Objective:To explore the influence of artificial luminous environment and preventive function of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) intervention based on "Theory of yin-yang clock" on ***:A total of 45 New Zealand young rabbits were randomly divided into 5groups,9 for each *** group was exposed in natural *** group and full spectrum group were exposed in fluorescent light and full spectrum light,on which basis fluorescent TCM group and full spectrum TCM group were added with "Rizhong yinyang Formulas",*** parameters were measured and the influence of different lights on the serum and retinal dopamine(DA) levels as well as the retinal histopathological tissues was ***:The spectrum of fluorescent light mainly focused at 420-490 nm with the peak value of wavelength near 450 nm,whereas that of full spectrum was wider(400-800 nm) with the peak value near 600 *** 4 and 12 weeks,fluorescent group was evidently lower in serum and retinal DA levels(P0.05).Histopathological observation showed that there was significant difference in pigment epithelium layer,photoreceptor and nerve fiber layer between fluorescent group and control group,but the difference among the test groups was not ***:Fluorescent light has certain influence on retinal histological construction and visual ***,TCM intervention may have some degree of protective function on retina.

The yinyang theory and wuxing theory are the core parts in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Giving the accurate definitions of the concepts of yinyang and wuxing is essential for the modernization of TCM. Here,all metabolisms in our body are abstracted into two essential pathways: energy metabolism and stem cell proliferation& differentiation(SCPD) according to the principles of TCM and all of physical behaviors are the collective interaction of the two pathways. With the two pathways, a metabolic loop was discovered and all metabolisms in our body can be regarded as the oxidation of nutrition. Furthermore, the interrelationships of energy metabolism and SCPD have the same characteristics of Yin and Yang. So, we can coin that energy metabolism should be regarded as yang while SCPD should be regarded as yin.

yinyang theory and Wuxing theory are the core part in Traditional Chinese Medicine. On the principles of these theories, we definite the energy metabolism and stem cell proliferation & differentiation(SCPD) as yang and yin respectively. There are five factors which can influence the energy metabolism and SCPD: nutrition, oxygen, energy, end metabolic products and stem cell. These five factors have their metabolic pathways in our body. On the principle of wuxing theory, supply of nutrition should be regarded as earth^(TCM), supply of oxygen as metal^(TCM), releasing and utilization of energy as fire^(TCM), releasing of end metabolic products as water^(TCM), and SCPD as wood^(TCM). The interrelationship between the five pathways can be described on the principle of wuxing theory. In all, both yinyang theory and wuxing theory are the just model to discover the mysteries of life.

Contrary to the “end” and “death” assertions on philosophy, this paper predicts an equilibrium-based and harmony-centered scientific reincarnation of philosophy. Logically, the reincarnation is backed by a formal system and a background independent geometry that transcends spacetime. Physically, it is supported by definable quantum causality and bipolar logical unifications of matter and antimatter, particle and wave, big bang and black hole, relativity and quantum entanglement. Philosophically, it is distinguished from Western metaphysics and dialectics as well as the Dao of Laozi. It is named a quantum reincarnation for its central claim that yinyang bipolar quantum entanglement is the source of causality for the Being of beings following the 2nd law of thermodynamics. Thus, it presents a modest unification of science and philosophy for their reciprocal interaction (Note: Equilibrium subsumes non-equilibrium and quasi—equilibrium as local non-equilibriums can form global equilibrium or quasi-equilibrium).

In Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),pulse manifestation are an essential method for clinicians to make accurate diagnosis while researches on pulse manifestation are also an important direction for the modernization of *** to the viewpoints of TCM,the abnormality of qi,xue,yin and yang will lead to some alterations of pulse manifestations while by detecting these alterations of pulse manifestation,TCM researchers can not only conclude the abnormality of the qi,xue,yin and yang in the patients,make exact diagnose in TCM but also afford the just *** past researches had abstracted all metabolisms in our body into to pathways:energy metabolism which should be regarded as yang and stem cell proliferation&differentiation(SCPD)which should be regarded as *** two pathways support the metabolisms of local tissue and organs while arteries play vital roles for transportation of energy agents and stem cells to local tissue and *** detecting the alterations of pulse manifestations,clinician can conclude the alterations of energy metabolism and SCPD in ***,many novel parameters should be taken into consideration for describing the pulse manifestations and uncovering the physiology and pathology of pulse manifestations.

Medical ultrasound imaging with Doppler plays an essential role in the diagnosis of vascular disease. This study intended to review the clinical use of "to-and-fro" waveform at duplex Doppler ultrasonography(DDU) in the diagnosis of pseudoaneurysms in the arterial vessels of upper and lower extremities, abdominal aorta, carotid and vertebral arteries as well as to review our personal experiences of "to-and-fro" waveform at DDU also. After receiving institutional review board approval, an inclusive literature review was carried out in order to review the scientific foundation of "toand-fro" waveform at DDU and its clinical use in the diagnosis of pseudoaneurysms in various arterial vessels. Articles published in the English language between 2000 and 2013 were evaluated in this review study. Pseudoaneurysms in arterial vessels of the upper and lower extremities, abdominal aorta, carotid and vertebral arteries characterized by an extraluminal pattern of blood flow, which shows variable echogenicity, interval complexity, and "to-and-fro" flow pattern on color Doppler ultrasonography. In these arterial vessels, Duplex ultrasonography can demonstrate the degree of clotting, pseudoaneurysm communication, the blood flow patterns and velocities. Spectral Doppler applied to pseudoaneurysms lumen revealed systolic and diastolic turbulent blood flow with traditional "toand-fro" waveform in the communicating channel. Accurate diagnosis of pseudoaneurysm by spectral Doppler is based on the documentation of the "to-andfro" waveform. The size of pseudoaneurysm determines the appropriate treatment approach as surgical or conservative.
