CONCEPTION OF ESTABLISHING THE SINO-RUSSIAN border FREE ECONOMIC REGION

So called free economic region is a special region without jurisdiction of customs, delimited by one country. There are mainly four types of free economic region, that is, commercial type of free economic region —free port, industrial type of free economic region — export processing area, integrated commercial and trade type of free economic region — free trade zone, and scientific and technological type of free economic region — scientific industrial park. With the development of free economic region of different countries, besides free economic region within one country, there appear transnational border free economic region established by two or multiple countries. Analysing favorable factors and unfavorable factors to establish the free economic region for China and Russia, for example, China and Russia have land boundary line of 4282.7 km; China and Russia may strengthen overall cooperation in politics, military, economy, science and technology, culture, etc. making full use of geographical factors of the two countries, borders; there is a strong complementarity in resources, labour force etc. for China and Russia; strengthening the Sino Russian economic trade cooperation is needed, the authors proposed a conception and selected four comparative ideal locations for establishing the Sino Russian border free economic region: Manzhouli Zabaikalye Free Economic Region, Heihe Blagoveshchensk Free Economic Region, Suifenhe Pogranichnyy Free Economic Region, Hunchun Hasan Free Economic Region. Finally the principles and patterns for establishing free economic region are discussed.

Recently,a paper published in Science reported discovery of sensory peripheral glial cells[1].This paper demonstrated a rather unexpected property of non-myelinating Schwann cells(also known as Remak cells)dwelling in the subepidermal border of the skin[2].These glial cells and their interactions with nociceptive nerve terminals were characterized using a variety of genetic labelling tools,transmission electron microscopy,immunocytochemistry.

“Ewenki”(Эвенки)is a nomadic group scattered in Northeast Asia,who spent their hunting-gathering life peacefully in the forest for generations since they resettled at the right bank of Argun River.However,the geopolitics of East Asia has changed dramatically last century,an ancient world with blurred borders was reaffirmed as a sovereignty with clear boundaries,a feudal dynasty transformed into a new nation-state.The Argun River happened to be identified as the Sino-Russian border river.Thus,the Ewenki was officially recognized as an ethnic minority and the area where they inhabited has experienced a series of spatial reconfiguration in the next decades promoted by local government,designed to bring modern life and development to the tribe.The paper will explore these spatial games and representations including the construction and re-shape of the border,interpret the displacement,transition,and new lifestyle that the Ewenki experienced,and finally,reflect on the discourse of development.

The purpose of this study is to generate essential scientific information regarding the floristic composition and the structures of the ecotone vegetation in the natural forest Codrul Secular Slătioara, because so far no such studies have been carried out in this reserve. Also, the results of this study provide important data, which can be the basis for the development of strategies for the conservation and sustainable use of some herbaceous species, valuable due to genetic and socio-economic, respectively of a regular forest monitoring program. The floristic studies were carried out in the 2020 to 2021 vegetation season. Based on the specialized literature, plant species were identified and then processed from the point of view of bioforms, floristic elements and ecological indices. The economic categories in which the identified species fall were also analyzed. Thus, a total of 292 species belonging to 46 botanical families were identified and their distribution by ecosystems is as follows: in the forest, 90 species were identified, in the lands adjacent to the forest, in the meadows, 202 species were found and in the area of border, 120 species of vascular plants were identified. Most of the species identified in the study area are hemicryptophytes, heliophiles, and eurytherms, which grow on dry to moderately moist, eurytrophic soils. More than 50% of the identified species belong to several categories of useful plants (fodder, medicinal, melliferous, edible).
