Grain drying is a heat and mass transferring process in a multivariate-coupling, nonlinear, long-delay and unsteady state. A precise and practical control system is necessary for achieving the drying goals. Model predictive control system has been developed to an influential method on both theory and application as an optimized control strategy based on model prediction since the late 1970s. It’s especially effective in control multivariate, strong time variation and nonlinear system. Mathematics predictive model , data sampling and transferring mechanism , and progressive optimization strategy were developed to construct a kind of model predictive controller for paddy dryer. Grain deep-bed drying process analytical theory was applied to the moisture content distribution model to predict the future moisture content result according to history information and expected output. The dynamic real-time sampling of moisture contents and data stack saving routine were designed to transfer parameters to processing unit. Feedback compensation was adopted to modify the offset of measured and predicted outputs. It’s optimized in quadratic performance index function after comparing with the set value. Then the control value of next n sampling periods was obtained. And when the measured output values were returned to predictive model, the loops that were "prediction, optimization, execution, output, prediction", acted persistently. As a result, the controller could always supply current optimization control value no matter how much the control members and disturbance changed. The test results show that the control system can work accurately in dynamic temperature variation between –35°C and +40°C and moisture content variation between 8%wb and 35%wb. The ununiformity of output moisture content was less than 1%;the rice cracking increase was less than 3% and the offset of output to expected moisture content is less than ±0.5%wb. So this controller is reliable, stable and accurate

Aiming at the problems of VAV air-conditioning control system, such as low expansibility, low universality and high implementation cost, this paper proposes a new distributed and flat control system based on swarm intelligence, which is composed of basic unit, communication network, calculation and control algorithm. By building a self-organizing and selfidentifying network of intelligent nodes in VAV air conditioning system, intelligent agents of intelligent nodes in each area of the building are used to collect, process and send neighbor information, so as to realize the distributed computing control by transforming the control strategy into intelligent nodes. The results show that the control system has strong practicability and expansibility, low implementation cost, good energy-saving effect and good application value.

In this paper, the mathematical model of induction motor based on rotor indirect field orientation in synchronous frame is introduced. Based on this, the current controller and the speed controller are designed in the indirect field-oriented space vector control system. The parameter is adjusted using the engineering design method and the three-phase asynchronous motor is controlled using SVPWM control strategy. The control system is simulated by MATLAB. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme is feasible and the space vector control system has a good dynamic respond.

In order to solve the shortcomings of the traditional smart home server, the development and implementation of a novel embedded smart home control system based on STM32F407VGT6 microprocessor and μC/OS-II embedded real-time operating system is proposed in this paper. The hardware implementation and software design of embedded smart home control system based on STM32 are described in detail. The proposed hardware architecture is composed of remote user application terminals, the terminal control unit and various terminals distributed in different rooms. The communication between the terminal control unit and the field terminals is implemented using ZigBee technology. Moreover, the temperature and humidity digital composite sensors DHT11 are used to collect real-time data of temperature and humidity in different rooms. Then, the dual-band GSM/GPRS module SIM800A is selected for information transmission of sensor data and remote commands. The final experimental results show that the remote terminal can realize the control of the field intelligent appliances. Remote users can also easily browse the household temperature and humidity data using the mobile APP or the web page.

In accordance with the higher and higher tension control accuracy,using fuzzy controller in tension control system is *** tension control model is deduced based on an aluminum cold rolling mill,and the fuzzy controller for tension control system is *** analysis in dynamic performance between traditional PID controller and fuzzy self-tuning PID controller is done by MATLAB *** simulation results show that fuzzy self-tuning PID controller has stronger robustness,faster response than traditional PID controller.

＜正＞Template technique is a combination of special kind of tasks which predefined and performed. It can be easily applied and expanded. Now this kind of concept is introduced into textile machine design. Different type of textile machineries may have different characteristics. They should be used in different areas. But there are still some basic methodologies which are common to all textile machinery. In this case, template based design could find their way in these areas. A reasonable template can decrease person’s duplicated work in design procedure obviously and hurry up of development of production. The Jacquard is a typical mechanism in textile machine. In the weaving machine, flat knitting machine, sock knitting machine, and warp knitting machine the Jacquard mechanism is basic equipment. Though the mechanical design is different, but the control object and control methodology is alike. It can use the template method to design the control system and hardware. This article present a new method of design for control system based on template in textile machinery.

Nanometer two-dimensional platform can realize the accurate positioning of X and Y coordinate, and it is the important parts of Nanometer Coordinate Measuring Machines（Nano-CMM）,in order to realize the demand of large scale nanometer position, the magnetic stage is adopted, and magnetic stage control system is researched in this paper,and designed the current loop, velocity loop and position loop controller, and the affection of variable control parameters are researched, and at last the magnetic stage system is realized.
