coincident with the large scale coronal brightening observed by Yohkoh has been reported. The possible mechanisms for the concurrent cool plasma ejection and the filling of the hot coronal loops are discussed. It is found that magnetic reconnection between a magnetic arcade and an overlying large scale coronal structure may account for the coincident events. Big amount of magnetic energy was converted into both mechanic energy (about 10 22 J) in the mass ejection and thermal radiation (10 23 J) contained in the large SXR loops.

We investigate couplings between variables of attitude dynamics for a hypersonic aircraft,and present a nonlinear robust coordinated control scheme for ***,we design three kinds of coordinated factors to restrain the strong ***,we use projection mapping to estimate the uncertain nonlinear functions of the *** the coordinated factors and the designed control laws,we obtain a coordinated torque and assign it to the control deflection commands by using the allocation matrix.A stability analysis demonstrates that all the signals of the closed-loop system are uniformly and fully ***,the robust coordinated performance of the designed scheme is verified through numerical simulations.

Traditional seawater desalination requires high amounts of energy, with correspondingly high costs and limited benefits, hindering wider applications of the process. To further improve the comprehensive economic benefits of seawater desalination, the desalination load can be combined with renewable energy sources such as solar energy, wind energy, and ocean energy or with the power grid to ensure its effective regulation. Utilizing energy internet(EI) technology, energy balance demand of the regional power grid, and coordinated control between coastal multi-source multi-load and regional distribution network with desalination load is reviewed herein. Several key technologies, including coordinated control of coastal multi-source multi-load system with seawater desalination load, flexible interaction between seawater desalination and regional distribution network, and combined control of coastal multi-source multi-load storage system with seawater desalination load, are discussed in detail. Adoption of the flexible interaction between seawater desalination and regional distribution networks is beneficial for solving water resource problems, improving the ability to dissipate distributed renewable energy, balancing and increasing grid loads, improving the safety and economy of coastal power grids, and achieving coordinated and comprehensive application of power grids, renewable energy sources, and coastal loads.

Crystal structure of pyridine and methanol axially coordinated 1,4,8,11,15,18,22,25-octabutyloxyphthalocyaninatocobalt(II)(viz. α-octabutyloxyphthalocyaninatocobalt) [(n-BuO)8Pc]. Co(Py)(MeOH) (1) was determined by X-ray diffraction methods. Crystal data: monoclinic, space group P21/n, Z = 4, a = 1.06482(4), b = 3.5487(2), c = 1.79428(9) nm, β=103.246(2)°, V = 6.5792(5) nm3, μ = 0.325 mm-1. The result shows that the ring skeleton of 1 maintains planar conformation, which is similar to that of unsubstituted phthalocyanine but is remarkably different from the saddle shape conformation of 1,4,8,11,15,18,22,25-octabutyloxyphthalocyaninatocopper (II) [(n-BuO)8Pc]Cu(2), which has no axial coordination. In the structure of 1, the substituents butyloxy groups of 1 somewhat deviate from the ring plane, while pyridine and methanol are coordinated to the center atom Co from opposite sides of the ring plane. In addition, all molecules are stacked along axis a to form one-dimensional molecule chain, the neighboring molecules in the chain overlap to some extent with a benzene ring and a distance of 0.3565 nm.
