A SET OF NEW ALL-DIRECTION ROBUST REGULATION INDICES

A set of new all-direction regulation indices (ADRI) is suggested using the accustomedclassical geometrical terminology. With the advantage of the previous indices, they aresuitable for both simple-input simple-output systems and multi-input multi-output *** from the tracking indices type, ADRI summarises the whole regulation specifica-tions of the system for various possible disturbances from all directions in the state *** characters of the new and the old indices are analyzed. The algorithm of ADRI valuesis given. It is found that both the ADRI and the robustness index of a system simultaneouslyrequire the eigenvectors to be as orthonormal as possible. As a result a functional index isobtained that can improve the robustness and the dynamic regulation performance simulta-neously.

The nitric oxide radical has played an important role in atmospheric physics and air pollution. A large number of studies have been made on almost every conceivable type of transition for a long time. Visible spectra, infrared spectra, electron pammagnetic resonance spectra, and laser magnetic resonance (LMR) spectra of NO radical have been reported. The results of these studies accumulated have become a wealth of the spectral data.

An Example of Yak Paternity assignment.by Microsatellite Genotyping

12 cattle microsatellite DNA markers were used for establishing the paternity of 4 Datong Yak *** results indicated that paternity can be assigned by use of exclusion method directely when the mother is clearly known and data of all likely sires were obtained. The more the alleles of a locus possessed, the more effectively the paternity can be assigned. Not only the microsatellite DNA marker is a promising tool in establishment of yak detail pedigrees, but also can provide us information of reproductive efficiency of the bull(s) based on the numbers of calves it produced in the herd, which will be useful in speeding up the processes of yak genetics improvement.

From the theories of the nuclear hyperfine structure (HFS) and A doubling of diatomic molecules, several brief algebraic equations for interpretation of HFS and A doubling of transitions of diatomic molecule have been developed. A few important parameters of HFS and A doubling of 15N16O have been efficiently and accurately obtained from the analysis of the high resolution spectra of 15N16O (X2Π) observed in our experiments with these equations. This method can provide an effective approach to obtain important hyperfine parameters of novel radicals from their high resolution laser magnetic resonance spectra.
