With the rapid development of economic globalization and the transformation of higher education from elite education to popular education,all employers require college students’English ability is getting higher and higher,especially for the ability to work in *** not only play a major role in the process of training students’application ability,but also determine the success or failure of the transformation and development of local colleges and *** also puts forward higher requirements for College English *** majority of English teachers must realize their own transformation and development from the overall situation of the transformation and development of colleges and the actual needs of students to learn *** English teachers should adapt to the new situation,change teaching ideas and establish the concept of lifelong learning,so as to increase their own practical experience and industry experience,so as to promote the development of College English teaching.

With the deepening of the reform of college English teaching in our country, the demand of the society for foreign language talents is diversified. The private universities aim to explore the new mode of college English teaching which is suitable for the cultivation of applied talents. On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of college English teaching in private universities, this paper proposes suggestive measures to enhance the construction of teaching staff, ameliorate the teaching and research level, improve the teaching methods and optimize the teaching effect, understand the students and tailor their learning, help them change their learning ideas and strengthen self- learning consciousness, so as to further deepen the reform of college English teaching.

It is the inevitable requirement to emphasize applied talents training in modem society when the economy and society are under rapid development, during which the local colleges are obliged to undertake this significant responsibility. Taking the training of applied talents as the core during the teaching and education is the important step taken by local colleges in Jilin to adapt to the social demands. The quality of the talents would directly influence the contributions made to the society by local colleges and its own sustainable development. Nowadays, the local colleges in Jilin should reinforce their efforts in the training of applied talents and deepen the reform comprehensively from the educational concepts, training programs and teaching courses so as to effectively realize the teaching objectives of the training on applied talents.

German universities of applied science and technology (FH is the abbreviated form to Fachhochschule) are the new kind of institutions of higher learning to cultivate advanced applied talents in Germany. This essay first introduces the teaching concept, the training goal, the curriculum system, talents evaluation mode, the construction of teachers’ team and internal teaching methods of FH applied talents training program then directs at the existing problems of newly established colleges and universities in cultivating applied talents, finally puts forward several proposals to the cultivation of applied talents in our country’s local colleges and universities.

In order to adapt to fast development of computer science and technology and the needs of society for applied talents, we put forward the accordance of construction mode of talent cultivation, analyze quality, ability and knowledge frame of applied talents, and present a series of innovation methods of training patterns for applied talents with high qualities in this paper. Experimental results reveal the efficiency of the mode.

As an important part of the teaching work of colleges and universities, the practice teaching base is an important place to effectively ensure the implementation of the practice teaching link, and it is also an important base for training practical application talents. In accordance with the needs of local independent colleges for professional transformation and development, in accordance with the training goals of professional talents, the practice teaching system was constructed, the practice base teaching plan was revised, and measures to adapt to the school’s transformation and development and strengthen the construction of practice teaching bases were discussed. The aim is to strengthen the construction of practical teaching bases, increase the intensity of practical teaching, and cultivate applied technical talents that meet the needs of society.
