＜正＞A sort of high hygroscopicity polymer was synthesized. The fiber obtained by this polymer has excellent untistatic behavior, and the fiber’s moisture regain is 6.23% and specific volume resistance is 4.0×106Ω·cm under the standard conditions （temperature of 25℃, relative humidity of 65%）. Then the sheath-core bicomponent fiber with this high hygroscopicity polymer as core and PA6, PP, PET or ECDP as sheath was made. Further, the polymer-blend fiber by the high hygroscopicity polymer and PA6, PP, PET or ECDP was made, too. The bicomponent fiber and the polymer-blend fiber not only have excellent untistatic behavior, but also have good spinnability like the fiber with inorganic conducting medium. In addition, obtained fibers’ color is white, so they have better dyeability.
