Botryosphaeria dothidea is a destructive pathogen of apple and *** investigate the infection process,binary vectors containing various lengths of H3 promoters and TEF promoters fused with GFP and hygromycin B gene cassettes were constructed *** vectors were integrated into genomic DNA of Botryosphaeria dothidea with high transformation frequency by ATMT *** showed strong expression of GFP and hygromycin B genes in *** test was performed using a GFP labeled strain of *** on fruits of apple and *** showed that the leading hyphae of the pathogen extend alone the cell wall,the cells of host is still living at the early stage of infection *** is the first report that a biotrophic stage exists at the early period of infection process by ***,the detailed study of mechanisms of transition of biotrophy to necrotrophy is needed in the future.

Abstraet： Phlebopus portentosus （Berk. and Broome） Boedijn is a favored wild edible mushroom in the Xishuangbanna region, Yunnan, China and Northern Thailand. It belongs to Boletinellaceae family and is known as ＂black bolete＂. Its ecological habits and biotrophy are very complicated. It can be saprobic and successfully cultivated in mushroom house conditions. More often it grows closely with many plants, but is not mycorrhizal fungus. It forms a tripartite association with root mealy bugs and plants. The fungus produces special fungus-insect gall with the soil mealy bugs, which is a symbiotic association between these two creatures. The gall grows on plant roots with parasitic tendency. This paper is a compact report of the findings, including taxonomy, ecology, economic and cultivation of this mushroom.
