Method of inter-turn fault detection for nextgeneration smart transformers based on deep learning algorithm

In this study,an inter-turn fault diagnosis method is proposed based on deep learning algorithm.12-channel data is obtained in MATLAB/Simulink as the time-domain monitoring signals and labelled with 16 different fault tags,including both primary and secondary voltage and current waveforms.An auto-encoder is presented to classify the fault type of the abundant and comprehensive fault waveforms.The overall waveforms compose a two-dimension data matrix and the auto-encoder is trained to extract the features in the multi-channel waveforms.The selected features are convoluted with the original data,generating a one-dimensional vector as the input to the softmax classifier.Variables such as type,activation function and depth of auto-encoder,sparsity of sparse auto-encoder,number of features and pooling strategies are studied,which gives an intuitive process to train a proper learning model.The overall recognition accuracy reaches 99.5%.Signal characteristics such as channel selection,time span of the input signal and signal sampling frequency are studied to find the best solution for the interturn fault detection of the three-phase transformer.The proposed method under deep learning framework increases the accuracy and robustness in transformer fault diagnosis,indicating its potential and prospect in the next-generation smart transformers.

Analysis of the contents of 3-479 stomachs of half-fin anchovy (taken monthly from April 1982 to May 1983 from the Bohai Sea) shows that half fin anchovy is a zooplanktivorous fish ; the young fish feeds mainly on Copepoda while the adult fish feeds mainly on Mysidacea and Acetes chinensk ; the food composition has a seasonal change, the main food is Mysidacea in spring but Acetes chinensk in summer and fall; the feeding intensity is closely related to its spawning.

Concerning the ecological studies of the Hydromedusae and Ctenophores in Taiwan Strait, we have only two papers available on these studies in the southwest of Taiwan Strait. Throughout the western Taiwan Strait, for the first time the paper reports species composition, seasonal change, hori zontal distribution, ecological characteristics of the Hydromedusae and Ctenophores and their relationship to the environmental factors.

This paper deals with the evolution of carbonate rocks and associated strata-bound depositsof various geological times in China. Distributions of the carbonate rocks are not very homo-geneous in time and space. Temporally, they are less common in both Archaean and Meso-Cainozoic strata, but more abundant in Palaeozoic and Proterozoic strata; spacially, they aremore abundant in the East Platform, but less in the West Folding Zone. They were depositedmainly in the sedimentary environments with shallow water. The Archaean carbonate rockswere formed by chemical processes, the Proterozoic carbonate rocks composed mainly of dolo-mites were deposited by algal activity, and the Palaeozoic and some Meso-Cainozoic carbonaterocks, in which limestones were predominant over dolomites, were formed by chemical and bio-chemical processes. After the Proterozoic era bioherms and banks were initiated. Many strata-bound deposits are found to associate with carbonate rocks in China,most of which were formed from the reformation caused by Hercynian and Yenshanian oro-genies.
