The correlation of 12 metal ions with electro-acupuncture analgesia in mice was studied. It was found that a decrease of calcium ion (Ca2+) content in the brain could enhance the analgesic effect of electro-acupuncture, while an increase of Ca2+ content could lower or even cancel its effect. Other cations, such as potassium, sodium, lithium, copper, strontium, barium, zinc, cobalt, ferrous, magnesium and aluminum, had no effect on electro-acupuncture analgesia.

作者：陈孝琛 Fujian Institute of Research on the Shructure of Matter Academia Siniea Fuzhoun this paper a chemical bond model for spontaneous polarization of ferroelectrics has been proposed in which spontaneous polarization is considered to be from bond polarity in ferroelectries and at the temperature above Curie's point the dipole moments of chemical bond completely cancel out each other owing to the structure symmetry in ferroelectrics whereas at the temperature below Curie's point they cannot completely cancel out mutually because of the variation of structure symmetry in ferroelectrics with spontaneous polarization occurring i.e. P.≠0.

In this paper, a chemical bond model for spontaneous polarization of ferroelectrics has been proposed, in which spontaneous polarization is considered to be from bond polarity in ferroelectries, and at the temperature above Curie’s point, the dipole moments of chemical bond completely cancel out each other owing to the structure symmetry in ferroelectrics; whereas at the temperature below Curie’s point they cannot completely cancel out mutually, because of the variation of structure symmetry in ferroelectrics, with spontaneous polarization occurring, i.e. P.≠0.
