Efficient discovery of association rules in large database is a well studied problem and several approaches have been proposed. However, the previously proposed methods still encounter some performance bottlenecks when mining databases is updated, such as inserted and deleted. In this paper, we propose an incremental updating technique based on H-mine and xml, for the maintenance of association rules when new transaction data is added to a transaction database. A performance evaluation shows that our algorithm is available and scalable.

Aiming at value reduction,a kind of RSVR algorithm was presented based on support in association rules via Apriori algorithm.A more effective reduction table can be obtained by deleting those rules with less support according to least support—*** reduction feasibility of this algorithm was achieved by reducing the given decision table. Testing by UCI machine learning database and comparing this algorithm with least value reduction algorithm indicate the validity of RSVR algorithm.

Because current recommendation system haven’t considered user affection,we introduce affection semantic in recommendation system,and we propose a model of recommendation system based on affection semantic（RSBAS）.We design a method to get the affection support degree by affection recognition and analyzing goods emotional attributes,we use Gabor and SVM to recognize people’s feelings,and use it in apriori algorithm besides number support degree of traditional *** shows the efficiency and ability of our method.

In order to prevent the spread of the ill metamorphosed texts in Internet which escaped from the traditional security filtering, a method of new special words identification is presented. In the paper, metamorphosed character strings in the ill texts were analyzed, then were preprocessed to get the candidate strings set, at last the special words were identified using an improved algorithm of the association rules according to the strings’ characteristics such as adjacency, sequence and frequency. The experiments show that it can identify the special metamorphosed words while the traditional methods can’t, reduce the misguidance of the segmentation, and improve the efficiency and the capability of security filtering as the complement of the topic filtering.

Associative classification algorithms which are based on association rules have performed well compared with other classification approaches. However a fundamental limitation with these classification algorithms is that the search space of candidate rules is very large and the processes of rule discovery and rule selection are conducted separately. This paper proposes an approach called ARMBIS, which is based on the natural immune principle, for searching associative rules. The proposed algorithm has the capability of dealing with complex search space of association rules while still ensuring that the resultant set of association rules is appropriate for associative classification. The performance evaluation results have shown that the proposed algorithm has achieved good runtime and accuracy performance in comparison with conventional associative classification algorithms.

In this paper, we introduce the basic ideas of association rules and Apriori Algorithm, and analyse the relationship between the booking database of the open experiment and the implementation of Apriori Algorithm. After the pre-processing of the dataset we have accumulated, we apply the Apriori Algorithm of association rules to mine some related information in the booking database. So we can get some important association information both in the same type experiments and in some independent experiments. Then, we analyse the mined information, get the reasons of the association information, and give some advice to the administration of experiment teaching so as to improve the work efficiency.

Genetic algorithms are considered as a global search approach for solving the complex *** procedure of GA is analyzed in detail and the evolutionary operators of GA are *** data mining method is also proposed and the method of GA using in data mining is *** last,the paper presents the GA for data mining of the association rules. Experimental results show that in the association rules data mining,GA could successfully finds the useful knowledge.

In the field of data mining, Apriori is a classical algorithm for mining association rules. In this paper, an improved Apriori algorithm is proposed, which is based on the principle of memory indexing. By recording unnecessary scanning transactions and storing relatively frequent transactions, the algorithm decreases the scanning times of the database, and consequently save the time of I/O operation. The experiments result has verified the effectiveness of the improved algorithm.

With the rapid development of computer technology, data mining using association rules has been widely used in all walks of life. FP-Growth algorithm is an association rule algorithm. It does not need to generate candidates, so it has practical value for the study of disease complications. However, it is inefficient and prone to spillover due to its large scale medical data. This paper proposes an improved algorithm based on the FP-Growth algorithm, which sets the minimum support threshold and deletes infrequent item sets to improve the operation efficiency. Experimental results show that this algorithm accelerates the speed of data mining and improves the processing efficiency in the medical data environment.
