With the continuous development of artificial intelligence,the demand for sensors with simple preparation and strong concealment continues to ***,most of the high-sensitivity sensors have complex manufacturing methods,high costs,and single *** this paper,a sensitive motion sensor based on the triboelectric interaction between a living plant and the human body was designed to detect the real-time movements of human beings and provide danger warning.A certain relationship exists between the triboelectric signal and the distance between the plant and the human body,with effective signals being detected in the range of 1.8 *** addition,the triboelectric signal generated by each person is unique like a fingerprint,which can be used for *** the basis of the triboelectric signal,a wireless character entry warning system is *** sensor can not only send out a wireless warning signal at a specific distance but also allow one to receive the warning information synchronously on a mobile phone in real *** wireless movement sensor receives signals through a living plant,and it has the characteristics of convenient use,strong concealment,and shielding *** sensor has the potential to be widely used in person recognition,danger warning,and motion monitoring.

This study analyzes and summarizes seven main characteristics of the marine data sampled by multiple underwater gliders. These characteristics such as the big data volume and data sparseness make it extremely difficult to do some meaningful applications like early warning of marine environment. In order to make full use of the sea trial data, this paper gives the definition of two types of marine data cube which can integrate the big marine data sampled by multiple underwater gliders along saw-tooth paths, and proposes a data fitting algorithm based on time extraction and space compression(DFTS) to construct the temperature and conductivity data cubes. This research also presents an early warning algorithm based on data cube(EWDC) to realize the early warning of a new sampled data *** results show that the proposed methods are reasonable and effective. Our work is the first study to do some realistic applications on the data sampled by multiple underwater vehicles, and it provides a research framework for processing and analyzing the big marine data oriented to the applications of underwater gliders.

Rock bursts have become one of the most severe risks in underground coal mining and its early warning is an important component in the safety management. Microseismic(MS) monitoring is considered potentially as a powerful tool for the early warning of rock burst. In this study, an MS multi-parameter index system was established and the critical values of each index were estimated based on the normalized multi-information warning model of coal-rock dynamic failure. This index system includes bursting strain energy(BSE) index, time-space-magnitude independent information(TSMII) indices and timespace-magnitude compound information(TSMCI) indices. On the basis of this multi-parameter index system, a comprehensive analysis was conducted via introducing the R-value scoring method to calculate the weights of each index. To calibrate the multi-parameter index system and the associated comprehensive analysis, the weights of each index were first confirmed using historical MS data occurred in LW402102 of Hujiahe Coal Mine(China) over a period of four months. This calibrated comprehensive analysis of MS multi-parameter index system was then applied to pre-warn the occurrence of a subsequent rock burst incident in LW 402103. The results demonstrate that this multi-parameter index system combined with the comprehensive analysis are capable of quantitatively pre-warning rock burst risk.

The campaign life of blast furnace （BF） hearths has become the limiting factor for safety and high efficiency production of modern BFs. However, the early warning mechanism of hearth security has not been clear. In this article, based on heat transfer calculations, heat flux and erosion monitoring, the features of heat flux and erosion were analyzed and compared among different types of hearths. The primary detecting elements, mathematical models, evaluating standards, and warning methods were discussed. A novel early warning mechanism with the three-level quantificational standards was proposed for BF hearth security.

Application of Fast Wavelet Analysis on Early Stall warning in Axial Compressors

The timely detection of stall inception is of great significance for safe operation and stability control of axial compressor. In the current study, a fast wavelet tool was selected to predict stall precursor in axial compressors with spike-type and modal-wave stall inception. Dynamic pressure was measured in the casing wall by using a collection of time-resolved pressure transducers with circumferential and chord-wise spatial resolution. Fast wavelet analysis with low frequency reconstruction results demonstrate that the initial inception can be detected 110 rotor revolutions prior to stall for modal-wave stall inception in a 1.5 stage axial compressor. For spike-type stall inception, despite the failure of early stall warning via low frequency reconstruction, an increase amplitude frequency band of 0.2–0.8 blade passing frequency was identified using high frequency reconstruction in an isolated-rotor axial compressor. Fast wavelet method can predict two kinds of stall inceptions simultaneously in advance and realize the early stall warning in axial compressors through a reasonable selection of reconstructed frequency.

By studying the correlation between historical earthquake data and the distributional characteristics of parameters of solid earth tides in the earthquake epicenter, we are able to design a forecasting function of earthquake probability. We put forward a design method for the Earthquake warning System. The model could theoretically simulate and be used to predict the probability of strong earthquakes that could occur anywhere at any time. In addition, the system could also conveniently obtain global or partial Modeling Earthquake Indexes to finally combine the precise pointing prediction and forecast of partial indexes. The literature quotes global data values, provided by NEIC, of 1544 M ≥ 6.5 earthquakes. It also gives examples of instantaneous earthquake indexes of the whole world and Taiwan Region on 1st January 2010, UT=0:00 and the average earthquake index near the Taiwan Region. According to the 10-year pointing prediction of strong earthquakes in San Francisco, the literature provides the average earthquake index on 24th June 2015 (± 15 days), in its neighborhood.

Building national people-centered early warning systems(EWS) is strongly recommended by the United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Reduction(UNISDR). Most of the scientific literature is critical of the conventional view of EWS as a linear model with a topdown approach, in which technological features are given more attention than human factors. It is argued that EWS should be people-centered, and used for risk prevention,with an emphasis on resilience, rather than only being triggered when a hazard occurs. However, both the UNISDR and the literature fail to say how a people-centered EWS should be built, and what steps are needed to put EWS into effect. This article examines the obstacles and measures required to promote people-centered EWS,with a focus on the situation in Brazil. After assessing the institutional vulnerability of EWS, we analyze some measures that can be taken to reduce institutional vulnerability,based on experiences with a participatory citizen science educational project that involved high school *** guidelines are developed for adopting a bottom-up approach towards achieving the four elements of EWS—risk knowledge, monitoring, communication of warnings,and response capability—with the help of school curricula.

The network is a major platform for implementing new cyber-telecom ***,it is important to carry out monitoring and early warning research on new cyber-telecom crime platforms,which will lay the foundation for the establishment of prevention and control systems to protect citizens’***,the deep-learning methods applied in the monitoring and early warning of new cyber-telecom crime platforms have some apparent *** instance,the methods suffer from data-distribution differences and tremendous manual efforts spent on data ***,a monitoring and early warning method for new cyber-telecom crime platforms based on the BERT migration learning model is *** method first identifies the text data and their tags,and then performs migration training based on a pre-training ***,the method uses the fine-tuned model to predict and classify new cyber-telecom *** analysis on the crime data collected by public security organizations shows that higher classification accuracy can be achieved using the proposed method,compared with the deep-learning method.

This study evaluates the uncertainty involved in the determination of the flash flood guidance(FFG) of the flash flood warning system(FFWS) for a small mountainous region(FFWS_MR)in Korea. The sensitivity is evaluated both at each step to determine the FFG and for all steps together. The results show that the relative difference of the FFG is about 50% of the current system, most of which involves the channel width. Especially, the use of some specific empirical equations to estimate the major parameters results in a considerable amount of the relative difference of the FFG. In addition, though only four basins were field-surveyed, it is found that the indirect estimation of the major parameters always introduces some amount of additional uncertainty. In conclusion, accurate estimation of the major parameters must be the most important procedure to derive an accurate FFG, among which the channel cross-section at the exit of the basin lies at the center.
