Agglomerating Growth of One-Dimensional carbon nano-materials Synthesized from Ethanol Flames

One-dimensional carbon nano-materials （ODCNMs） synthesized from ethanol flames exhibit various agglomerated morphologies, such as ＂chrysanthemum-like＂, ＂hairball-like＂ or ＂orange-peel-like＂, ＂vertically aligned＂ and ＂wrinkling-pileup＂. The present work studied the agglomerating process and the growth mechanism by using scanning electron microscopy （SEM） and transmission electron microscopy （TEM）. It is thought that the size and distribution of the catalyst particles produced from pretreatment of the substrates play a key role during the formation of agglomerations. It is expected that the steady growth of ODCNMs in flames will be improved through the preparation of the catalysts.

One-and two-dimensional carbon nano-materials have attracted considerable attention due to the merits of extraordinary chemical,thermal,and electrical *** small dimension and unique morphologies have led to a range of important potential applications in perovskite solar cells(PSCs)..(1) one-dimensional(1 D) carbon nanorods(CNRs):a 1 D N-doped CNRs is developed by a stibonium(Sb) auxiliary ball milling method,and intentionally introduced into the PCBM to accelerate electron transfer in inverted *** presence of Sb-CNRs network can form numerous hetero-junction discontinuous bands,and electrons directly transport from PCBM to electrode through CNRs rather than a zigzag pathway.(2) alkali ionic material functionalized carbon nanodots(CNDs):By introducing tailor-made potassium cation(K+) functionalized carbon nanodots(CNDs@K) into the perovskite precursor solution,we succeeded in defects passivation and crystallization control of the perovskite *** large nanodots anions could effectively suppress the interstitial occupancy of alkali ***,CNDs@K could also increase the grain size as well as the crystallinity of perovskite films.(3) the hydrophobic passivation CNDs layers:the hydrophobic passivation layers are realized for PSCs by exploiting electrostatic self–assembly of trichloro(3,3,3–trifluoropropyl)silane(CHClFSi) and *** simple self–assembly structure changes the wettability of CDs films,which dramatically enhances stability of PSCs without further encapsulation.
