Sliding Mode Control to Stabilization of an ODE-Schrdinger cascade systems Subject to Boundary Control Matched Disturbance

This paper is concerned with the boundary feedback stabilization of a coupled ODE- Schrodinger system cascades with the external disturbance flowing the control end. The author uses the sliding mode control （SMC） to deal with the disturbance. By the SMC approach, the disturbance is supposed to be bounded only. The existence and uniqueness of the solution for the closed-loop via SMC are proved, and the monotonicity of the ＂reaching condition＂ is presented without the differentiation of the sliding mode function, for which it may not always exist for the weak solution of the dosed-loop system. Some numerical simulations is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control.

DISOPE distributed model predictive control of cascade systems with network communication

A novel distributed model predictive control scheme based on dynamic integrated system optimization and parameter estimation （DISOPE） was proposed for nonlinear cascade systems under network environment. Under the distributed control structure, online optimization of the cascade system was composed of several cascaded agents that can cooperate and exchange information via network communication. By iterating on modified distributed linear optimal control problems on the basis of estimating parameters at every iteration the correct optimal control action of the nonlinear model predictive control problem of the cascade system could be obtained, assuming that the algorithm was convergent. This approach avoids solving the complex nonlinear optimization problem and significantly reduces the computational burden. The simulation results of the fossil fuel power unit are illustrated to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed algorithm.

Iterative Learning Control （ILC） is a practical control methodology which can "learn" from the experience gained from past iterations. ILC has been widely used in many industrial repetitive processes and has shown its potential in achieving perfect tracking performance. This paper focuses on time-varying cascade systems with two sub-systems. An ILC algorithm is available for each sub-system to ensure the convergence. By connecting two ILC loops with a proper time-scale separation, the main result shows that the cascade system semi-globally practically uniformly converges to the desired trajectory. Simulation result supports the main result.

In this paper,we consider state feedback stabilization,where Dirichlet type interconnections constrain the PDE state subject to a Neumann boundary condition at the PDE-ODE *** designed a state feedback boundary controller,and by using PDE backstepping the system,through an intermediate system,is transformed to an exponentially stable PDE-ODE cascade with an invertible integral *** light of the ODE connected in series with the PDE,we perform stability analysis of hybrid sampled data PDE-ODE cascade,where the PDE is connected with an ODE through a Zero-Order-Hold（ZOH） sampler.

In this paper, we consider the neural operators for PDE backstepping designs for an ODE cascaded with a reactiondiffusion equation. Through deep neural network approximation of nonlinear operators, commonly known as DeepONet, we demonstrate the continuity of the mapping from the plant PDE functional coefficient to the kernel PDE solutions, prove the existence of an arbitrarily close DeepONet approximation to the kernel PDEs, and establish that the DeepONet approximated gains guarantee stabilization when replacing the exact backstepping gain kernels. The numerical simulation illustrates that the Deep ONet is two orders of magnitude faster than PDE solvers for such gain functions.
