branch number is an important trait for the improvement of architecture in rapeseed(Brassica napus L.).However,very few locus or genes were identified to control the branch number *** the previous study of lab,we constructed a recombinant inbred line(RIL) population using the parents with opposite phenotype in branch number ***,based on the whole genome 60 K SNP array,we detected a major quantitative trait locus(QTL),which located in a 2.48-Mb region on chromosome A02,can explain 28.12%of phenotype variance at *** the present study,we further built a near inbred line(NIL) population(BC F) and developed polymorphic molecular markers by re-sequencing strategy for fine *** we have investigated the phenotype of more than 7 000 individuals and screened the recombinant plants with polymorphic markers,which can be narrow down the QTL interval *** candidate genes in this interval will be further examined,and functional *** result will provide the new insights into understanding of the genetic regulation of this trait,and further benefit breeding of new rapeseed architecture.

branching is an important trait for the genetic improvement of rapeseed(Brassica napus L.).However,the genetic mechanism of branch number is not well *** the present study,a recombinant inbred line(RIL) population derived from a cross between few-and many-branches lines was identified for the phenotype in different environment and genotyped with whole genome 60 K SNP array.A major quantitative trait locus(QTL) for the branch number was mapped to a 2.48-Mb region on chromosome A02,explaining 28.12%of phenotype variance at ***,we constructeda near inbred line(NIL) population(BC4 F2) and developed polymorphic molecular markers according to the re-sequencing data of two parental lines for fine *** we have investigated the phenotype of more than 7000 individuals and next step we’ll search for the recombinant events with polymorphic markers,which can be narrow down the QTL interval *** studies are in progress and I think it is valuable for gene cloning and molecular breeding of branching in rapeseed.

Upper Bounds of Differential Characteristic Probability for Unbalanced Feistel Network Employing DSM

In this paper, for the unbalanced Feistel network which employs diffusion matrices in a switching way, we study the fixed number of its differential active S-boxes. Firstly we obtain some lower bounds of the differential active S-boxes for m, 2m and 3m rounds of Feistel structure, respectively. By concatenating these rounds, a fixed number of differential active S-boxes for arbitrary round number is derived. Our results imply that the unbalanced Feistel network using DSM is more secure than the traditional structure.

Generation Algorithm of a Sort of P-Permutations

This paper design the P-permutation with cryptologic properties beyond certain bound based on BCH code and Goppa code, which is the generalization of the design method utilizing the maximum distance separable （MDS） code, and presents the novel algorithms to generate the P-permutations with the branch number no less than a preset low bound. The new generation algorithms provide a theoretical basis for automation design of the cryptosystem.

In view of the complicated solution of the mine ventilation system, a table needs to be prepared, which includes the branch numbers and node numbers, before calculation of the mine ventilation network. However, it is tedious and tricky to compile and input this data sheet without program design. To address this problem, there was a program design developed by using Visual C++ and the secondary development tool-3DMine software whose interface was the same as the platform. According to based data format of mine ventilation network solution software, through the program, the number of branches and nodes was decided in the three-dimensional network diagram of mine tunnels that has been built, and show in Excel. Instead of the manual compiling previous, this program realizes automatic extract process of basic data. Thus, it provides effective data information for the mine ventilation network solution.
