Background Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a major public health problem in China.Parents of children with confirmed,or suspected ADHD often face a difficult process in making decisions concerning diagnosis and treatment.The internet is a major source of information for parents.The purpose of this study is to survey Chinese parental motivation and experience in using the internet to retrieve ADHD-related information,and how well online information is associated with making decisions.Methods Parents were recruited to fill out an online questionnaire in the health portal.A total of 404 valid questionnaires were collected.Results A total of 47.8% of parents agree that the internet helps them to understand the potential treatment options,but 77.7% of all parents still have conflict during decision-making.Conclusions Parents search for ADHD-related information online,but their acquisition skills need to be *** information affects their health decisions.Parents still have highly conflicting decision-making.Improving the ability of parents to obtain information on the Internet may reduce the conflict in decision-making.

"Moby Dick"is an in-depth spiritual exploration about beliefs,religion,fate and nature with multi-layered meanings.This novel is based on a whale-hunting adventure,which turns out to be actually a vengeance-seeking voyage.The plot is very simple,yet the meaning behind it is far from simple.Applying symbolism,Melville depicts a hostile relationship between men and nature,which is spotlighted by the conflict between Captain Ahab and Moby Dick.This thesis deals with the relationship between men and nature as presented in the novel,the symbolic meaning that Melville intends to convey and his attitude towards the ideal relationship between men and nature.

Sensitivity analyses based on an algebraic representation in the graph model for conflict resolution (GMCR) are generalized for ascertaining the robustness of stability results by varying decision makers' preference ranking.The ordinal preferences in GMCR are advantageous to carry out sensitivity analyses with respect to systematically identifying the influence of preference alterations upon the four basic stabilities consisting of Nash stability,general metarationality,symmetric metarationality and sequential stability.The proposed algebraic representation of the four basic stabilities is not only effective and convenient for computer implementation of sensitivity analysis,but also makes it easier to understand the meaning of the four stabilities when compared with the existing matrix representation.Further,these sensitivity analyses results are embedded into the latest version of the decision support system NUAAGMCR,which can be used to study real-world conflicts.To illustrate how these contributions to sensitivity analyses can be applied in practice and provide valuable strategic insights,they are used to investigate the civil war conflict in South Sudan.

The accelerated development of information and communication technologies（ICT）has brought new opportunities for corporate organizations to build and manage virtual project teams.Those teams are composed of employees from different genders,experiences,backgrounds and geographic locations.Virtual project teams have become a norm for organizations whose members work across dispersed geographical locations,relying primarily or exclusively,on the use of ICTs to communicate and achieve common tasks.However,the adoption of communication technologies by virtual project teams has created many challenges especially in term of communication,which is a vital element to the success of these teams.Previous research has attempted to explain the direct relationship between the use communication tools and communication effectiveness in virtual team,yet a few of them have investigated the influence of other team dynamics such as trust,team cohesion and conflict on this relationship.This study examined the impact of using different communication tools（lean and rich）on communication effectiveness as well as the simultaneous role of trust and conflict in mediating that impact.An online survey was conducted to collect the primary data,which was used to test and validate the research model by performing a partial least squares-structural equation modelling（PLS-SEM）approach.Findings of the study revealed that the effective use of both lean and rich communication tools have a positive impact on improving the level of trust among team members.The results also showed that trust has a positive impact on communication effectiveness,which confirms the role of trust in mediating the relationship between the use of communication tools and communication effectiveness in virtual project teams.Furthermore,the study confirmed that the effective use of lean communication tools has a positive role in reducing the degree of conflict among team members.In contrast,the findings did not show that conflict has a role in mediating the relationship between
