This article contains information on principle of operation, technical parameters and possible application of Orbita apparatus for hemodynamic, fibrinolytic and peripheral perfusion disorders treatment. A single exposure to terahertz waves emitted by Orbita apparatus, corresponding to frequencies of molecular absorption and emission spectra of atmospheric oxygen (129.0 GHz), completely cures coagulant and fibrinolytic disorders of animals with acute immobilization stress. A course of treatment with electromagnetic waves corresponding to frequencies of molecular absorption and emission spectra of nitrogen oxide (150.176 - 150.664) leads to normalization of disrupted peripheral tissue perfusion parameters of animal undergoing treatment and stimulates basal and induced output of nitrogen oxide. This leads to decrease in peripheral vascular resistance to microcirculation and increase in blood flow to microvasculature. Experimental data provided in this article serves as a proof of viability of Orbita apparatus for treatment of coagulant, fibrinolytic and tissue perfusion disorders.

Forty-six healthy women received Cyclofem (25mg medroxyprogesterone acetate with sing estradiol cypionate) and other /orly--five women, as control,received oral contraceptive pill (Ortho--Novum 1/35, containing norethisterone enantate ling and estradiol valerate 35fig) for nine months. Blood samples were taken during the follicular and luteal phases o/preu treatment, and for Cyclofem group, immediately prior to the 3rd and gth injections and 1 and 3 weeks a/ter the 3rd and gth injections, for Ortho Novum group, blood samples were taken on the irst day o[.the 3rd and gth pill cycles and 1 and 3 weeks later in both cycles. For both groups after at least 3 months nonhormonal method of contraception, blood sampling was repeated at follicular and luteal phases of a normal mentrual *** and librinolysis parameter were detected including hemoglobin,platelet count, prothrombin time, APTT, fibrinogen, factor Vll, [actor X,plasminogen, in PAl, AT Ill (functional and immunological assays) and protein *** the Cyclolem group, hemoglobin, platelet count, fibrinogen and /Octor X were not changed. Factor Vll significantly reduced. Prothrombin time and APTT showed minor changes. Plasminogen and protein C decreased while t-- PAl and AT 11.1 increased. These changes showed a dynamic balance between coagulatioll and fibrinolysis. In Ortho---Novum 1/35 group, platelet count, jactor X and [ibrinogen increased and prothrombin time and APTT accelerated. In fibrinolysis and anticoagulation system, plasminogen increased as well as protein C, but AT Ill declined. Those changes showed a tendency o[ hyper-coagulabllity state, fibrinolysis and anticoagulation were enhanced to a certain *** result of our study is that there are slight 'changes on coagulation and [ibrinolyls is in Cyclofem injectable contraceptive users.

coagulation factors II, V, VII, VIII, IX and X are produced by hepatocytes. So factors VIII and IX deficiencies, which result in hemophilia A and B, have the potential to respond to cellular re- placement therapy. Embryonic stem (ES) cells provide a unique source for therapeutic applications. Here, E14 mouse ES cells have been induced into hepatocytes in vitro. Morphology revealed that ES-derived hepatic-like cells were round or polyhedral shaped with distinct boundary of individual cells, and some arranged in trabeculae. These cells expressed endodermal- or liver-specific mRNA --transthyretin (TTR), α1-anti-trypsin (AAT), α-fetoprotein (AFP), albumin (ALB), glucose-6- phoshpatase (G6P) and tyrosine aminotransferase (TAT). Approximately (85.1(0.5)% of the ES-de- rived cells was stained positive green with ICG uptake. These cells were also stained magenta as a result of PAS reaction. In this paper, expression of coagulation factors VIII and IX mRNA in the ES-derived cells is documented. Therefore, ES cells might be developed as substitute donor cells for the therapy of coagulation factor deficiencies.

There are complex and perfect coagulation, anticoagulation and fibrinolysis systems in the human body and their fine regulatory mechanisms. Once the coagulation system and its regulatory mechanisms are destroyed, bleeding or thrombosis will occur very soon. In the blood coagulation, the blood viscoelasticity changes. Therefore, the thrombus elasticity measurement technology can be used to continuously monitor the changing blood viscoelasticity in order to study the process of coagulation. The results of the interaction among the various components of the blood can be obtained from coagulation to fibrinolysis by bedside detection. The traditional electromagnetic induction sensors, based on conventional coil inductance, are manufactured complexly, high cost and non-linear. Therefore, this paper proposes a non-Newtonian fluid viscoelasticity measurement method based on the piezoelectric effect. We use the piezoelectric bimorphs with the diameter of 21 mm and the total thickness of 0.38 mm and DSM coupling probes with the length of 3 mm, 5 mm and 7 mm to design the piezoelectric bimorphs driver. The viscoelasticity of different non-Newtonian fluids is tested. The vibration amplitudes of the piezoelectric bimorphs and liquid surfaces range from 0.43 μm to 3.52 μm. Consequently, the feasibility of in vitro detection of thrombus is confirmed in principle and the above scheme is validated theoretically and experimentally, which provides the basis for the measurement of blood viscoelasticity, the in vitro detection of thrombus and the manufacture of blood coagulation instrument.

A 67-year-old female patient presented with weight loss, diarrhoea and thrombocytopaenia of unknown aetiology. A computerised tomography (CT) scan demonstrated a mass in the head of the pancreas with liver metastases. A liver biopsy demonstrated a well-differentiated neuroendocrine carcinoma. She was commenced on a somatostatin analogue. Three months later she presented with spontaneous bleeding. Blood test demonstrated results consistent with disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC). A restaging CT scan showed evidence of disease progression. The DIC was felt to be due to the underlying progressive malignancy. Having considered the potential risks associated with cytotoxic therapy in the context of a consumptive coagulopathy, the patient was commenced on weekly Carboplatin. The patient’s blood counts improved rapidly, and her bruising and bleeding resolved. Following a few weeks of stable blood results and clinical stability, her cytotoxic treatment was changed to a combination of Carboplatin and Etoposide, and to date she remains well on treatment.

Objective:To study the effect of adjuvant ginkgo-damole therapy on the plaque stability, apoptosis and coagulation indicators in patients with unstable ***: A total of 80 patients with unstable angina who received inpatient treatment in our hospital between July 2014 and July 2016 were collected and divided into control group (conventional therapy) and observation group (conventional therapy+ginkgo-damole) according to the random number table, 40 cases in each group. The plaque stability, apoptosis and coagulation indicator contents were compared between two groups of patients before and after ***: Before treatment, differences in serum levels of plaque stability, apoptosis and coagulation indicators were not statistically significant between two groups of patients;after treatment, serum plaque stability indicators PTX3, Lp-PLA2, sCD40 and sCD40L contents in observation group were lower than those in control group;pro-apoptosis indexes sFas and Bax contents were lower than those in control group, and anti-apoptosis index Bcl-2 content was higher than that in control group;coagulation indicators Fg and D-D contents were lower than those in control group while t-PA content was higher than that in control ***: Adjuvant ginkgo-damole therapy helps to improve the plaque stability, inhibit myocardial apoptosis and also reduce the hypercoagulable state in patients with unstable angina.

Objective: To investigate the effects of complex salvia miltiorrhiza on blood coagulation, inflammation, oxidative stress and endothelial index in patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods: A total of 122 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to digestive system department in our hospital from April 2016 to November 2017 were randomly divided into control group (n=61) and observation group (n=61), the control group was treated with ulinastatin and the observation group was treated with complex salvia miltiorrhiza injection on the basis of the control group. The levels of coagulation, inflammation, oxidative stress and endothelial markers were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the levels of APTT and PT in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, while the levels of DD were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the levels of APTT and PT [(38.19±7.05) s,(17.60±3.68) s] in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the levels of DD [(0.51±0.10) mg/L] in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;the levels of CRP, PCT and TNF-α in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the levels of CRP, PCT and TNF-α [(29.10±4.76) mg/L, (0.59±0.17) μg/L, (57.28±10.61) ng/L] in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;the levels of SOD in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, but MDA was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the level of SOD [(179.10±4.76) U/mL] in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment, while the level of MDA [(1.97±0.55) mmol/mL] in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment;the levels of NO in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, while the levels of ET and vWF were

Objective: To investigate the effect of Xingnaojing Injection on inflammatory cytokines and blood coagulation function in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Method: A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group with 40 cases. Two groups both received conventional treatment;the observation group was given Xingnaojing injection additionally. The two groups were treated for two weeks. Changes of serum inflammatory factors TNF-α, hs-CRP, IL-10 and blood coagulation indexes of activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT), fibrinogen (Fib), thrombin time (TT) and D-dimer (DD) of two groups were compared. Results: Before treatment, the differences of inflammatory factors TNF-α, hs-CRP, IL-10 and coagulation function indexes APTT, PT, Fib, TT and DD of the two groups were not statistically significant. After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, hs-CRP of the two groups were significantly decreased, and the IL-10 level of the two groups were significantly increased;the levels of TNF-α, hs-CRP in observation group were significantly lower than the control group, and the IL-10 level in observation group were significantly higher than the control group. After treatment, the levels of APTT, Fib and DD in the control group were significantly increased;the levels of PT and DD in the observation group were significantly decreased and the Fib level was significantly increased. After treatment, the levels of APTT, PT and DD in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and Fib level was significantly higher than that in the control group, these differences were statistically significant.
