Efficient matrix inversion based on VLIW architecture

Matrix inversion is a critical part in communication, signal processing and electromagnetic system. A flexible and scalable very long instruction word （VLIW） processor with cluster.d architecture is proposed for matrix inversion. A global register file （RF） is used to connect al the cluster.. Two nearby cluster. share a local register file. The instruction sets are also designed for the VLIW processor. Experimental results show that the proposed VLIW architecture takes only 45 latency to invert a 4 × 4 matrix when running at 150 MHz. The proposed design is roughly five times faster than the DSP solution in processing speed.

A novel (Me 3PhCH 2N) 2[MoFe 4S 4(SC 6H 11 ) 7] cubane like cluster.was obtained from a reaction system including (NH 4) 2MoS 4, FeCl 2 and NaSC 6H 11 in methanol, and characterized by X ray crystallography. The title compound crystallizes in triclinic space group P 1 with a =1.523 1(3), b =1.610 5(3), c =1.838 3(4) nm, α =77.18 (3)°, β =75.17(3)°, γ =64.60 (3)°, and Z =2. Also included in this paper are the discussions on the variation of the reaction products obtained from the participation of cyclohexylthiolate and on the changes of the structural features of the products.

The reaction system (NH4)3VS4/CuCl/PPh3/Et4NBr afforded a series of [VS4-Cun] dusters with various core configurations in the solid state at low heating temperature. The structural regularity of [VS4-Cun] dusters and the influence of the CuCl:(NH4)3VS4 ratio as well as that of reaction temperature and time on the formation of duster core have been summarized. The reaction mechanism of forming V-Cu-S cluster. has also been explored.

A novel heterometallic V2Ag2S4 thiocubane cluster.was isolated from an assembly reaction system including (NH4)3VS4, Ag(PPh3)2NO3, OC4H8dtcNa and PhSNa in DMF. The title compound crystallizes in monoclinic space group C2/c with a = 2.0448(3) nm, b= 1.5086(2) nm, c= 1.7923(2) nm, β=109.32(1)°. The structure of the title compound was solved by using 1 500 (I>3σ(I)) unique reflections and refined to R = 0.068. The structural features indicate the formal oxidation state of V(IV) + Ag (I), and partial charge transfer from Ag(I) to V(IV). The actions of reactants used in the reaction are discussed and a supposed formation process of the V2Ag2S4 cluster.is suggested.

The structure and magnetoresistance properties in sintered samples of La2/3Ca1/3Mn1-xFexO3（0≤x≤0.84） are studied by using M（?）ssbauer spectroscopy, XRD and magnetic measurement. There are antiferromagnetic interactions between Fe and its nearest neighbors （Fe, Mn） when 03+ and Mn4+, Curie temperature, magnetic moment and GMR. It is suggested that the Mn3+(Fe3+)/Mn4+ system also consists of magnetic cluster. with different sizes.

In this paper,the scaling properties of aggregation of particles in electrorheological fluids(ERF)are analyzed.It is found that the cluster.size is related to both the space dimension and its fractal dimension,i.***.the structure of cluster.By analyzing the experimental data and the results of computer simulations we have shown that the fractal dimension of the particle cluster. in ERF is one for 2-dimensional space and 5/4 for 3-dimensional space.

Effects of Photosystem Ⅱ (PS Ⅱ) extrinsic polypeptides of oxygen-evolving complex and manganese cluster. on PS Ⅱ carbonic anhydrase (CA) were studied with spinach PS Ⅱ membranes. The result supported that membrane-bound CA is located in the donor side of PS Ⅱ. The extrinsic polypeptides played an important role of maintaining CA activity. After removing manganese cluster., oxygen evolution activity was inhibited, but PSⅡ-CA activity was unchanged. It was concluded that CA activity is independent of the presence of manganese cluster., and was not directly correlated with oxygen evolution activity.
