FinB rain 2.0:when finance meets trustworthy AI

Artificial intelligence(AI) has accelerated the advancement of financial services by identifying hidden patterns from data to improve the quality of financial decisions. However, in addition to commonly desired attributes,such as model accuracy, financial services demand trustworthy AI with properties that have not been adequately realized. These properties of trustworthy AI are interpretability, fairness and inclusiveness, robustness and security,and privacy protection. Here, we review the recent progress and limitations of applying AI to various areas of financial services, including risk management, fraud detection, wealth management, personalized services, and regulatory technology. Based on these progress and limitations, we introduce FinBrain 2.0, a research framework toward trustworthy AI. We argue that we are still a long way from having a truly trustworthy AI in financial services and call for the communities of AI and financial industry to join in this effort.

With the rapid development of information technology,internet financial products have been continuously launched,and many college students have joined the internet financial team.By investigating the current situation of college students’financial management,this study found several problems and deficiencies in college students’financial management and proposed countermeasures to these problems for colleges and universities to cultivate students’internet financial literacy as well as guide them to establish the correct concept of financial management under the internet financial environment,learn financial management knowledge,improve financial management capabilities and risk awareness,as well as choose appropriate internet financial management products.

The concept of inclusive finance was proposed and promoted by the United Nations in 2005 with the main purpose of providing services for those who lack good financial services while promoting the economic growth of family enterprises and eliminating social poverty as well as inequality.With the innovation of financial technology and its application in the field of financial inclusion,the new inclusive finance has shown strong vitality and great prospects in recent years.It provides certain ideas and directions for the development of inclusive finance in the banking industry.

货币、金融在人类社会的出现，其目的是要解决人类生产与消费在时间、空间上的协调问题，本质上涉及财富和国民收入在代际的分配。一个国家的人口结构特征关系到一个国家金融体系的安排。1949年后，一种以国家发展建设为主要目标，扭曲农产品价格和劳动力价格，国家强制推高国民储蓄并将其全部转化为建设投资的金融体系被建立起来。改革开放后，我们在金融市场建设与金融体系完善方面做了大量的工作，但金融发展的目的依然是满足资本需求方的利益，继续扭曲金融价格，无视资金供给方的利益。在人口结构比较年轻或者人口红利明显的时期，这样做有其合理性。但在老龄化背景下，劳动力供给下降，储蓄率下降，以要素动员和粗放投入为主要驱动力的经济发展方式将不能继续维持，要素配置效率的提高将会成为经济发展的主要推动力。为此，需要改变金融模式，发挥市场机制在金融资源配置中的决定性作用，纠正金融要素价格的扭曲，拓展居民财富投资渠道，注重资金供给者的利益。这意味着中国发展建设金融模式亟待向财富管理模式转型。
