With the development of artificial intelligence(AI)technologies,biomedical imaging data play an important role in scientific research and clinical application,but the available resources are *** we present Open biomedical imaging Archive(OBIA),a repository for archiving biomedical imaging and related clinical *** adopts five data objects(Collection,Individual,Study,Series,and Image)for data organization,and accepts the submission of biomedical images of multiple modalities,organs,and *** order to protect personal privacy,OBIA has formulated a unified de-identification and quality control *** addition,OBIA provides friendly and intuitive web interfaces for data submission,browsing,and retrieval,as well as image *** of September 2023,OBIA has housed data for a total of 937 individuals,4136 studies,24,701 series,and 1,938,309 images covering 9 modalities and 30 anatomical ***,OBIA provides a reliable platform for biomedical imaging data management and offers free open access to all publicly available data to support research activities throughout the *** can be accessed at https://***/obia.

Peptide-based probes play prominent roles in biomedical research due to their promising properties such as high biocompatibility,fast excretion, favorable pharmacokinetics as well as easy and robust preparation. Considering the translation of imaging probes into clinical applications, peptide-based probes remain to be the most desirable and optimal candidates. This review summarized the development of peptide-based probes with promising imaging modalities and highlighted the successful applications for in vivo biomedical imaging.

Nanotechnology has received extraordinary attention recently due to its burgeoning role in biomedical research. The materials composing the nanoparticles produce fascinating and diverse functionalities [1-3]. The controllable assembly mediated by a multitude of different ligands would lead to the flexible modulation of nanomaterials’ fate in vivo [4-7]. The clever combination of different nanoscale materials via the ligands directed self-assembly would lead to developing multifunctional precisely-assembled dynamic supraparticles for simultaneous targeted delivery, fast diagnosis, and efficient therapy [8–11]. Furthermore, the ingenious control over the assembly/disassembly process based on small-sized inorganic nanoparticles could achieve both in vivo targeted delivery and subsequent excretion caused by environmental stimuli-responsive disassembly [12].

Single-molecule luminophores with dual-thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)properties are receiving increasing ***,how to achieve these goals requires more in-depth ***,we demonstrate a novel example emitter,10-(5-(2-(pyridin-3-yl)-[4,5′-bipyrimidin]-6-yl)pyridin-2-yl)-10Hphenoxazine(PmPy-PXZ),enabling dual-TADF properties due to its key feature of conformational *** a pyridine bridge can greatly reduce the steric hindrance and facilitate dual-stable conformations in the ground state,where the quasi-axial(QA)forms ***,unlike previously reported TADF molecules with dual confirmations,both theoretical and experimental measurements show that not only the quasi-equatorial(QE)forms but also the QA forms exhibit distinct TADF characteristics,which can be attributed to an additional higher reverse intersystem crossing *** is the first time that dual-TADF properties of single molecules have been achieved based on conformational *** applications in“self-doping”organic light-emitting diode and biomedical imaging have further been *** these results show the good potential of such dual-band TADF emitters based on molecular conformational isomerization.

A Method of Generating Semi-Experimental biomedical Datasets

This paper proposed a method to generate semi-experimental biomedical datasets based on full-wave simulation *** system noise such as antenna port couplings is fully considered in the proposed datasets,which is more realistic than synthetical *** this paper,datasets containing different shapes are constructed based on the relative permittivities of human ***,a back-propagation scheme is used to obtain the rough reconstructions,which will be fed into a U-net convolutional neural network(CNN)to recover the high-resolution *** results show that the network trained on the datasets generated by the proposed method can obtain satisfying reconstruction results and is promising to be applied in real-time biomedical imaging.

biomedical images are used for capturing the images for diagnosis process and to examine the present condition of organs or *** image processing concepts are identical to biomedical signal processing,which includes the investigation,improvement,and exhibition of images gathered using x-ray,ultrasound,MRI,*** the same time,cervical cancer becomes a major reason for increased women’s mortality *** cervical cancer is an identified at an earlier stage using regular pap smear *** this aspect,this paper devises a new biomedical pap smear image classification using cascaded deep forest(BPSIC-CDF)model on Internet of Things(IoT)*** BPSIC-CDF technique enables the IoT devices for pap smear image *** addition,the pre-processing of pap smear images takes place using adaptive weighted mean filtering(AWMF)***,sailfish optimizer with Tsallis entropy(SFO-TE)approach has been implemented for the segmentation of pap smear ***,a deep learning based Residual Network(ResNet50)method was executed as a feature extractor and CDF as a classifier to determine the class labels of the input pap smear *** order to showcase the improved diagnostic outcome of the BPSICCDF technique,a comprehensive set of simulations take place on Herlev *** experimental results highlighted the betterment of the BPSICCDF technique over the recent state of art techniques interms of different performance measures.

Big Data Analytics with Optimal Deep Learning Model for Medical Image Classification

In recent years,huge volumes of healthcare data are getting generated in various *** advancements made in medical imaging are tremendous owing to which biomedical image acquisition has become easier and *** to such massive generation of big data,the utilization of new methods based on Big Data Analytics(BDA),Machine Learning(ML),and Artiﬁcial Intelligence(AI)have become *** this aspect,the current research work develops a new Big Data Analytics with Cat Swarm Optimization based deep Learning(BDA-CSODL)technique for medical image classiﬁcation on Apache Spark *** aim of the proposed BDA-CSODL technique is to classify the medical images and diagnose the disease ***-CSODL technique involves different stages of operations such as preprocessing,segmentation,fea-ture extraction,and classiﬁ*** addition,BDA-CSODL technique also fol-lows multi-level thresholding-based image segmentation approach for the detection of infected regions in medical ***,a deep convolutional neural network-based Inception v3 method is utilized in this study as feature *** Gradient Descent(SGD)model is used for parameter tuning ***,CSO with Long Short-Term Memory(CSO-LSTM)model is employed as a classiﬁcation model to determine the appropriate class labels to *** SGD and CSO design approaches help in improving the overall image classiﬁcation performance of the proposed BDA-CSODL technique.A wide range of simulations was conducted on benchmark medical image datasets and the com-prehensive comparative results demonstrate the supremacy of the proposed BDA-CSODL technique under different measures.
