In mobile satellite communication networks employing digital beam forming technology,beam alignment imposes great influence on link quality and network *** to complex coupling motion by low earth orbit(LEO)satellite and ship,direction of arrival(DOA)of target satellite varies rapidly and *** then causes difficulty to accurately track the *** this work,an adaptive tracking algorithm is proposed by exploiting advantages of flexible parameter configuration of digital phased-array *** alignment process basically consists of observation and *** the observation stage,two-dimensional(2-D)multiple signal classification(MUSIC)is applied by the ship-borne digital phased-array antenna to estimate beam direction of satellite;in the tracking stage,an extended Kalman filter(EKF)based adaptive tracking is designed to achieve fast and accurate *** proposed adaptive tracking improves performance by adaptively estimating tracking parameters in EKF *** estimation results are then used as feedback to adaptively adjust digital phased-array antenna parameters to improve estimation accuracy of *** results under sea state 5 show that the proposed tracking algorithm improves tracking accuracy and stability over conventional ones.

This paper investigates the problem of global adaptive tracking by output feedback, for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems with symmetric dead-zone nonlinearity and unknown time-delay in the actuator. In the case that only system output can be measured, we propose a universal adaptive output feedback controller by designing the extended high-gain observer with an adjustable parameter. Then, the stability analysis is performed concisely by using the idea of non-separation principle and high-gain scaling approach instead of backstepping method. In particular, all design parameters are easy to obtain by solving a system of inequalities. Finally, a simulation example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed controller.

In this paper we study the adaptive tracking control for nonlinear ARX（NARX） systems with additive observation noise. Compared to the existing works the dynamical function in the model is allowed to process arbitrary growth rate with respect to the input argument. The adaptive control is designed on the basis of stochastic approximation algorithm with expanding truncations（SAAWET）, and it is pointed out that there is a trade-off between the growth rate of the dynamical function with respect to control argument and that of the truncation bound to be chosen. We proved that the tracking purpose is achieved and the numerical simulation given in the paper justifies the theoretical assertions.

A new adaptive tracking method for radar target is proposed in this paper, in this method, velocity and acceleration are estimated by limited memory of least square method, position is estimated by one-step filter. In the estimation course of velocity and acceleration, dynamic number of limited memory points is adjusted according to maneuver detecting, to ensure the smooth for straight flight and less lag for swerve. In the position filter, a roll angle predicted method is proposed, and the roll angle is used for adaptive adjusting of Kalman filter parameter. Simulation result shows that it tracks the target smooth in straight flight and rapid in swerve flight, owning a high engineering value.

For bridge crane system driven by DC-motors with unknown parameters,this paper focuses on the problem of modeling and adaptive tracking control under random *** equivalently regarding the effect of random noises as force,torque or voltage disturbed by colored noises,a random model is *** the structural properties of the model,a Lyapunov function is skillfully constructed and an adaptive trajectory tracking controller is designed such that the tracking error can be made as close to zero as possible by tuning design parameters,and the closedloop system is noise-to-state-practically stable in *** simulation result demonstrates the effectiveness of the control scheme.

In this paper,the problem of adaptive tracking for a class of stochastic Hamiltonian control systems with unknown nonlinear drift and diffusion functions is *** difficulties come forth:integral chain consists of vectors,unknown control gain is a definite-positive matrix,and control and tracking error are in different channels,which are rarely considered in stochastic nonlinear *** overcome these problems,a vector form of adaptive backstepping controller is designed such that the closed-loop stochastic Hamiltonian system has a unique solution that is globally bounded in probability and the L-norm of the tracking error converges to an arbitrarily small neighborhood of *** applications,an example from mechanical systems instead of numerical one is presented.
