陶瓷墙地砖填缝剂在建筑上已得到广泛应用,JC/T1004—2006《陶瓷墙地砖填缝剂》的出台使得这种产品的生产与应用越来越规范。在此标准中吸水量和强度是2个重要的指标。水泥基填缝剂吸水量过高有可能导致外墙渗漏,雨水通过填缝剂进入墙体[1]。同时,水泥基填缝剂作为一种水泥砂浆,吸水量过高会使硬化的填缝剂受到水的破坏,使填缝剂的耐久性受到影响。水可导致纯粹的物理破坏,例如霜冻及解冻产生的张力;易生霉菌所产生的生物破坏;同时还可以溶出硬化后水泥砂浆中一些可溶物如氢氧化钙等,破坏砂浆的结构,并在表面形成泛碱,影响饰面的美观。降低吸水率的方法很多,在表面涂覆有机硅憎水剂是经济、有效的方法。近年来硅烷、
