The virtual community has become a new life style as for human,but the public's acceptance is relatively low at *** the research about the mechanism of the influence on the cohesiveness and the collective efficiency in virtual community has an important theoretical value and practical *** the paper,the key variables that affect virtual community cohesiveness are extracted from two aspects—self-perception of community members and community environment,and the influence mechanism model of virtual community cohesiveness and community collective efficiency is established based on Triadic Reciprocal *** means of the questionnaire on the community members and the empirical analysis,the key factors influencing cohesiveness of virtual community are brought up,as well as the mechanism that the four dimensions of cohesiveness work,on collective *** to the results,it is practically meaningful that the problems and insufficiency in the operation of existing virtual community are discovered,which guides the operating managers of the virtual community to formulate operation policy of the virtual community for operating managers to develop strategies.

Mobility factors of cracked ore in vibrating-ore draw shafts

The mobile factors of cracked ore in vibrating-ore draw shafts were analyzed. The results show that the mobile coefficient of cracked ores will be mainly influenced by the combination of ore physical factors if the structure dimension and parameters of vibrating ore-draw shafts are sure. It decreases with increasing the cohesion, lump content, lump size and powder content and increases with increasing the porosity. The coefficient decreases with increasing the moisture content, but increases after the moisture content reaches a certain value. Uniform grain leads to better mobility, non-uniform grain leads to worse mobility. The value of the mobile coefficient should be in a range of 0.3-1.1 when designing the vibrating ore-draw shafts. According to correlation degree of grey system (theory,) the effects of factors on the mobility of cracked ore are given in the weight decreasing consequence as follows: moisture content, lump content, distribution of grain size, lump size, porosity, cohesion and powder ore content. It is unreasonable to neglect any one because the values of their weights are not obvious.

Due to the high hygroscopicity of the plastic packaging material, the device is inevitably subjected to high temperature or high humidity environment during the production and testing process. After the moisture is expanded, the internal stress is too large, and the delamination and gold wire breakage are formed. At the same time, due to the difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) between the plastic packaging material and the materials such as Si and Cu, it is easy to form delamination under a relatively large shear force. The water vapor remaining in the plastic packaging material is the root cause of delamination, and the reflow process and temperature are the predisposing factors leading to delamination. However, it has been found through experiments that different plastic packaging materials have different hygroscopicity and cohesiveness, and they have obvious improvement effects on delamination.

An important issue in society is the attempt to balance communities working co-operatively and cohesively with one another while allowing members the ability to retain individuality and fostering an environment of cultural diversity. We seek to study the cohesive properties of a culturally diverse dynamic social network. By considering a multi-agent dynamic network, we seek to model a social structure and find conditions under which cohesion and coexistence are maintained. We present a specific illustration that serves to establish the framework in which explicit sufficient conditions in terms of system parameters are found for which the network is cohesive. By utilizing Lyapunov’s Second Method and comparison equations, we are able to find such conditions for the given illustration. Further, for the illustration, we decompose the cultural state domain into invariant sets and consider the behavior of members within each set. Moreover, we analyze the relative cultural affinity between individual members relative to the center of the social network. We also demonstrate how conservative the estimates are using Euler type numerical approximation schemes based on the given illustration. We are then able to consider how changes in the various parameters affect the dynamics of the illustrated network. By gaining such insight into the behavior of the illustrated network, we are able to better understand the impact of both attractive and repulsive influences on the network. This leads to establishing a schema for helping when creating policies and practices catered to promoting both diversity and cohesion within a cultural network.

This study investigates the measurement of social identification, interpersonal attraction, and cohesiveness in virtual groups. Different theoretical claims about relationships in computer-mediated groups rely on measurement strategies that are shown to reflect dramatically inconsistent semantic and administration features. A review of conceptual approaches and definitions for these constructs is presented. Data were collected from groups working asynchronously via the Internet under different geographic distributions, whose members completed a variety of measures related to these constructs. Analyses generated three likely dimensions of attraction. The research highlights the need for greater specificity in reports of the actual measures used in group research, and additional conceptual concerns regarding the contested relationships among these constructs.

This study explores how group dynamics(such as group cohesiveness and group norms)influence learners’willingness to communicate(WTC)in an EFL *** results from the 236 questionnaires showed that there was a significant correlation between group dynamics and WTC in an EFL classroom.A dozen students who participated in this study were interviewed for more in-depth information and the data revealed that most interviewees acknowledged the importance of the class *** qualitative data also showed the importance of their own determination to learn in establishing their WTC.
