Precision Medicine: What Do we Expect in the Scope of Basic Biomedical Sciences?

The era of Precision Medicine （PM） has entered its execution phase where acquisition of human genome variation data is already leading the charge [1,2]. PM has come a long way to this phase from the Human Genome Project started some 25 years ago [3,4]; it marks the beginning of disease-centric research in the field of biomedical sciences. Other than deliver- ing high-coverage human genomes by millions--of course tai- lored to patients and common diseases--in the next decade or so, what else do we expect to have and what should we be doing to make the best out of PM projects beyond the current expectation of genetics？

Could we Use Clinical Benefit to Evaluate the Effects of Chinese Medicine on the Treatment of Cancer?

The patients, who cannot endure the chemotherapy anymore, or internal disease or present drug resistance, normally use CM for improving their physical conditions and inhibiting tumor. CM has got excellent reputation because of the effects. Nonetheless, few clinical articles of CM to treat cancer are published on major international journals up to now.

Confucianist Five Constant Virtues and Value Dimension Construction on we Media Credibility

The Confucianism has played a prominent role for thousands of years in boosting the tenacity of the Chinese nation towards innovation and development as well as in promoting and inheriting the traditional Chinese culture. Based on the five constant virtues of Confucianism,this paper analyzes the relationship between "benevolence,righteousness,etiquette,wisdom and credit"and creditability that we Media should construct,and elaborates the construction of value dimension system of we Media's creditability on talents, environments,orientations and innovations from four aspects. Namely,the cognitive and spiritual orientations that reinforce the five constant virtues,the propaganda cultivation that fuses them and the endogenous impetus stimulated by using them as *** paper is designed to tell all of the media and media practitioners to constantly remain vigilant of the social responsibilities they are taking and the social value they should create.T hey should take an initiative to guide their serving objects to foster a proper consensus outlook and value and meeting the mass audience's demands and desires on information.

The Chinese government has insisted on developing the career of Chinese medicine and pharmacy （CMP） and raised the policy and guidance of realizing the modernization of CMP and promoting the integration of Chinese medicine and western medicine. Not long ago, the State Council and 16 ministries of China jointly issued CMP Innovation and Developing Project （2006-2020）, and further raised the targets of inherition, innovation, modernization, and internationalization. It represents for the willingness of the Chinese nation.

The year 2020 was welcomed and characterized with a report of pneumonia of unknown etiology,which occurred primarily in Wuhan City of Hubei Province of *** 31 December 2019 and 3 January 2020,a total of 44 cases in human was reported to the World Health Organization(WHO)by the Chinese Health Authorities[1].By 3 February 2020,a total of 17391 cases have been confirmed globally with 2838 new cases(China:17238;2831 new cases and 361 deaths;Outside China:153 with 7 new cases and 1 death from 23 countries)[1].

Online Public Opinion Guidance Strategy for College Students in the Era of we Media

In the era of we Media, online public opinion in colleges and universities has become an important front of ideological and political, with some characteristics such as concealment, diversity and sensitivity, interaction and immediacy of communication. It is urgent to carry out some researches about network public opinion analysis and guidance mechanism. It is a new challenge that the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, must face how to guide online public opinion effectively. The team building should be strengthened and the right of public opinion should be returned. The platform construction should be enriched, and it is important to give the chance to various media. Therefore, it should strengthen the mechanism construction, and public opinion guidance must be scientific and professional. Colleges and universities should build a clear network space from such aspects as the construction of network public opinion guidance institutions, the cultivation of opinion leaders, the perfection of early warning mechanism, the improvement of university network literacy and the guidance of campus media.
