BACKGROUND Recent reviews have outlined the main nanomaterials used in relation to gastrointestinal tumors and described the basic properties of these materials.However,the research hotspots and trends in the application of nanomaterials in gastric cancer(GC)remain obscure.AIM To demonstrate the knowledge structure and evolutionary trends of research into the application of nanomaterials in GC.METHODS Publications related to the application of nanomaterials in GC were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection for this systematic review and bibliometric study.vosviewer and CiteSpace were used for bibliometric and visualization analyses.RESULTS From 2000 to 2022,the application of nanomaterials in GC developed rapidly.The keyword co-occurrence analysis showed that the related research topics were divided into three clusters:(1)The application of nanomaterials in GC treatment;(2)The application and toxicity of nanomaterials in GC diagnosis;and(3)The effects of nanomaterials on the biological behavior of GC cells.Complexes,silver nanoparticles,and green synthesis are the latest high-frequency keywords that represent promising future research directions.CONCLUSION The application of nanomaterials in GC diagnosis and treatment and the mechanisms of their effects on GC cells have been major themes in this field over the past 23 years.

BACKGROUND The lack of specific symptoms of gastric cancer(GC)causes great challenges in its early diagnosis.Thus it is essential to identify the risk factors for early diagnosis and treatment of GC and to improve the survival rates.AIM To assist physicians in identifying changes in the output of publications and research hotspots related to risk factors for GC,constructing a list of key risk factors,and providing a reference for early identification of patients at high risk for GC.METHODS Research articles on risk factors for GC were searched in the Web of Science core collection,and relevant information was extracted after screening.The literature was analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2019,CiteSpace V,and vosviewer 1.6.18.RESULTS A total of 2514 papers from 72 countries and 2507 research institutions were retrieved.China(n=1061),National Cancer Center(n=138),and Shoichiro Tsugane(n=36)were the most productive country,institution,or author,respectively.The research hotspots in the study of risk factors for GC are summarized in four areas,namely:Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection,single nucleotide polymorphism,bio-diagnostic markers,and GC risk prediction models.CONCLUSION In this study,we found that H.pylori infection is the most significant risk factor for GC;single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)is the most dominant genetic factor for GC;bio-diagnostic markers are the most promising diagnostic modality for GC.GC risk prediction models are the latest current research hotspot.We conclude that the most important risk factors for the development of GC are H.pylori infection,SNP,smoking,diet,and alcohol.

BACKGROUND Stem cell therapy has shown great potential for treating diabetic foot(DF).AIM To conduct a bibliometric analysis of studies on the use of stem cell therapy for DF over the past two decades,with the aim of depicting the current global research landscape,identifying the most influential research hotspots,and providing insights for future research directions.METHODS We searched the Web of Science Core Collection database for all relevant studies on the use of stem cell therapy in DF.Bibliometric analysis was carried out using CiteSpace,vosviewer,and R(4.3.1)to identify the most notable studies.RESULTS A search was conducted to identify publications related to the use of stem cells for DF treatment.A total of 542 articles published from 2000 to 2023 were identified.The United States had published the most papers on this subject.In this field,Iran’s Shahid Beheshti University Medical Sciences demonstrated the highest productivity.Furthermore,Dr.Bayat from the same university has been an outstanding researcher in this field.Stem Cell Research&Therapy is the journal with the highest number of publications in this field.The main keywords were“diabetic foot ulcers,”“wound healing,”and“angiogenesis.”CONCLUSION This study systematically illustrated the advances in the use of stem cell therapy to treat DF over the past 23 years.Current research findings suggested that the hotspots in this field include stem cell dressings,exosomes,wound healing,and adipose-derived stem cells.Future research should also focus on the clinical translation of stem cell therapies for DF.

采用文献计量和知识图谱方法分析近10年火针临床随机对照试验(RCT)文献的研究热点、前沿与趋势。检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang)、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)、PubMed、Web of Science(WOS)共6个中英文数据库中有关火针的RCT研究文献,采用CiteSpaceⅤ6.1.R6及vosviewerⅤ1.6.18软件进行合作网络、关键词共现、关键词聚类、关键词时间线、关键词突现等分析,并绘制可视化知识图谱。共纳入1 973篇中文文献、3篇英文文献;发文量前3位的机构分别为广州中医药大学、黑龙江中医药大学及首都医科大学附属北京中医医院;火针多与针刺、拔罐及放血疗法联合应用治疗痤疮、白癜风、腰椎间盘突出症、带状疱疹、中风后遗症、面神经麻痹、膝关节骨关节炎等;研究前沿包括火针与其他疗法的联合应用、临床机制研究及疗效评价指标研究。未来应拓展优势病种,优化研究设计,加强团队之间的合作,深入开展高水平的临床研究。

目的基于CiteSpace和vosviewer文献计量学方法，分析白芍研究现状并预测未来的研究热点和发展趋势。方法分别从中国知网数据库、万方数据库、Web of Science数据库核心集中收集白芍研究文献，导入NoteExpress中删除重复文献、不合格文献并统一关键词，再利用Excel、CiteSpace、vosviewer软件分别对中英文文献的发文量、发文期刊、发文作者、发文机构、发文国家、文献被引频次、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果共检索到符合要求的文献4 046篇，其中中文文献3 334篇，英文文献712篇。白芍研究相关的年发文量整体呈上升趋势，中英文发文量最多的机构分别为北京中医药大学（76篇）和扬州大学（73篇），发文量最多的作者分别为魏伟（24篇）、Tao Jun(66篇)。开展白芍研究的国家主要以中国为主，刊载量最多的中英文期刊分别是《中草药》和Journal of Ethnopharmacology。被引频次前10的中英文文献主要为白芍药理作用及其机制研究方向，包括抗炎、抗氧化、抗抑郁、镇痛等方面。结论白芍研究热点集中在数据挖掘、组方规律以及白芍及其药效成分的药理作用和作用机制方面，尤其在抗氧化、抗炎、神经保护、抗抑郁、调节肠道菌群等方面的作用机制的深入研究可能是未来主要的研究趋势。

BACKGROUND Diabetes is a metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia,which has increased the global medical burden and is also the main cause of death in most countries.AIM To understand the knowledge structure of global development status,research focus,and future trend of the relationship between diabetes and metabolomics in the past 20 years.METHODS The articles about the relationship between diabetes and metabolomics in the Web of Science Core Collection were retrieved from 2002 to October 23,2023,and the relevant information was analyzed using CiteSpace6.2.2R(CiteSpace),vosviewer6.1.18(vosviewer),and Bibliometrix software under R language.RESULTS A total of 3123 publications were included from 2002 to 2022.In the past two decades,the number of publications and citations in this field has continued to increase.The United States,China,Germany,the United Kingdom,and other relevant funds,institutions,and authors have significantly contributed to this field.Scientific Reports and PLoS One are the journals with the most publications and the most citations.Through keyword co-occurrence and cluster analysis,the closely related keywords are"insulin resistance","risk","obesity","oxidative stress","metabolomics","metabolites"and"biomarkers".Keyword clustering included cardiovascular disease,gut microbiota,metabonomics,diabetic nephropathy,molecular docking,gestational diabetes mellitus,oxidative stress,and insulin resistance.Burst detection analysis of keyword depicted that"Gene","microbiota","validation","kidney disease","antioxidant activity","untargeted metabolomics","management",and"accumulation"are knowledge frontiers in recent years.CONCLUSION The relationship between metabolomics and diabetes is receiving extensive attention.Diabetic nephropathy,diabetic cardiovascular disease,and kidney disease are key diseases for future research in this field.Gut microbiota,molecular docking,and untargeted metabolomics are key research directions in the future.Antioxidant activity,gene,validation,mass spectrometry,manage

目的分析中药注射剂(traditional Chinese medicine injections,TCMIs)致类过敏反应(anaphylatiod reactions,ARs)相关研究文献,了解其研究脉络、热点和发展趋势。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方(Wanfang)、Web of Science(WOS)、PubMed数据库中建库至2023年5月1日收录的TCMIs相关ARs的中、英文文献,采用vosviewer1.6.18绘制核心作者、机构合作及关键词共现网络,运用CiteSpace 5.7.R5进行关键词聚类及突现展示。结果共纳入中文文献190篇,英文文献48篇,文献发文量总体呈波浪式上升又缓慢下降趋势;发表机构以中国中医科学院中药研究所为主,发表文献高达41篇;形成了52位核心作者及梁爱华、易艳等代表性研究团队;研究机构间的合作以中医药大学及附属医院为主;关键词共现与聚类分析显示研究内容侧重于TCMIs相关ARs的作用机制、模型建立、评价方法、检测指标、质量控制;关键词突现分析提示大分子物质、G蛋白偶联受体B2(Mas-related G protein-coupled receptor B2,MRGPRB2)、安全性评价是TCMIs相关ARs未来研究领域的发展趋势。结论TCMIs相关ARs研究热点主要围绕其作用机制、安全性评价展开,体现在TCMIs致ARs成分的筛选、剂量选择及相关通路、受体分析,但此方面研究尚浅,需要借助新的技术手段进行系统挖掘,促进TCMIs相关ARs研究领域的深入发展。

目的运用文献计量学软件CiteSpace和vosviewer对绞股蓝Gynostemma pentaphyllum的研究热点及发展趋势进行可视化分析，为其研究新思路提供参考。方法以绞股蓝为关键词，检索中国知网（CNKI）、万方、维普数据库和Web of Science数据库中所收录的相关研究文献，采用CiteSpace、vosviewer、WPS软件分别对绞股蓝中、英文文献的整体产出、研究主体、合作网络及关键词等进行可视化分析。结果筛选纳入文献3 305篇，其中中文文献2 799篇，英文文献506篇。绞股蓝的年发文量总体呈现增长趋势，共有31个国家（地区）参与绞股蓝的研究，其中以中国为主。中、英文文献发文量最多的作者分别是谭华炳和朴香兰；辽宁中医药大学和中国科学院分别是中、英文文献发文量最多的机构。研究领域内各机构和团队之间的交流合作有待加强。中、英文关键词共现、聚类分析显示，研究热点主要集中于绞股蓝的化学成分、提取工艺、药理作用、临床应用和作用机制方面。结论绞股蓝研究目前仍处于上升阶段，未来绞股蓝多糖、氧化应激、分子对接、肠道微生物菌群及抗炎作用等方面是国内外绞股蓝领域应关注的研究重点。

Bibliometric analysis of research challenges and trends in urban underground space

The utilization and development of urban underground space play a crucial role in optimizing the layout of civic architecture and enhancing the urban ecological environment,which contributes toward increasing the overall carrying capacity and promoting sustainable development in megacities.To delve into the research progress of urban underground space,knowledge maps were created using the information visualization software vosviewer.The literature was systematically extracted from three prominent databases,namely,Web of Science,Scopus,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure.According to the bibliometric analysis of the co-citation and core words co-occurrence,the trends and challenges of research on urban underground space were identified.As highlighted by the results obtained,it still remains highly challenging to achieve interdisciplinary collaboration in urban underground space research;the research trends of urban underground space consist of collaborative planning and whole life cycle sustainable development,multisource geological data informatization and resource evaluation,infrastructure design optimization,and intelligent construction.The knowledge map,drawn using bibliometric methods,offers a quantitative analysis of literature retrieval across various levels.It is recognized as an essential tool for exploring and identifying challenges and trends in urban underground space.

目的应用CiteSpace和vosviewer软件对心房颤动(房颤)外科消融透壁性研究的现状及热点进行可视化分析。方法以Web of Science核心合集数据库为数据来源,利用CiteSpace 5.8.R3和vosviewer软件对房颤外科消融透壁性相关研究的作者、国家/机构分布、文献共被引、关键词进行分析。结果纳入109篇文章,发文量最高的作者是Damiano RJ,引文量最高的作者是Cox JL,美国是研究此领域的主要国家,华盛顿大学是房颤外科消融透壁性研究的重要机构。主要的研究热点包括:(1)房颤外科消融手术特别是迷宫手术的有效性;(2)关注外科消融的能量来源选择;(3)外科消融和导管消融相结合的疗效;(4)肺静脉隔离仍是房颤消融讨论的重点。结论本研究直观地呈现了房颤外科消融的研究现状。如何提高房颤外科消融的有效性和透壁性是房颤外科治疗的研究热点。电生理标测和外科消融相结合可能是房颤外科治疗的发展方向。
