Problematic phosphatic tubular microfossils with ornamented sculptures are documented to exist in limestones of the up-per Middle Cambrian Huaqiao Formation at the Paibi section and the Wangcun section in West Hunan,*** morphological pat-terns,including Ornamented Tube Form I and Ornamented Tube Form II are *** on the analysis of the preservation,wall structure and composition of the fossils,it is deduced that these ornamented tubes may represent carapace spines of some Cambrian arthro-pods with phosphatic carapaces,such as bradoriid *** of functional morphology indicates that the sclerites may rather be considered of a defensive than grasping function on the original organism body.

The red-emitting indolium derivative compound H3 was demonstrated as a sensitive membrane fluorescence *** probe located at the interface of liposomes when mixed them up,with much fluorescence enhancement by inhibiting the twisted intramolecular charge transfer *** an ultrasonic treatment,it penetrated into lipid bilayers with the emissions leveling off and a rather large encapsulation efficiency（71.4%） in *** ζ-potential and particle size measurement confirmed that the charged indolium group was embedded deeply into lipid *** probe was then used to monitor the affinities of antioxidant flavonoids for *** was verified that quercetin easily interacted with liposomes and dissociated the probe from the internal lipid within 60 s under the condition of simply *** assessment of binding affinities of six flavonoids and the coincident results with their anti-oxidation activities indicated that it was a promising membranes probe for the study of drug bioaffinities.
