Reuse of clips in cartoon animation based on language instructions

This paper describes a new framework for reusing hand-drawn cartoon clips based on language understanding ap- proach. Our framework involves two stages: a preprocessing phase, in which a hand-drawn clip library with mixed architecture is constructed, and the on-line phase, in which the domain dependent language instructions parsing is carried out and clips in the clip library are matched by use of some matching values calculated from the information derived from instruction parsing. An im- portant feature of our approach is its ability to preserve the artistic quality of clips in the produced cartoon animations.

Exploring Hits-Based content Provisioning Mechanism in content-Centric Networking

In-network caching and Interest packets aggregation are two important features of content-Centric Networking(CCN).CCN routers can directly respond to the Interest request by content Store(CS)and aggregate the same Interest packets by Pending Interest Table(PIT).In this way,most popular content requests will not reach the origin content ***,content providers will be unaware of the actual usages of their contents in *** new network paradigm presents content providers with unprecedented *** will bring a great impact on existing mature business model of content providers,such as advertising revenue model based on hits *** leverage the advantages of CCN and the realistic business needs of content providers,we explore the hits-based content provisioning mechanism in *** proposed approaches can avoid the unprecedented impact on content providers' existing business model and promote content providers to embrace the real deployment of CCN network.

以互联网为核心的媒介变革正在对当代的产业、文化、社会产生着极大的影响。“互联网+”带来了文创产业的生态变革，助推文创产业成为新经济时代的重要动力。但同时，互联网文化内容规制存在管理的“线性”思维和互联网的“非线性”生态、文化内容的海量性和超前性与互联网管理的滞后性等问题与矛盾。在当前互联网文化内容管理处于政府、企业和个人用户三方博弈的状态下，我们应在“新治理”的理论下，基于共享和创意友好导向，构建更加包容的多元共治模式；确定政府管理边界，建立不同主体协同共治的内容审查机制；运用科技手段，建立不同技术适用不同程序的内容审查程序以及行业标准，加强互联网文化内容“新治理”机制的构建。
