The development of assessment management system has been discussed for a long *** motivation always focuses on the evaluation of learners’ ability or on the difficulties of *** common examination content could be composed by text or simple figures,and the assistant functionalities could also be developed to meet the individual *** these functionalities couldn’t interoperate with each others in this situation,and the text content isn’t enough to represent the examination *** this paper,we proposed a novel system architecture to make interoperability realizable based on web service technologies then we also tried to integrate the multimedia streaming resources into our MAMS (MINE Assessment Management System).Through this architecture,we could easily integrate external functionalities without redeveloping the ***,our MAMS could utilize the streaming techniques to provide multimedia information to users.

The Von Neumann model has been used as a basis for sequential computation for *** is widely accepted that high performance computation is better achieved using parallel architectures and is seen as the basis for future computational architectures with the ever increasing need for high performance *** describe a new model of parallel computation known as the Arithmetic Deduction Model (AriDeM) which has some similarities with the Von Neumann.A theoretical evaluation of the model is performed using matrix multiplication and compared with the Von Neumann *** results indicate AriDeM to be more efficient in resources utilization.
