We examine the structures,cut-off points of transmittance spectra and electric properties of undoped ZnO,SnO_(2) and CdO films by scanning electron microscopy,x-ray diffraction,spectrophotometer and Hall-effect measurements,*** films are deposited by using an rf magnetron sputtering system from powder targets in argon and then annealed in *** structures and properties of the as-deposited films are compared with those of the annealed *** try to explain the behaviour of charge carriers based on the semiconductor physics theory.

Hydrogen contents and its depth profiles, obtained by nuclear reaction induced by fluorine ion, have been investigated for a series of thermal annealed amorphous silicon and implanted amorphous carbon (diamond-like carbon) films. For dual layer amorphous silicon films, it is shown that hydrogen of either a-Si:H or a-SiNx:H sublayer moves obviously at different annealing conditions. For diamond-like carbon (DLC) films, measurements show that, by argon implantation, hydrogen contents decrease obviously with the increase of implanting dose. The decrease of hydrogen contents results in the decrease of diamond- like (SP3) and graphite-like (SP2) components of DLC films. But, the ratios of SP2 and SP3 increased, and the resistivities decrease with the increase of implanting dose.

Native rice starch exhibits poor thermal,shear and acid stability as well as high rates of ***,annealing of acid modified rice starch was studied to be able to use as a thickening agent in food *** of acid modified starch could help improve rheological and thermal properties of rice *** is a process whereby starch granules in excess water are held at a temperature above glass transition temperature(T) but below onset temperature(T) of gelatinization for a certain period of *** varieties of rice starches differed in amylose content was modified by acid-methanol for 0,16 and 40 *** of gelatinization thermal temperature such as T,T or T had been used as thermal stability indices of starch *** difference of the T and Tp before and after annealing of high amylose rice starch(CN 1 variety) was noticeably higher. Less obvious difference in T was observed in low(RD 6 variety) to medium(KDML 105 variety) amylose rice *** positive values of d T and dTp indicated that annealing could improve thermal stability of both native and acid-methanol treated rice ***,dT and dTp of acid-methanol treated high amylose starch were higher than *** high DP(DP>2 000) amylose did not easily form order structure during *** proper molecular size of starch could increase the mobility of starch molecules and the realignment of starch chains during *** thermal stable starch granules were observed in acid modified high amylose starch with the combination of annealing *** gelatinization enthalpy(AH) of acid-methanol-treated CN 1 starch was increased after *** mobility of certain molecular weigh amylose chains during annealing resulted in the formation of double helices or increase double helices *** in enthalpy was also observed in high amylose barley and corn *** annealing,interactions could occur between amylose-amylose and/or amylo

A visible photoluminescence from a thermally annealed boron doped hydrogenated amorphous silicon(a-Si:H)film has been observed at room *** wavelength at the peak of the photoluminescent spectra is about *** intensity of photoluminescence is dependent on the annealing temperature strongly and relative to the deposition technology parameters of the films,especially to the hydrogen dilution of the boron doped silane and the deposition rate of the *** exists a quantum size effect of nanometer-scale porosity on the surface of the annealed a-Si:H *** quantum-confined structures may form due to the evolution of hydrogen from the surface of the films during the annealing *** density of the porosity is relative to the quantity of evolved hydrogen from the film and the evolution rate of the hydrogen.

＜正＞ The corrosion behaviour of annealed CNx/TiNy multilayers have been investigated using potentiodynamic test in a 0.5MH2SO4 solution. The coating has been deposited on W6Mo5Cr4V2 steel by reactive magnetron sputtering and then annealed at different temperature. The annealed multilayers showed superior corrosion resistance as compared to the as-deposited coating. The corrosion model of annealed CNx/TiNy multilayers has been set up.

For a highly oriented Bi_(2)Sr_(2)CaCu_(2)0_(8+y) single crystal with a lower as-grown T_(c)of 72K,on air-annealing at 250℃for 2h,its T_(c)remained unchanged,while increased to 83 K after annealing for 25 *** another crystal with a higher as-grown T_(c)of 86.7K and annealed under the same condition,its T_(c)was unchanged except for a slight improvement ofΔT_(c)and was independent of the annealing time.X-ray diffraction showed that there were no changes of c-axis lattice parameter for the annealed *** the above two crystals,after annealing at 250℃for 25 h,were further annealed at 600℃for 20 h,then T_(c)was increased to the same value of almost 88K and the c-axis lattice parameter showed a dramatic *** suggested that the improvement of superconductivity of the sample annealed at much lower annealing temperature(250℃)are associated with the oxygen diffusion involved in the pervoskite unit and this diffusion from the perovskite unit occurs earlier than that from Bi-O layers.

Controlled growth,synthesis,and characterization of a high density and large-scale Ge nanostructure by an easy fabrication method are key issues for optoelectronic *** quantum dots(QDs)having a density of~1011 cm^(-2) and a size as small as~8 nm are grown by radio frequency magnetron sputtering on Si(100)substrates under different heat *** annealing temperature dependent structural and optical properties are measured using AFM,XRD,FESEM,EDX,photoluminescence(PL)and Raman *** effect of annealing is found to coarsen the Ge QDs from pyramidal to dome-shaped structures as they grow larger and transform the nanoislands into relatively stable and steady state ***,the annealing allows the intermixing of Si into the Ge QDs and thereby reduces the strain energy that enhances the formation of larger *** room temperature PL spectra exhibits two strong peaks at~2.87 eV and~3.21 eV attributed to the interaction between Ge,GeO_(x) and the possibility of the presence of QDs core-shell *** reports so far exist on the red shift~0.05 eV of the strongest PL peak that results from the effect of quantum ***,the Raman spectra for the pre-annealed QDs that consist of three peaks at around~305.25 cm^(-1),409.19 cm^(-1) and 515.25 cm^(-1) are attributed to Ge-Ge,Ge-Si,and Si-Si vibration modes,*** Ge-Ge optical phonon frequency shift(~3.27 cm^(-1))associated with the annealed samples is assigned to the variation of shape,size distribution,and Ge composition in different *** variation in the annealing dependent surface roughness and the number density is found to be in the range of~0.83 to~2.24 nm and~4.41 to~2.14×10^(11)cm^(-2),respectively.

Specimens of silicon carbide(6H-SiC)were irradiated with 5 MeV Kr ions(84Kr19+)for three fluences of 5×10^(13),2×10^(14) and 1×10^(15) ions/cm^(2),and subsequently annealed at room temperature,500°C,700°C and 1000°C,*** strain of the specimens was investigated with high resolution XRD and different defect evolution processes are *** interpretation of the defect evolution and migration is given to explain the strain *** mechanical properties of the specimens were studied by using a nano−indentation technique in continuous stiffness measurement(CSM)mode with a diamond Berkovich *** specimens irradiated with fluences of 5×10^(13) or 2×10^(14) ions/cm^(2),hardness values exceed that of un−implanted ***,hardness sharply degrades for specimens irradiated with the highest fluence of 1×10^(15) ions/cm^(2).The specimens with fluences of 5×10^(13) and 2×10^(14) ions/cm^(2) and subsequently annealed at 700°C and 500°C,respectively,show the maximum hardness value.
