In order to improve the efficiency of fault decision-making of gas surge tank, this paper proposes a casebased reasoning（CBR） for assistant decision-making of gas surge tank. On the basis of the real case of surge tank fault, the characteristic attributes of the case are extracted, and the case is represented by the frame representation method. Through analytic hierarchy process, local similarity calculation model and global similarity calculation model, the assistant decision-making method of gas surge tank based on case-based reasoning is established. Finally, the source case and target case are analyzed, and the results are proved. The application of this method in assistant decision-making of gas surge tank fault has practical significance.

In order to improve the command effectiveness of maritime emergency search and rescue, this paper analyzes the primary functions of maritime emergency search and rescue assistant decision-making system, and presents the key issues, such as the intuitionistic decision-making, uncontrolled ship on the drift, as well as the approaches to them, such like the choice of search methods. The conclusion can be helpful in developing the assistant decision-making software and promote Naval maritime rescue capacity-building.

The Time and Cost Prediction of Tunnel Boring Machine in Tunnelling

making use of microsoft visual studio. net platform, the assistant decision-making system of tunnel boring machine in tunnelling has been built to predict the time and cost. Computation methods of the performance parameters have been discussed. New time and cost prediction models have been depicted. The multivariate linear regression has been used to make the parameters more precise, which are the key factor to affect the prediction near to the reality.
