Nowadays,data are more and more used for intelligent modeling and prediction,and the comprehensive evaluation of data quality is getting more and more attention as a necessary means to measure whether the data are usable or not.However,the comprehensive evaluation method of data quality mostly contains the subjective factors of the evaluator,so how to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the data has become a bottleneck that needs to be solved in the research of comprehensive evaluation method.In order to evaluate the data more comprehensively,objectively and differentially,a novel comprehensive evaluation method based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)and grey correlation analysis(GCA)is presented in this paper.At first,an improved GCA evaluation model based on the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)is proposed.Then,an objective function model of maximum difference of the comprehensive evaluation values is built,and the PSO algorithm is used to optimize the weights of the improved GCA evaluation model based on the objective function model.Finally,the performance of the proposed method is investigated through parameter analysis.A performance comparison of traffic flow data is carried out,and the simulation results show that the maximum average difference between the evaluation results and its mean value(MDR)of the proposed comprehensive evaluation method is 33.24%higher than that of TOPSIS-GCA,and 6.86%higher than that of GCA.The proposed method has better differentiation than other methods,which means that it objectively and comprehensively evaluates the data from both the relevance and differentiation of the data,and the results more effectively reflect the differences in data quality,which will provide more effective data support for intelligent modeling,prediction and other applications.

To effectively quantify the impact of distributed photovoltaic(PV)access on the distribution network,this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method of distributed PV grid connection combining subjective and objective combination of assignment and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)—rank sum ratio(RSR)(TOPSIS-RSR)method.Based on the traditional distribution network evaluation system,a comprehensive evaluation system has been constructed.It fully considers the new development requirements of distributed PV access on the environmental friendliness and absorptive capacity of the distribution grid and comprehensively reflects the impact of distributed PV grid connection.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to determine the subjective weights of the primary indicators,and the Spearman consistency test was combined to determine the weights of the secondary indicators based on three objective assignment methods.The subjective and objective combination weights of each assessment indicator were calculated through the principle of minimum entropy.Calculate the distance between the indicators to be evaluated and the positive and negative ideal solutions,the relative closeness ranking,and qualitative binning by TOPSIS-RSR method to obtain the comprehensive evaluation results of different scenarios.By setting up different PV grid-connected scenarios and utilizing the IEEE33 node simulation algorithm,the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed subject-object combination assignment and integrated assessment method are verified.

comprehensive evaluation of Flower Border Application Value of New and Superior Plants in Hefei Area

An analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was employed to assess the applicability of 18 new and superior varieties of flowers in Hefei City flower border applications.A total of 12 indicators were selected from three distinct aspects of adaptability,ornamental characteristics and use traits,in order to establish a comprehensive evaluation model.The results demonstrate that grade I(J≥2.685)exhibits excellent application value,encompassing six species of plants,such asHydrangeamacrophylla‘Endless Summer’;grade II(2.684≤J≤2.420)is also of notable application value,encompassing five species of plants,such asCallistemonrigidus;grade III(2.419≤J≤2.615)is of average application value,including five species of plants,such asCrocosmiacrocosmiflora;grade IV(J≤2.16)is of relatively poor application value.The evaluation results may be utilized as a theoretical reference for the promotion of new and superior varieties in the flower border of Hefei.

comprehensive evaluation of 5G+smart distribution network based on combined weighting method-cloud model

With the large-scale application of 5G technology in smart distribution networks,the operation effects of distribution networks are not clear.Herein,we propose a comprehensive evaluation model of a 5G+smart distribution network based on the combination weighting and cloud model of the improved Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy-Entropy Weight Method(FAHP-EWM).First,we establish comprehensive evaluation indexes of a 5G+smart distribution network from five dimensions:reliable operation,economic operation,efficient interaction,technological intelligence,and green emission reduction.Second,by introducing the principle of variance minimization,we propose a combined weighting method based on the improved FAHP-EWM to calculate the comprehensive weight,so as to reduce the defects of subjective arbitrariness and promote objectivity.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation model of 5G+smart distribution network based on cloud model is proposed by considering the uncertainty of distribution network node information and equipment status information.The example analysis indicates that the overall operation of the 5G+smart distribution network project is decent,and the weight value calculated by the combined weighting method is more reasonable and accurate than that calculated by the single weighting method,which verifies the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed evaluation method.Moreover,the proposed evaluation method has a certain guiding role for the large-scale application of 5G communication technology in smart distribution networks.

comprehensive evaluation of Electric Power Prediction Models Based on D-S Evidence Theory Combined with Multiple Accuracy Indicators

A comprehensive evaluation method of electric power prediction models using multiple accuracy indicators is proposed.To obtain the preferred models,this paper selects a number of accuracy indicators that can reflect the accuracy of single-point prediction and the correlation of predicted data,and carries out a comprehensive evaluation.First,according to Dempster-Shafer(D-S)evidence theory,a new accuracy indicator based on the relative error(RE)is proposed to solve the problem that RE is inconsistent with other indicators in the quantity of evaluation values and cannot be adopted at the same time.Next,a new dimensionless method is proposed,which combines the efficiency coefficient method with the extreme value method to unify the accuracy indicator into a dimensionless positive indicator,to avoid the conflict between pieces of evidence caused by the minimum value of zero.On this basis,the evidence fusion is used to obtain the comprehensive evaluation value of each model.Then,the principle and the process of consistency checking of the proposed method using the entropy method and the linear combination formula are described.Finally,the effectiveness and the superiority of the proposed method are validated by an illustrative instance.

This article explores and establishes comprehensive evaluation index system of wind power accommodation ability considering microscopic index and macroscopic index, and the index system includes conventional evaluation indexes such as forecast deviation, simultaneity factor and anti-peak rate, also newly introduced evaluation indexes such as installed capacity, power adequacy and accommodation space. Bayesian weight modified method is used for solving index weights of 8 wind power accommodation indexes. The paper puts forward a comprehensive evaluation model of wind power accommodation ability based on improved radar chart method, and this model changes traditional radar chart fan-shaped sector to quadrilateral evaluation region, and increasing angle bisector can solve the problem that evaluation results are not unique. It constructs new area and perimeter vectors of radar chart, which make the evaluation results give consideration to level of aggregation and balance degree of evaluation objectives, and case study results show that this model has a certain practical value.

Finding the optimal optoelectronic properties(zero-order optical transmittance,shielding effectiveness,and stray light uniformity)of metallic mesh is significant for its application in electromagnetic interference shielding areas.However,there are few relevant studies at present.Based on optoelectronic properties,we propose a comprehensive evaluation factor Q,which is simple in form and can be used to evaluate the mesh with different parameters in a simple and efficient way.The effectivity of Q is verified by comparing the trend of Q values with the evaluation results of the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS).The evaluation factor Q can also be extended to evaluate the optoelectronic properties of different kinds of metallic meshes,which makes it extremely favorable for metallic mesh design and application.

There are many types of tidal current power generation devices,and it is necessary to make comprehensive evaluation of tidal current power generation devices in order to provide valuable reference for the improvement of their performance indexes.On the basis of the analysis of the tidal current power generation device performance indexes,the hierarchical model for comprehensive evaluation of device performance is given in this paper.By normalizing the membership matrix elements based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,all the values of the matrix elements are restrained in the range of0.0 to 1.0,hence the complexity of the calculations is reduced.Vector similarity is used to determine the expert weights which reflect the knowledge and experience of the experts.This paper presents an improved method for rank correlation analysis,and calculates the comprehensive weight value and the final evaluation results of tidal current power generation devices.The presented method improves the credibility of the evaluation.In the end,measured data of two units of tidal current power generation devices are evaluated in the paper,and the effectiveness of the presented method is verified.

To screen new maize(Zea mays L.)varieties suitable for food and fodder dual-purpose in Du'an Yao Autonomous County of Guangxi,the agronomic characters,yield and quality indexes of 12 new maize varieties were measured,and the correlation between various indexes were analyzed,and the comprehensive performance of tested varieties was evaluated by membership function method.The results showed that Guidan 671 had the highest grain yield and whole-plant biomass at 10908 and 49965 kg/hm^(2),respectively,and the second was Zhaoyu 215 with a grain yield and whole-plant biomass of 10086 and 47175 kg/hm^(2),respectively.Grain yield was highly significantly positively correlated with ear diameter and 100-grain weight(Pcomprehensive performance scores of the tested varieties from high to low were Guidan 671,Zhaoyu 215,Guidan 669,Guidan 6208,Guidan 666,Guidan 6205,Guidan 660,Guidan 6203,Guidan 6206,Guidan 162,Guidan 668 and Guidan 673.According to the values of membership function and combined with various indexes,Guidan 671 and Zhaoyu 215 had good comprehensive performance,and could be used as the first choice for food and fodder dual-purpose maize varieties in Du'an Yao Autonomous County.

comprehensive evaluation of Aluminum Tolerance in Sugarcane Varieties at the Seedling Stage and Screening of Identification Indexes

[Objectives]Aluminum toxicity is one of the important stress factors affecting sugarcane quality and yield in south China,breeding aluminum tolerant varieties is a cost-effective and practical way.In order to explore the characteristics of aluminum toxicity tolerance in different sugarcane varieties and establish the comprehensive evaluation system for screening and breeding new varieties with aluminum toxicity tolerance,this study was conducted to perform comprehensive evaluation of aluminum tolerance in different sugarcane varieties and screening of identification indexes.[Methods]With 26 sugarcane varieties bred in different ecological areas as materials,through a pot experiment,nine indexes which include sugarcane plant height,root length,shoot dry weight,root dry weight,root-shoot ratio,relative chlorophyll content,leaf proline content,and shoot and root aluminum contents at the seedling stage under acid-aluminum stress and control conditions were measured,and the aluminum toxicity tolerance coefficients of various indexes of each variety were calculated.On this basis,the aluminum tolerance of all varieties was comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis,subordinate function,cluster analysis and stepwise regression analysis.[Results]Compared with the control,the nine indexes showed more abundant variation among the 26 varieties under acid-aluminum stress.The correlation analysis confirmed that the contributions of the nine measured indexes to aluminum tolerance were significantly overlapped,and the subsequent principal component analysis summarized and combined the ones with strong correlation among the nine indexes,converting them into two new independent comprehensive indexes.The cumulative contribution rate showed that the two new indexes covered 82.448%of the information of the original nine indexes.Then,the comprehensive evaluation D values of the acid-aluminum tolerance of the 26 varieties were calculated based on the subordinate function values combined with the weights of the contributi
