Aspect’s extraction is a critical task in aspect-based sentiment analysis,including explicit and implicit aspects identification.While extensive research has identified explicit aspects,little effort has been put forward on implicit aspects extraction due to the complexity of the problem.Moreover,existing research on implicit aspect identification is widely carried out on product reviews targeting specific aspects while neglecting sentences’dependency problems.Therefore,in this paper,a multi-level knowledge engineering approach for identifying implicit movie aspects is proposed.The proposed method first identifies explicit aspects using a variant of BiLSTM and CRF(Bidirectional Long Short Memory-Conditional Random Field),which serve as a memory to process dependent sentences to infer implicit aspects.It can identify implicit aspects from four types of sentences,including independent and three types of dependent sentences.The study is evaluated on a largemovie reviews dataset with 50k examples.The experimental results showed that the explicit aspect identification method achieved 89%F1-score and implicit aspect extraction methods achieved 76%F1-score.In addition,the proposed approach also performs better than the state-of-the-art techniques(NMFIAD andML-KB+)on the product review dataset,where it achieved 93%precision,92%recall,and 93%F1-score.

People utilize microblogs and other social media platforms to express their thoughts and feelings regarding current events,public products and the latest affairs.People share their thoughts and feelings about various topics,including products,news,blogs,etc.In user reviews and tweets,sentiment analysis is used to discover opinions and feelings.Sentiment polarity is a term used to describe how sentiment is represented.Positive,neutral and negative are all examples of it.This area is still in its infancy and needs several critical upgrades.Slang and hidden emotions can detract from the accuracy of traditional techniques.Existing methods only evaluate the polarity strength of the sentiment words when dividing them into positive and negative categories.Some existing strategies are domain-specific.The proposed model incorporates aspect extraction,association rule mining and the deep learning technique Bidirectional EncoderRepresentations from Transformers(BERT).aspects are extracted using Part of Speech Tagger and association rulemining is used to associate aspects with opinion words.Later,classification was performed using BER.The proposed approach attained an average of 89.45%accuracy,88.45%precision and 85.98%recall on different datasets of products and Twitter.The results showed that the proposed technique achieved better than state-of-the-art sentiment analysis techniques.

Assessment of soil quality indicators under different agricultural land uses and topographic aspects in Central Vietnam

Soil quality assessment is valuable for agricultural production. In this research, 155 soil samples at two soil depths were collected from four land use types in an agricultural area of the A Luoi district in the Central Vietnam. Differences of soil organic carbon, total nitrogen in soil and soil pH under different land use types and topographic aspects were compared. Soil organic carbon contents in arable land and plantation forest are higher than those in natural forest and grassland (p aspects and soil organic carbon content;however, the different changing trends of soil organic carbon content between land use types and aspects were found. The impact of slope, elevation, farming system or soil texture accounted for the differences in these soil indicators under different land use types in the A Luoi district.

Performance of automated CT aspects in comparison to physicians at different levels on evaluating acute ischemic stroke at a single institution in China

Background:Our aim was to evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of the automated computer-based Alberta Stroke Program Early CT Score(e-aspects)for acute stroke patients and compare the result with physicians at different levels.Methods:In our center,e-aspects and 9 physicians at different levels retrospectively and blindly assessed baseline computed tomography(CT)images of 55 patients.Sensitivity,specificity,receiver-operating characteristic curves,Bland–Altman plots with mean score error,and Matthews correlation coefficients were calculated.Comparisons were made between the scores by physicians and e-aspects with diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)being the ground truth.Two methods for clustered data were used to estimate sensitivity and specificity in the region-based analysis.Results:In total,1100(55 patients×20 regions per patient)aspects regions were scored.In the region-based analysis,sensitivity of e-aspects was better than junior doctors and residents(0.576 vs 0.165 and 0.111,paspects had the best Matthews correlation coefficient of 0.529,compared to senior doctors,junior doctors,and residents(0.463,0.251,and 0.087,respectively).Conclusions:e-aspects showed a similar performance to that of senior physicians in the assessment of brain CT of acute ischemic stroke patients with the Alberta Stroke Program Early CT score method.

Epidemiological Clinical aspects and Medical Management of Sexual Assault in the Region of Ségou in Mali

Introduction: Sexual assault is an act of a sexual nature perpetrated on another person without their consent. Goal: To describe the epidemio-clinical aspects and the medical management of sexual assault in the Segou region. Methodology: This was a retro-prospective descriptive study from September 2010 to September 2018 on the alleged female victims of sexual assault registered in the Gynecology and Obstetrics departments of the hospital and the sanitary quarters of Ségou. Results: We recorded 107 cases of sexual assault out of 47,729 gynecological consultations, representing a hospital prevalence of 0.22%. The victims were between 10 and 15 years old in 48.59% of the cases. Students were the most represented with 53.27% (57/107) of cases. Genito-genital contact was recorded in 90.65% (97/107) of cases. Vulvo-perineal lesions were present in 44.86% (48/107) of survivors. Hymenial deflowering was the most frequent traumatic genital lesion accounting for 43.70% (21/48) of old cases and 27.00% (13/48) of recent cases. Sexual assault was committed by a single individual in 60.75% (65/107) of cases and by a friend of the victim in 21.5% (23/107) of cases. The survivors had consulted within 24 hours of the sexual assault in 53.27% (57/107) of the cases, the treatment was medical in 68.22% (73/107) and medical-surgical in 4.7% (5/107), post-exposure prophylaxis to the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) was performed in only 26.16% (28/107) of survivors. Conclusion: Sexual assault remains a concern although its frequency is low. This scourge mainly affects children and adolescents, and the lesions are mainly genitals.

Epidemiological Clinical and Histological aspects of Gynecological and Breast Cancer in Pointe Noire (Congo Brazzaville)

INTRODUCTION: The objective of our study was to determine the epidemiological clinical and histological aspects of gynecological and breast cancers in Pointe-Noire. PATIENTS AND METHODS: This was a retrospective descriptive study that took place in the cancerology and internal medicine department during the period from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2021, i.e. a period of 10 years. Women with histological diagnosis of gynecological and breast cancers were included in our study. The variables studied were: frequency, age, alcohol and tobacco consumption, histological type, stage of extension, location of cancer. Bivariate analysis was done between age and location of the tumour. The statistical test used was the KHI2 test. The results were statistically significant for a value of p RESULTS: We collected 400 files from women with cancer. Among the 400 files, 265 were represented by gynecological and breast cancers, that is a frequency of 65.43%. Among the 265 cases of gynecological and breast cancer identified during this study period, breast cancer represented the first rank with 52% frequency. Cervical cancer accounted for 41% followed by ovarian cancer (5%) and endometrial (2%). Cancer of vulva was represented by a single case. The average age of patients with gynecological and breast cancers during our study was 52 ± 12 years. The average age of patients with cancer of the breast, cervix, ovarian, endometrial was respectively 49 ± 11.97 years, 54.73 ± 12.91 years old, 50 ± 14 years, 67 ± 14.24 years, the age of the vulva cancer patient was 51 years old. The histological type of breast cancer was represented by infiltrating ductal adenocarcinoma in 91% of cases, invasive lobular carcinoma in 7% and sarcoma in 2%. Cervical cancers were represented by squamous cell carcinomas in 95% of cases and adenocarcinomas in 5% of cases. Nutritional quality and safety aspects of wild vegetables consume in Bangladesh

Objective: To evaluate the nutritional composition, including major minerals, essential trace elements and toxic heavy metals of five different wild vegetables Dhekishak(Dryopteris filix-mas), Helencha(Enhydra fluctuans), Kalmishak(Ipomoea aquatica),Patshak(Corchorus capsularis) and Shapla stem(Nymphaea stellata) and their safety aspects.Methods: Proximate parameters moisture, ash, fat, fiber, protein, carbohydrate and energy; major minerals Na, K, Ca and Mg; trace elements Fe, Zn and Cu; and toxic heavy metals Pb, Cd, Cr, Ni and Hg were evaluated in the selected wild vegetables using the standard food analysis techniques.Results: The results from nutritional analysis showed that all the wild vegetables used in this study had a low content of crude fat and high content of moisture, ash, crude protein,crude fiber, carbohydrate and energy having the recommended dietary allowances. The vegetables were also rich in major minerals Na, K, Ca and Mg, sufficient in essential trace elements Fe, Cu and Zn while the heavy metals Pb, Cr and Ni were detected higher in amount in all the vegetables except Patshak than the limits recommended by Food and Agriculture Organization/World Health Organization. The heavy metals Cd and Hg were not detected in any vegetable.Conclusions: The outcome of this study suggests that the wild vegetables have very good nutritional potential to meet the recommended dietary allowances, but special awareness should be taken for public health concern about the high level of Pb, Cr and Ni which exceed the Food and Agriculture Organization/World Health Organization recommended limits for the metals in vegetables.

目的:采用aspects区域来精确描述高密度征的分布,统计不同区域出现的高密度征对机械取栓患者90天mRS的影响。方法:本研究回顾性分析了2018年1月至2020年12月江苏省泰州市人民医院卒中中心治疗数据库中录入的82例患者。符合条件的患者均应在机械取栓术后立即复查头颅CT,并在24小时后再次复查头颅CT,72小时后第三次复查头颅CT。记录在机械取栓术后复查的头颅CT平扫上阿尔伯塔卒中项目早期CT评分(aspects)分区中存在高密度征者。对独立的aspects分区与90天后mRS评分的关系用二元Logistic回归分析评估。结果:在纳入研究的82例患者中,共有男48例(58.5%),女34例(41.5%)。入院空腹血糖,总胆固醇,甘油三酯,HDL-C,LDL-C,胱抑素c,尿酸,血小板计数,同型半胱氨酸,糖化血红蛋白,年龄,性别占比,高血压,糖尿病,房颤,入院NIHSS评分,90天mRS评分,DRT(入院到血管开通时间)等经t检验或卡方检验,非高密度征组与高密度征组数据无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。而抽烟,饮酒,入院ASPECT评分在两组间存在明显差异(Paspects区域中有165个区域出现了高密度征。在对应的aspects分区中,C区(尾状核)有30个,占比18.2%;L区(豆状核)有32个,占比19.4%;I区(岛叶)有34个,占比20.6%;IC区(内囊)有9个,占比5.5%;M1区有8个,占比4.8%;M2区有17个,占比10.3%;M3区有8个,占比4.8%;M4区有17个,占比10.3%;M5区有4个,占比2.4%;M6区有6个,占比3.6%。有42(51.2%)例有较差的结局(mRS=3-6),40(48.8%)例较好的结局(mRS=0-2)。有32(39%)例发生了HT,其中按照ECASS分型,PH1型有13个,PH2型有8个,SAH+PH2型有3个,SAH有7个,远离脑梗死区域的脑实质出血有1个。根据Heidelberg分型,有5例发生了sICH。NIHSS评分大于等于13分或ASPECT评分小于等于7分时,预示较差的结局。ASPECT不同区域出现的高密度征对预后的影响是不同的,出现在C区(0R=3.21,95%CI,1.33–8.82,M4区(OR=2.94,95%CI,1.09–9.46)的高密度征对患者不良结局的影响较大。结论:1.结果表明,NIHSS评分大于等于13分或ASPECT评分小于等于7分时,预示较差的结局。2.aspects不同区域出现的高密度征对预后的影响是不同的,出现在C区与M4的高密度征对患者不良结局的影响较大。

目的探讨Alberta卒中项目早期CT评分(aspects)对急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者血管内血栓切除术(EVT)后扩散加权成像(DWI)的预后评估价值。方法选择淮安市第一人民医院神经内科2019年3月至2022年2月接受EVT的大脑中动脉AIS患者121例,根据患者3个月后改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分分为预后良好组(0~2分)和预后不良组(3~6分)。比较两组患者临床资料和影像指标差异,应用Logistic回归分析临床及影像指标中有统计学意义的变量,使用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)和DeLong检验比较治疗后DWI-aspects评分和梗死体积对AIS患者的预后评估价值。结果共121例患者,预后良好组67例(55.4%),出血转化17例(25.4%);预后不良组54例(44.6%),出血转化30例(55.5%)。预后良好组DWI-aspects评分更高、梗死体积更小、入院美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分更低,与预后不良组差异有统计学意义(Paspects评分和梗死体积有相关性,差异有统计学意义(r=-0.832,P=0.00)。Logistic回归分析显示治疗后DWI-aspects评分(OR=0.315,P=0.00)及梗死体积(OR=1.068,P=0.00)均是大脑中动脉AIS患者EVT术后预后不良的独立预测因子。经ROC曲线进一步分析显示EVT术后DWI-aspects评分评估3个月后mRS评分的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.887(95%CI:0.827~0.948),预测不良预后的最佳临界点为5.5分,敏感度为73.1%,特异度为87%。而梗死体积评估3个月后mRS评分的AUC为0.907(95%CI:0.854~0.960),预测不良预后的最佳临界点为86.5 ml,敏感度为68.5%,特异度为98.5%。结论治疗后DWI-aspects评分可代替梗死体积来预测AIS患者EVT术后的临床预后。

Adiabatic regularization and Green's function of a scalar field in de Sitter space: Positive energy spectrum and no trace anomaly

In the conventional adiabatic regularization the vacuum ultraviolet divergences of a quantum field in curved spacetime are removed by subtracting the k-mode of the stress tensor to the 4 th-order.For a scalar field in de Sitter space,we find that the4 th-order regularized spectral energy density is negative.Moreover,the 2 nd-order regularization for minimal coupling(ξ=0)and the 0 th-order regularization for conformal coupling(ξ=1/6) yield a positive and UV-convergent spectral energy density and power spectrum.The regularized stress tensor in the vacuum is maximally symmetric and can drive inflation,while its k-modes representing the primordial fluctuations are nonuniformly distributed.Conventional regularization of a Green's function in position space is generally plagued by a log IR divergence.Only in the massless case with ξ=0 or 1/6,we can directly regularize the Green's functions and obtain vanishing results that agree with the adiabatic regularization results.In this case,the regularized power spectrum and stress tensor are both zero,and no trace anomaly exists.To overcome the log IR divergence problem in the massive cases with ξ=0 and 1/6,we perform Fourier transformation of the regularized power spectra and obtain the regularized analytical Green's functions which are IR-and UV-convergent.
