Introduction There are many techniques to treat congenital concealed penis(CP).Skin resurfacing is the most difficult step in severe *** aim to show medium-term results of coronal sulcus-based triangular ventral mucosal flap(CBVMF)as a treatment of prepubertal severe CP,a recently reported *** aim to determine whether results are durable and if the technique is associated with persistent mucosal redundancy or with a permanent unequal penile color *** CP cases reconstructed with CBVMF were *** complaints,degree of motivation of the child/parent to surgery,satisfaction of parent/child with results,and surgical complications were *** Seven patients(6 months to 6 years old)were treated with *** patients showed megaprepuce and another was submitted to a limited postectomy 3 years *** family was not fully satisfied(expected“bigger penis”),but acknowledged that the penis was now well *** child talked about the problem preoperatively,but all of the boys were fully satisfied with the results of the surgery and verbalized this in the *** edema resolved after 3 months in all but one *** flaps assumed the color of penile skin in the medium *** CBMVP results were *** complications did not *** edema does not persist in the medium term,and redundancy was not a *** color of the flap tended to evolve into a pattern similar to the penile skin.

Hydrogen bonding between water and tributyl phosphate （TBP） in TBP-CCl4-H2Osystem has been studied by 1H NMR.A new model and an empirical equation have been establishedon the basis of Li’s model and the parameters of hydrogen bond between water and TBP are deter-mined by nonlinear optimization *** TBP-CCl4 -H2O system change of 1H chemicalshift of water can be satisfactorily explained by the new model and the empirical equation in thewhole concentration *** the concentration of water in the organic phase is very low,themain existing forms of water are H2O·TBP and H2O·*** the concentration of waterreaches saturation,the main existing form is associated water,but there are still about 20% ofwater existing in the forms of H2O·TBP and H2O·2TBP.
