Compared with the traditional rigid plastic/rigid viscoplastic(RP/RVP) FEM(based on iteration solution),RP/RVP FEM based on linear programming (LP) has some remarkable advantages,such as it's free of convergence problem and its convenience in contact,rigid zone,and friction force *** numerical model of RP/RVP FEM based on LP for axisymmetrical metal forming simulation is studied,and some related key factors and its treatment methods in formulation of constraint condition are *** solution examples are provided to validate its accuracy and efficiency.

By combining the Bodner-Partom constitutive model and equivalent stressfunction, finite element methods and program on analyzing non-elastic deformation and stress forthermal viscoplastic material are studied in this paper, and it's the first time that this materialmodel is used in a kind of engineering software-MARC. Thermal viscoplastic behavior of hightemperature alloy GH536 specimen with gap is analyzed by this program. The research results show itis feasible to analyze thermal viscoplastic behavior of specimen or structure by applying B-P model.

A new elastic_viscoplastic mode was proposed to analyze the stress and strain fields surrounding the tip of a propagating mode Ⅰ cracks. A proper displacement pattern was suggested and asymptotic equations were derived, and numerical solutions were illustrated. The analysis and calculation show that the crack_tip field is of logarithmic singularity for smaller viscosity, however no solution exists for large viscosity. By a careful analysis and comparison, it is found that the present results retain all merits of those given by Gao Yu_chen, while removing existing problems.

This work aimed to tune the comprehensive properties of Fe-P-C-based amorphous system through investigating the role of microalloying process on the crystallization behavior,glass forming ability(GFA),soft magnetic features,and mechanical *** minor addition of elements into the system,it was found that the simultaneous microalloying of Ni and Co leads to the highest GFA,which was due to the optimization of compositional heterogeneity and creation of near-eutectic ***,the FeCoNiCuPC amorphous alloy exhibited the best anelastic/viscoplastic behavior under the nanoindentation test,which was owing to the intensified structural fluctuations in the ***,the improved plasticity by the extra Cu addition comes at the expense of magnetic properties,so that the saturation magnetization of this alloying system is significantly decreased compared to the FeCoPC amorphous alloy with the highest soft magnetic *** total,the results indicated that a combination of added elemental constitutes,i.e.,Fe69Co5Ni5Cu1P13C7 composition,provides an optimized state for the comprehensive properties in the alloying system.

The visco-elastoplastic mechanical behavior related to the applied strain rate and temperature around the glass transition temperature of Polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)has been systematically *** uniaxial tensile test was performed at strain rate and temperature rangs 1.0×10^(-4)-1.0×10^(-2)s^(-1)and 363-393 K,respectively,and the Dynamic Mechanical Analysis(DMA)test was carried out between 363 K and 413 K at various ***,the robust complex constitutive model considering the temperature and strain rate effect is proposed.A nonlinear viscoelastic model is established to describe the viscoelastic response on the basis of the Zhu-Wang-Tang(ZWT)model and the time temperature equivalence principle,including the dependence of strain rate and *** the yield stress,the cooperative model is *** viscoplastic mechanical response is manifested as the competition performance of the softening deformation and hardening *** predicted mechanical responses maintain good consistency with the experimental results,indicating that the visco-elastoplastic constitutive model proposed can accurately predict the mechanical behavior of PMMA materials within the imposed strain rate and near the glass transition temperature range.

A transversely isotropic continuum elasto-viscoplasticity model,which was developed from Chaboche’s unified constitutive model,was formulated to capture the thermal mechanical creep fatigue deformation behavior of a directionally solidified nickel-based superalloy.A fourthorder tensor was introduced to model material *** order to model the tertiary creep behavior,the Kachanov damage evolution equation was coupled into the stress *** on the test results of uniaxial tensile,fatigue,and creep loadings at isothermal temperature conditions,the material parameters are *** mechanical fatigue(TMF) and creep-fatigue interaction test results were used to verify the robustness of the ***,strain-temperature-dependent stress-strain responses under TMF loadings were analyzed using the present *** strain-controlled conditions,both of the stress ranges and mean stresses are strongly influenced by the strain-temperature phases,a key parameter for TMF tests.
