Objective:Acupuncture can relieve pain by acting on the mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPk)signal pathway,which plays a critical role in the balance between hyperalgesia and *** previous studies have suggested that acupoint injection of vitamin k3(Vit k3)had an intensive analgesic effect on primary ***,the mechanism by which Vit k3 worked on nerve cells has not been ***:Cell apoptosis,mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP),and reactive oxygen species(ROS)changes of PC-12 cells with Vit k3 treatment,for which the concentration gradient was 0,5,10,20,40,and 60μmol/L,were quantified by flow *** expression and phosphorylation of c-Jun N-terminal kinase,p38,and extracellular-regulated protein kinase(ERk),the three critical molecules of the MAPk pathway,were further assessed using Western ***:The level of ROS first decreased and then increased with Vit k3 at 20μmol/L,but no change in neither apoptosis nor MMP was *** addition,only ERk level decreased at 20μmol/L and the relative phosphorylation level *** in ROS were negatively correlated with the expression of ***:The rapid analgesic effect of Vit k3 acupoint injection may be through the reduction of ROS in nerve cells with a small dose of Vit k3 or by influencing the expression of ERk but without damaging the nerve cells themselves.

Analysis of vitamin k_3 by a Fluorescent Spectroelectrochemistry Method

A simple and sensitive spectroelectrochemistry method for the determination of vitamin k3 was developed by combining electrolysis and fluoremetry. This method was based on that vitamin k3 was reduced at a glassy carbon electrode, and its product with characteristic fluorescence at 420 nm was determined with excitation wavelength at 309 nm. Under optimized electrochemical reaction conditions and fluorescent experiment parameters, the fluorescence intensity was proportional to the concentration of vitamin k3 in a range from 3.50×10^-7 to 1.05×10^-5 mol/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9991, and detection limit was estimated to be 7.50× 10^-8 mol/L at a signal/noise ra- tio of 3. The relative standard deviation was less than 4.3%（n=5） and the recovery was in a range of 97%-105% for the determination of vitamin k3 in pharmaceutical preparations. The result is satisfactory for the determination of vitamin k3 as comparison to that from HPLC method.

Effects of dietary vitamin k_(3) levels on growth,coagulation,calcium content,and antioxidant capacity in largemouth bass,Micropterus salmoides

An 8-week feeding trial investigated the optimum dietary vitamin k3 requirements of largemouth bass.A total of 600 healthy fish(12.96±0.07 g)were fed diets containing varying levels of vitamin k3 at 0.78(k0),5.80(k5),10.82(k10),15.84(k15),and 20.85(k20)mg/kg with four replicates per *** showed that dietary vitamin k3 enhanced growth,with weight gain rate and specific growth rate in k15 trials significantly higher than k0 trials(P0.05).However,the supplementation of vitamin k3 significantly contributed to calcium accumulation in muscle tissues and vertebrae(Pvitamin k3 from 0.78 to 10.82 mg/kg(P0.05).The antioxidant capacity was improved with the addition of vitamin k3,which was inconsistent with the changes in malondialdehyde and Mk-4(a form of menaquinone)within liver and serum,suggesting that the toxicity of excessive artificial vitamin k3 may account for this *** regression analysis,the appropriate dietary vitamin k3 levels within a largemouth bass diet was determined to be in the range of 9.93-15.22 mg/kg,which will provide a reference for the preparation of vitamin premix and artificial diet for largemouth bass.

[ Objective] This paper aimed to provide references for pet dog kidney and urinary track diseases＇ x-ray radiography diagnosis. [ Meth- od] Experimental dogs were gave two kinds of hypotenic medicines （vitamin k3 and anisodamine） in advance, non -compression hypotonic （IVP） was done and radiography effects of this two hypotonic medicines were compared later in order to finally discuss clinical practical application value of canine （IVP） using hypotonic medicines. [Result] 3.5 mg/kg, bw anisodamine dosage was injected before radiography, 10 minutes after radiography was the best time to take photo, and the development of experimental dog＇s bilateral renal contour, renal pelvis and front segment of ureter was basically clear. While regarding radiography by 1.6 mg/kg, bw vitamin k3, the best photo was got 10 minutes later after radiography, and the development of experimental dog＇s bilateral renal contour, renal pelvis and front segment of ureter was clear. [ Condmion] vitamin k3, as a kind of hypotonic medicine used in pet clinical （ IVP）, had characteristics of safety, low dosage and better practical radiography effect, was obviously better than anisodamine, and could be properly promoted in pet clinical （IVP）.
