Differential coupling contributes to synchronization via a capacitor connection between chaotic circuits

Nonlinear oscillators and circuits can be coupled to reach synchronization and consensus. The occurrence of complete synchronization means that all oscillators can maintain the same amplitude and phase, and it is often detected between identical oscillators. However, phase synchronization means that the coupled oscillators just keep pace in oscillation even though the amplitude of each node could be different. For dimensionless dynamical systems and oscillators, the synchronization approach depends a great deal on the selection of coupling variable and type. For nonlinear circuits, a resistor is often used to bridge the connection between two or more circuits, so voltage coupling can be activated to generate feedback on the coupled circuits. In this paper, capacitor coupling is applied between two Pikovsk-Rabinovich(PR) circuits, and electric field coupling explains the potential mechanism for differential coupling. Then symmetric coupling and cross coupling are activated to detect synchronization stability, separately. It is found that resistor-based voltage coupling via a single variable can stabilize the synchronization, and the energy flow of the controller is decreased when synchronization is realized. Furthermore, by applying appropriate intensity for the coupling capacitor, synchronization is also reached and the energy flow across the coupling capacitor is helpful in regulating the dynamical behaviors of coupled circuits, which are supported by a continuous energy exchange between capacitors and the inductor. It is also confirmed that the realization of synchronization is dependent on the selection of a coupling channel. The approach and stability of complete synchronization depend on symmetric coupling, which is activated between the same variables. Cross coupling between different variables just triggers phase synchronization. The capacitor coupling can avoid energy consumption for the case with resistor coupling, and it can also enhance the energy exchang

Function Projective Lag Synchronization of chaotic Systems with Certain Parameters via Adaptive-impulsive Control

A new method is presented to study the function projective lag synchronization(FPLS) of chaotic systems via adaptive-impulsive control. To achieve synchronization, suitable nonlinear adaptive-impulsive controllers are designed. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory and the impulsive control technology, some effective sufficient conditions are derived to ensure the drive system and the response system can be rapidly lag synchronized up to the given scaling function matrix. Numerical simulations are presented to verify the effectiveness and the feasibility of the analytical results.

Machining Parameters Optimization of Multi-Pass Face Milling Using a chaotic Imperialist Competitive Algorithm with an Efficient Constraint-Handling Mechanism

The selection of machining parameters directly affects the production time,quality,cost,and other process performance measures for multi-pass *** of machining parameters is of great ***,it is a nonlinear constrained optimization problem,which is very difficult to obtain satisfactory solutions by traditional optimization methods.A new optimization technique combined chaotic operator and imperialist competitive algorithm(ICA)is proposed to solve this *** ICA simulates the competition between the *** is a population-based meta-heuristic algorithm for unconstrained optimization *** development operator based on chaotic sequence is introduced to improve the local search of ICA,while constraints handling mechanism is introduced and an imperialist-colony transformation policy is *** improved ICA is called chaotic imperialist competitive algorithm(CICA).A case study of optimizing machining parameters for multi-pass face milling operations is presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed *** case is to optimize parameters such as speed,feed,and depth of cut in each pass have yielded a minimum total product ion *** depth of cut of optimal strategy obtained by CICA are 4 mm,3 mm,1 mm for rough cutting pass 1,rough cutting pass 1 and finish cutting pass,*** cost for each pass are$0.5366 US,$0.4473 US and$0.3738 *** optimal solution of CICA for various strategies with at=8 mm is$1.3576 *** results obtained with the proposed schemes are better than those of previous *** shows the superior performance of CICA in solving such ***,optimization of cutting strategy when the width of workpiece no smaller than the diameter of cutter is *** can be drawn that larger tool diameter and row spacing should be chosen to increase cutting efficiency.

Ehrenfest time depends differently on the Planck constant in integrable motion and chaotic motion. We study how its dependence on the Planck constant changes when there is a continuous transition from regular motion to chaotic motion. We find that the dependence is a weighted compromise between its two distinct dependences in regular and chaotic motions. The study is carried out with the system of periodically driven anharmonic oscillator. As the system is quite typical, the result may apply generally.

The purpose of this paper is to present a numerical approach based on the artificial neural networks(ANNs)for solving a novel fractional chaotic financial model that represents the effect of memory and chaos in the presented *** method is constructed with the combination of the ANNs along with the Levenberg-Marquardt backpropagation(LMB),named the *** technique is tested for solving the novel problem for three cases of the fractional-order values and the obtained results are compared with the reference *** numbers neurons have been used to solve the fractional-order chaotic financial *** selection of the data to solve the fractional-order chaotic financial model are selected as 75%for training,10%for testing,and 15%for *** results indicate that the presented approximate solutions fit exactly with the reference solution and the method is effective and *** obtained results are testified to reduce the mean square error(MSE)for solving the fractional model and verified through the various measures including correlation,MSE,regression histogram of the errors,and state transition(ST).

Exact Solution in chaotic Inflation Model with Potential Minima

Taking the cosmological expansion rate directly as a function of field , H = H( ), we present a new exact solution to Einstein's equations that describe the evolution of cosmological chaotic inflation model. The inflation is driven by the evolution of scalar field with inflation potential V( ) = λ 2 v2)2.8 ( 2- 2)*** spectral indices of the scalar density ns and gravitational wave fluctuations ng are computed. The value of ns lies well inside the limits set by the cosmic background explorer satellite.
