Design and experiment of pneumatic seed clearing mechanism for pin-hole tube wheat plot precision sowing device

For the problem that when wheat is sucked up by the air suction method,the seeds are aligned in a small area,making it difficult for the contact seed cleaning mechanism to clean the seeds.The mechanism of seed cleaning airflow on wheat seed was studied,the flow velocity distribution relationship of the jet section was defined,the mathematical model of the jet velocity of circular and plane sections was established,and the key factors that could have a significant influence on seed cleaning effect were explored.A non-contact positive pressure air flow seed cleaning method was proposed.After theoretical calculations,it is concluded that the core section lengths of the circular section jet and the inline jet are 24.8 mm and 28.8 mm,respectively.The clearing distance is set to 20 mm.Through the single-factor test,the best air tube nozzle shape was clarified as a vertical inline nozzle.The angle of seed cleaning,the air velocity of seed cleaning,and the negative supply pressure were selected as influencing factors,and the seed leakage index,seed reabsorption index,and seed qualification index as the evaluation indicators to conduct a 3-factor 5-horizontal rotation test.A mathematical regression model of influencing factors and evaluation indexes was established to analyze the influence of these factors and indexes.The optimal operation parameters were obtained as the seed cleaning Angle of 19°,the seed cleaning air velocity of 58 m/s,and the negative pressure of 8.5 kPa.Under the optimal parameters,the seed leakage suction index is 8.23%,the seed reabsorption index is 0.33%,and the seed qualification index is 91.44%,which meets the design requirements.

Mixture prepared with Chinese medicines in terms of releasing exterior cold and clearing interior heat: its efficacy and safety in patients with seasonal influenza-a randomized controlled trial

OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy and safety in 105 patients with seasonal Influenza in Beijing, the mixture prepared with Chinese medicines follows the treatment regimen of releasing exterior cold andclearing interior heat.METHODS: Total 330 patients with seasonal influenza were enrolled and randomly and averagely divided into the Chinese herbal medicine, the western medicine and the Chinese patent medicine group. They were treated with Chinese medicine Oseltamivir Phosphate Capsules and the Scattering Wind and Resolving Toxins Capsules. The main efficacy indicators were the antifebrile onset time and recovery time of body temperature. The efficacy and safety of the mixture was scientifically evaluated. Comparisons of several variables were analyzed.RESULTS: Median antifebrile onset time of the Chinese herbal medicine group was significantly shorter than the western medicine group(P clearing interior heat could significantly shorten the fever time with safety.

This article outlines the benefits and risks of the distributed ledger technology(DLT)for the clearing and settlement of exchange-traded and OTC securities,followed by a description of the technology’s potential role for central counterparties and central securities depositories.Although the industry and scholars are attempting to solve the technological and operational issues that DLT systems still face,outstanding legal risks are such that the financial industry is asking for more regulatory guidance and intervention.This article wants to contribute to the public policy debate by presenting potential regulatory barriers that may have to be removed for DLT to be fully adopted.In addition,it identifies areas requiring an update of the legal framework in order to address certain prudential and conduct risks that this technology could introduce.

CLINICAL STUDY ON ACUPUNCTURE IN THE TREATMENT OF POST-STROKE DEPRESSION WITH THE METHOD OF ACTIVATING THE DU MERIDIAN AND clearing THE MIND

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke depression (PSD) with the method of activating the Du Meridian and clearing the mind. Methods: Two hundred and thirty one cases of PSD were randomly divided into two groups, acupuncture and control groups. In acupuncture group, Baihui (百会 GV 20), Dazhui (大椎 GV 14), Neiguan (内关 PC 6), Taichong (太冲 LR 3) and Shenmen (神门 HT 7) were selected as the main points to invigorate flow of qi in the Du Meridian and clear the mind. Patients in the control group received Fluoxetine orally, 20 mg once per-day. In addition, the same routine treatments were given to both groups, strengthened with rehabilitation exercises as early as possible; 8 weeks constituted one therapeutic course. HAMD and severity of neuro-functional defect of each case were evaluated before and 8-week after the treatment. Results: The total effective rate of acupuncture group was 92.37%, the control group, 72.88%. According to χ2 test, the difference between the two groups was remarkably significant (Pclearing the mind in the treatment of PSD was safe and effective.

Time course analysis of sensory axon regeneration in vivo by directly tracing regenerating axons

Most current studies quantify axon regeneration by immunostaining regeneration-associated proteins,representing indirect measurement of axon lengths from both sensory neurons in the dorsal root ganglia and motor neurons in the spinal cord.Our recently developed method of in vivo electroporation of plasmid DNA encoding for enhanced green fluorescent protein into adult sensory neurons in the dorsal root ganglia provides a way to directly and specifically measure regenerating sensory axon lengths in whole-mount nerves.A mouse model of sciatic nerve compression was established by squeezing the sciatic nerve with tweezers.Plasmid DNA carrying enhanced green fluorescent protein was transfected by ipsilateral dorsal root ganglion electroporation 2 or 3 days before injury.Fluorescence distribution of dorsal root or sciatic nerve was observed by confocal microscopy.At 12 and 18 hours,and 1,2,3,4,5,and 6 days of injury,lengths of regenerated axons after sciatic nerve compression were measured using green fluorescence images.Apoptosis-related protein caspase-3 expression in dorsal root ganglia was determined by western blot assay.We found that in vivo electroporation did not affect caspase-3 expression in dorsal root ganglia.Dorsal root ganglia and sciatic nerves were successfully removed and subjected to a rapid tissue clearing technique.Neuronal soma in dorsal root ganglia expressing enhanced green fluorescent protein or fluorescent dye-labeled microRNAs were imaged after tissue clearing.The results facilitate direct time course analysis of peripheral nerve axon regeneration.This study was approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Guilin Medical University,China(approval No.GLMC201503010)on March 7,2014.

Coordinated scheduling model of power system with active distribution networks based on multi-agent system

With the large-scale development of distributed generations(DGs) and the connection into the main grid of active distribution networks(ADNs), traditional centralized dispatch of power system has encountered enormous challenge. In a bilateral electricity market, introducing ADN resources in the day-ahead generation schedule will not only enrich the dispatch patterns to the power system,but also reflect the initiative of ADNs. This paper proposes a coordinated scheduling model of power system with a plurality of ADNs based on multi-agent system where ADN agents are brought in the day-ahead market clearing.The process of market clearing and the dispatch of DGs in ADNs are independent with each other but linked together through the market clearing price(MCP) and bid volume.The optimal operating point of the whole system is achieved through multiple information exchange. In comparison with the dispatch without interaction between ADNs and the market operator(MO), the coordinated scheduling model is applied in a system with four ADNs to verify that the proposed method can improve the overall interests of ADNs. Finally, the effects of storage device and tie-line power limit are analyzed.

Analysis of moose-vehicle collisions countermeasures in northern climates

This research investigates the reliability of two measures intended to reduce moose-vehicle collisions(MVCs):continuous lighting and clearing/grubbing of roadway corridors.Individual analyses and a combined regression analysis were conducted to measure the effects of several combinations of variables on MVC rates,including clearing and grubbing,continuous lighting,clearing without grubbing,moose population,precipitation,snowfall,and maximum snow depth.Nine corridor improvement projects were analyzed based on the variables present.In previous studies,it has been hypothesized that MVC rates are influenced by environmental conditions such as snowfall and daylight.The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities(DOT&PF)has performed many studies on MVCs along several corridors.Some corridors showed a significant drop in the number of MVCs after the installation of continuous lighting.The results show there is a consistent drop in MVCs after clearing and grubbing,with the exception of one corridor.The combined clearing/grubbing and continuous lighting projects also resulted in a consistent drop in MVCs.The projects with clearing and grubbing as a component had varying trends in MVCs,which may indicate that DOT&PF Maintenance and Operations performed clearing of re-vegetated areas,or that older growth is less of an attractant for moose.
