目的探讨区域性QT间期差值(QTrd)能否作为鉴别高血压和冠心病两种不同疾病引起的心肌缺血的指标.方法将80例因体表心电图出现ST段异常改变,经冠状动脉造影确诊为冠心病、高血压病患者分为冠心病组、高血压并冠心病(CH)组及高血压组.把体表十二导联心电图分为Ⅰ、aVL,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF,V2～4,V5～6 4个区域,测量各区域的QTrd并进行分析和比较.结果在Ⅰ、aVL区域,各组都有部分QTrd≥40 ms;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF,V2～4,V5～63个区域,有1个区域的QTrd≥40 ms的百分比,在高血压组为88%,CH组为60%,冠心病组无一例＞40 ms.结论高血压病时,如心电图出现ST段异常改变,在Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF,V2～4,V5～63个区域中,有1个区域的QTrd＞40 ms,则心肌肥厚伴缺血的可能性大,如这3个区域中的QTrd都＜40 ms,可能为冠状动脉病变引起的心肌缺血的表现.

心率变异性改变在肝硬化者中的改变

目的探讨肝硬化者的自主神经功能变化。方法对129例肝硬化组(A组)和129例正常组(B组)进行心率变异(HRV)时域分析。结果 A组与B组比较,SDNN(77.16±32.83 vs 147.06±28.48m s)、SDANN(65.92±27.13 vs 124.21±34.77m s)、rMSSD(16.03±7.49 vs 35.15±16.05m s)、PNN50(1.73%±2.98%vs10.36%±7.42%)显著降低(P<0.01)。结论肝硬化者病变程度越重,HRV降低越明显。

Objective To investigate the changes of rifampin concentrations in pleural effusion before and after combi-nation treatment with oral and pleural administration of rifampicin by electro-phonophoresis ( EP). Methods A self-control study was performed in 32 cases of tuberculous pleurisy treated in the Second Department of Respiratory Medicine of Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College between September 2016 and January 2018. Based on the weight of each patient, an oral administration of isoniazid (0. 3 -0. 4 g/d), rifampicin (0. 45 -0. 60 g/d), ethambutol ( 0. 75 g/d), and pyrazinamide (1.0 - 1.5 g/d ) were given.

Language in use gets a further development because of the social revolution, the scientific and technological improvement, and the political and economic booming. Throughout the communication of politics, cultures and economy among different countries, language has been being made more abundant and more perfect. This paper gives some examples to show how English language in use changes and points out the trend of language.

The rising rates of obesity in youth have concurrently led to an increase in the rates of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) in this age group.However,there are limited data on the efficacy of different antidiabetic agents in youth.In this context,the Treatment Options for Type 2 Diabetes in Adolescents and Youth trial recently reported that the majority of obese children and adolescents 10-17-years old with newly diagnosed T2DM(T2DM duration less than 2 years) could not achieve HbA1c levels changes.These findings suggest that,in the majority of youth with T2DM,tight long-term glycemic control with oral agents is an elusive goal and that most patients will require treatment with insulin within a few years of diagnosis to achieve HbA1c targets and reduce the risk of macroand microvascular complications.Therefore,reducing the incidence of T2DM by preventing pediatric obesity through the implementation of lifestyle changes in the community should be the primary objective of healthcare systems.
