＜正＞Genetic algorithm with Chromosome structure adjustment（CSA-GA） technique is used for the first time in this paper to study the electromagnetic inverse scattering of multiple perfectly conducting cylinders for TE *** CSA-GA exhibits lots of merits such as strong search ability,simplicity,robustness,and faster convergence than those of usually adopted GA despite of still being very time consuming.

＜正＞When lightning strike occurs at transmission lines,the lightning waves go into the substations along with the transmission lines and have great harmful effect on the *** proper lighting insulations could protect equipments from broken down by *** China,the designs of lightning insulations often ignore the effect of impulse corona on transmission lines. As the impulse corona could lead large attenuation and distortion to the lightning waves, the margins of the traditional designs are great. For the UHV power system,the great margins will lead to much greater cost of *** this paper,series experiments were carried out in China UHV AC test base and Q-V characteristics curves of UHV conductors were obtained. Lighting impulse corona empirical equation of UHV conductors is *** the end of this paper,an impulse corona model based on the test results is established,which could be used in electromagnetic transient calculation software.

＜正＞Plane wave scattering by a three-dimensional step on infinite perfect conducting plane surface is studied in the case where the scattering problem is reduced to the frequency or time domain electric integral equation（EFIE）.The conducting surface is modeled by planar triangular patches for numerical solution and results show that the current induced by incident wave is highly perturbed because of the presence of a three-dimensional step.
