Public bidding is the international current practice to contract construction project. But the decision on the bidding often is made according to the qualitative evaluation based on the subjective opinion of specialists. Therefore, the fuzzy mathematics principle was applied and a synthetic evaluation model was established to provide an effective method for the development of quantitative bidding decision in this paper.

in recent years, as the project of our country is increasing, investment growth, put forward new challenges to investment in construction projects. Research from the research status of investment in construction, the implementation process in accordance with the construction project, followed by analysis of the construction project investment the currently existing problems, and puts forward the implementation of the project the whole process as the main line, to scientific decision-making, rational design, bidding, construction control standard and completion of review strategies as the core.

Whether the breakdown structure and coding system of construction projects are reasonable or not determines to a large degree the performance level of the entire project management. We analyze in detail the similarities and differences of two kinds of decomposing methods classified by type of work and construction elements based on the discussion of international typical coding standards system designing. We then deduce the differential coefficient relation between project breakdown structure (PBS) and work breakdown structure (WBS). At the same time we constitute a comprehensive construction project breakdown system including element code and type of work code and make a further schematic presentation of the implementation of the system’s functions.

That budget estimate exceeds estimate, budget exceeds budget estimate, and actual budget exceeds budget usually exists in the management of construction project cost, suggesting the cost management and control of construction project are not the management and control of product cost in a general sense. In terms of construction project, cost management and control is the core of the project and is implemented throughout all stages of the project, so it is complicated system engineering. In this paper, construction project cost composition and its management measures are mainly discussed.

Initial trust has been proved to be a crucial antecedent of Proper Risk Allocation(PRA)which benefits the improvement of construction project ***,In the context of China,employer’s lack of trust in the unfamiliar contractor without prior trade experience is the main obstacle that prevents employer from using the *** aim of this paper is to create a better understanding of a specific path of building trust named trust *** this paper,we first reviews related literatures and sum up the main feature of the trust transfer from the other context(e.g.E-business),and proposed the conceptualization of trust transfer in construction project *** then,according the feature of the trust transfer,we describe the basic model of the trust transfer in the construction project marketplace including employer as the trustor,the third party(source)and the unfamiliar contractor as trustee(target),and the relationship between these three *** last,we analyze the type of the third party and the relationship of the trust transfer in the context of construction project.
