Objective:To observe the efficacy of electroacupuncture(EA)plus yi jin jing(Sinew-transforming Qigong Exercises)for knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 60 patients with KOA were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each *** in the observation group received the treatment of EA plus yi jin jing(Sinew-transforming Qigong Exercises),while patients in the control group only received EA *** groups were treated for 5 *** changes of Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)and visual analog scale(VAS)scores in the two groups were observed after ***:After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group(92.3%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.0%),(Pyi jin jing(Sinew-transforming Qigong Exercises)is clinically effective for *** combined treatment can alleviate clinical symptoms.

Objective： To investigate the effect of yi jin jing（Sinew-transforming Qigong Exercises） plus tuina on scapulohumeral periarthritis（SP）.Methods： A total of 30 cases with SP were randomized into an observation group and a control group. Those in the observation group practiced yi jin jing（Sinew-transforming Qigong Exercises） plus tuina therapy; whereas those in the control group received only tuina therapy. Tuina therapy was conducted every other day, 20 min every time for 1 month and yi jin jing（Sinew-transforming Qigong Exercises） was conducted once a day for 1 month. The therapeutic effects were assessed by visual analogue scale（VAS） and Constant-Murley ***： After treatment, the VAS score and Constant-Murley scale were substantially improved, showing statistical significances（P〈0.01）; the Constant-Murley scale in the observation group was better than that in the control group,showing a statistical significance（P〈0.01）; the effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, between-group comparison showed a statistical significance（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： yi jin jing（Sinew-transforming Qigong Exercises） plus tuina and tuina alone have a verified effect in treating SP,and the former can achieve a better effect than the later.

Objective:To observe the effect of yi jin jing(Sinew-transforming Qigong Exercises)plus tuina on the neck for stiff ***:A total of 60 patients with stiff neck who met the screening criteria were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each *** in the control group received tuina on the neck,30 min every time,once a day,while patients in the observation group practiced yi jin jing(Sinew-transforming Qigong Exercises)plus the same tuina therapy as the control group,and yi jin jing(Sinew-transforming Qigong Exercises)was conducted for more than 30 min every time,once a *** analog scale(VAS)scores were observed before treatment,and after 1 time,3 times and 5 times of treatment to evaluate the degree of neck ***:During the treatment,each group had 2 *** treatment,the total effective rate was 92.9%in the observation group versus 82.1%in the control group,showing a statistical significance(Pyi jin jing(Sinew-transforming Qigong Exercises)plus tuina on the neck can effectively relieve neck pain and improve cervical range of motion in patients with stiff neck,and can achieve a better effect than tuina alone.

Objective:To observe the effect of tuina exercise on simple obesity in college ***:Fifty-seven college students with simple obesity were divided into two groups according to the stratified randomization ***-eight in the tuina exercise group were trained in tuina exercise;while 29 in the auricular acupoint sticking group were treated with acuricular acupoint *** tuina exercise group was trained once every other day,and 10 times made one *** auricular acupoint sticking was replaced once every 4 d,and 5 times made one *** 2-course treatment,the total therapeutic effect,weight,body mass index (BMI),waist and hip circumferences,serum total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were ***:The total therapeutic effect was 86.2% in the auricular acupoint sticking group and 85.7% in the tuina exercise *** was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the weight,BMI,waist and hip circumferences were decreased and the differences were statistically significant (all P0.05),and the between-group differences were not significant (all P>0.05).Conclusion:Tuina exercise has reliable effect in treating *** can produce more significant improvements in waist and hip circumferences than auricular acupoint *** no obvious effect is shown in blood lipid indicators.

Objective： To investigate the effect of yi jin jing exercise on quadriceps femoris muscle strength of patients with knee osteoarthritis （KOA） and thus provide scientific basis for yi jin jing intervention in KOA. Methods： A total of 90 cases with KOA were randomized into an observation group and a control group, 45 in each group. Those in the observation group conducted yi jin jing exercise once a day; whereas those in the control group received no therapies at all. The therapeutic effects have been assessed after 8 weeks of observation. Results： After 8 weeks of observation, the isokinetic muscle strength of quadriceps femoris muscle in the treatment group was substantially improved, whereas there were no distinct changes of isokinetic muscle strength of quadriceps femoris muscle in the control group. Conclusion： yi jin jing exercise can definitely improve the quadriceps femoris muscle strength of patients with KOA. It is therefore an effective intervention method for KOA.
