We use a root finder procedure to obtain . We use an inflaton value due to use of a scale factor if we furthermore use as the variation of the time component of the metric tensor in Pre-Planckian Space-time up to the Planckian space-time initial values. In doing so, it concludes with very restricted limit values for of the order of less than Planck time, leading to an enormous value for the initial Cosmological constant.

We start where we use an inflaton value due to use of a scale factor . Also we use as the variation of the time component of the metric tensor in Pre-Planckian Space-time up to the Planckian spacetime initial values. In doing so, we come up with a polynomial expression for a minimum time step;we can call which leads to a development of the arrow of time. We show an inter relationship between the formation of the Arrow of time, and causal structure, assuming the setting of H = 0 in the Friedman equation This in turn leads to entropy production at the start of causal structure in the onset of inflation. This then leads to three and a quarter pages of 7 open questions we think have to be answered, subsequently. It is noted that high frequency gravitational waves as specified are due to the 1/delta t entry in Equation (45) of the document which comes out to about 44 Hertz, and certainly is high frequency gravitational waves for the initial cosmological conditions, so this is definitely about high frequency gravitational wave focused initial conditions.

We start where we use an inflaton value due to use of a scale factor . In doing so, using the approximations brought up in the case of an early universe generation of a magnetic field, we come up with the stunning datum of a Pre Planckian space-time with purely imaginary time. The consequences of such are brought up in our document. We use what is brought up in a prior article as to Pre Planckian to Planckian generation of Magnetic fields to make our point. Here, we assume, in the Pre Planckian space-time, a singular injection of space-time, which we argue, if there is no spatial variation of the Inflaton field, so used, and we just have ONE Pre Planckian time instant that this will be imaginary valued time, hence leading to pure Tunneling behavior. Whatever we are assuming, using a Penrose cosmology to initiate CCC universe recycling, in terms of energy, is transferred to Planckian space-time.

Present studies in physics assume that elementary particles are the building blocks of all matter, and that they are zero-dimensional objects which do not occupy space. The new I-Theory predicts that elementary particles do indeed have a substructure, three dimensions, and occupy space, being composed of fundamental particles called I-particles. In this article we identify the substructural pattern of elementary particles and define the quanta of energy that form each elementary particle. We demonstrate that the substructure comprises two classes of quanta which we call “attraction quanta” and “repulsion quanta”. We create a model that defines the rest-mass energy of each elementary particle and can predict new particles. Lastly, in order to incorporate this knowledge into the contemporary models of science, a revised periodic table is proposed.

A survey on agents, causality and intelligence is presented and an equilibrium-based computing paradigm of quantum agents and quantum intelligence (QAQI) is proposed. In the survey, Aristotle’s causality principle and its historical extensions by David Hume, Bertrand Russell, Lotfi Zadeh, Donald Rubin, Judea Pearl, Niels Bohr, Albert Einstein, David Bohm, and the causal set initiative are reviewed;bipolar dynamic logic (BDL) is introduced as a causal logic for bipolar inductive and deductive reasoning;bipolar quantum linear algebra (BQLA) is introdused as a causal algebra for quantum agent interaction and formation. Despite the widely held view that causality is undefinable with regularity, it is shown that equilibrium-based bipolar causality is logically definable using BDL and BQLA for causal inference in physical, social, biological, mental, and philosophical terms. This finding leads to the paradigm of QAQI where agents are modeled as quantum enssembles;intelligence is revealed as quantum intelligence. It is shown that the enssemble formation, mutation and interaction of agents can be described as direct or indirect results of quantum causality. Some fundamental laws of causation are presented for quantum agent entanglement and quantum intelligence. Applicability is illustrated;major challenges are identified in equilibriumbased causal inference and quantum data mining.

Detecting direct associations or inferring networks based on the observed data is an important issue in many fields, including biology, physics, engineering and social studies. In this work, we focus on the information theoretic approaches in the network reconstruction or the direct association detection, in particular,for biological networks. We not only review the traditional approaches or measurements on the associations among the observed variables, such as correlation coefficient, mutual information and conditional mutual information(CMI), but also summarize recently developed theories and methods. The new theoretic works include:information geometry to give a unified framework in detecting causality/association, the partial independence to alleviate the singularity of CMI, and multiscale analysis of CMI to avoid the underestimation issue of *** new methods include part mutual information(PMI) and partial associations(PA), which improve the old measurements in avoiding both overestimation and underestimation. All those theories and methods make important contributions as major advances in the development of network inference.

The interactions between surface Kuroshio transport and the eddy field east of Taiwan using satellite altimeter data

Based on the daily sea surface height and absolute geostrophic velocity data from 1993 to 2015 provided by the AVISO Center of French Space Agency, the surface Kuroshio transport east of Taiwan and its adjacent eddy field(sea surface height anomaly) were analyzed. Four main periods of the surface Kuroshio transport and eddy field east of Taiwan were obtained, which were used to reveal their interactions. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Based on the wavelet analysis, the surface Kuroshio transport east of Taiwan and its nearby eddy field showed significant seasonal, annual and interannual periods. In addition to the obvious periods of 182 days(0.5 year) and365 days(1 year), there were also more obvious periods of about 860 days(2.35 years) and 2 472 days(6.8 years)for the surface Kuroshio transport. There were also four more obvious periods corresponding to the eddy field of 200 days(0.55 year), 374 days(1 year), 889 days(2.43 years) and 2 374 days(6.5 years), although there were latitudinal variations.(2) Based on both the correlation and causal analysis, the correlation between the surface Kuroshio transport and the nearby eddy field over the above four periods was analyzed, and different Kuroshioeddy interactions, with period and latitudinal variability, were revealed.

The excessive use of groundwater resources has created numerous environmental consequences in Iran. Many water experts believe that this crisis can be overcome by fostering sustainable environmental behavior in the utilization of groundwater resources and increasing the farmers' environmental knowledge, attitude and emotions. The objective of this study was to investigate transformation of en-vironmental knowledge to sustainable use of groundwater resources through the analysis of the med-iating role of environmental emotions in Iran's agriculture. This research was carried out via a survey technique within the category of descriptive-correlation and causal-relational research. All the wheat producing farmers of Sistan and Baluchestan Province, which is a clear example of critical conditions for groundwater resources in Iran (N=168,873), constituted the statistical population of the study of whom 384 participants were selected using a stratified random sampling method. The research instrument was a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by a panel of professionals in agricultural extension, education and water management. The reliability of the items of the questionnaire was also evaluated via a pilot study and Cronbach's alpha (0.70≤α≤0.84). The results of the causal analysis indicated that environmental knowledge (β=0.309) and environmental emotions (β=0.565) have the significant in-fluence on sustainable environmental behavior in the utilization of groundwater among wheat farmers. Therefore, it can be said environmental emotions is an important mediating factor for potentially im-proving water stakeholders' sustainable environmental behavior.
