Analysis and Forecast on the car Market of Our Country

This paper is intended to forecast the demand of the car market and the quantity of car possession in our country in 2000 by means of two statistics methods, i.e. tendency inference and regression analysis, and then its future growth tendency and market demand in our country are analyzed, according to the strategy requirement and the actual facts of our car industry development.

汽车产业对整个经济发展的带动效应强，基本原因在于其中间投入比重很大，同时产业链条延伸很宽很长。汽车产业对工业和服务业、以及就业都有很大的带动作用，而且间接带动作用远大于直接带动作用。在21世纪初期，中国汽车产业的发展有利于减轻消费需求对经济稳定增长的制约，有利于加强投资需求对经济增长的拉动作用，也有利于产业结构的调整升级。

At the moment every company in the world needs a well thought out strategy,even if a company has a high position on the market,it does not mean that the strategy with which the company has achieved success will always *** world is not standing still,so every company has to adapt to its environment and try to improve its strategy to be able to compete with other *** changes in the automotive industry in recent years,such as technological advancements,the withdrawal of manufacturing facilities from developing countries,the merger of manufacturers into concerns,and the formation of joint ventures,all make this industry very interesting and relevant for *** goal of this paper is to describe Audi's strategic management in *** why every organization need strategic management,specifically why a wellchosen strategy is *** describe what the firm is,what successes it has had in Russia,what values it follows,and the company's life cycle throughout its *** a SWOT and PEST analysis of the organization,as well as an advanced SWOT analysis,and then draw *** what CRM(Customer Relationship Management)is,what the firm should do to deploy CRM,what prerequisites the organization must meet,and what changes will be made to Audi subsystems when a CRM system is *** addition,the job will provide information about the company's primary clients,including a description of their ***,discuss advertising and how to improve it,conduct an analysis using the Michael Porter matrix,select the best approach for the organization,and discuss Proposals for getting out of the *** vehicle makers that compete with Audi will be mentioned in the *** in the end,explain about the company's strategic changes.
