Objective To understand the status of total fluorideintake for persons over 16 years old after implementationof comprehensive prevention and control measures in historicalsevere diseased areas of coal-burning-borne endemicfluorosis in Guizhou Province. Methods In 2017,a total of 3 villages were selected as survey sites in Hehua,Jifeng and Jiping villages,which did not meet thestandards for elimination of the disease areas. Dental fluorosisof all children aged 8-12 were examined in thesevillages. In each village,10 households were selectedand average daily intake of staple foods,vegetables anddrinking water per person over 16 years of age were *** of corn,rice,dried pepper,drinkingwater,and indoor air were collected and the content offluoride was measured,and total fluoride intakes for adultswere calculated. The survey results were comparedwith those of 2006.

The development of nature reserve was closely related with that of villages and towns at its surrounding *** was the core issue to be discussed in the paper as to how to form mutually beneficial relation between them and achieve both protection of nature reserve and economic development of villages and *** analysis on internal relation between nature reserve and villages and towns,it put forward three methods for planning and construction of villages and towns around the nature *** taking Hengshui Lake National Nature Reserve in Weitun Town for example,it hoped to serve as a modest spur to induce exchange and discussion in the field.

On the basis of resources features of minority villages in Southeast Guizhou and tourists' experience needs,the paper proposed that national villages would increasingly be the ideal destination of cultural experience tourism under the background of experience economy,and products design centering on experience need was the common problem confronted tourism development of national *** analyzing four aspects of tourist resources which were natural ecology and pastoral scenery,tangible national culture,process and event national culture,and intangible culture,the paper proposed a general method for design of tourist products of national *** design should be conducted by following steps of "theme extraction—image shaping—scene design—atmosphere creation—program arrangement—implication design—publicity marketing".It should establish brand image of tourist products of national villages,so as to help tourists realize "image establishment—purchasing impulse—participation into interaction—profound experience—expectation achievement",and to constantly increase the attraction power of tourist products of national villages and comprehensive economic benefit of tourism.

By taking Youxi Village which was the typical village with wooden arched bridges in East Fujian for example, it had discussed landforms, geology, soil, climate and vegetation in natural environment which could be perceived and village's cultural and historical background. Based on relevant research results in academic field, it had studied the relationship between wooden arched bridges and villages' environment in East Fujian, and further analyzed the relation of wooden arched bridges as traditional architectural heritages with village's living condition and history. On this basis, it had analyzed imaginability of natural environment of Youxi Village from the aspects of village's site and stream's trend, and imaginability of cultural environment by taking Wenming Bridge, Liren Bridge and Zhangkeng Bridge for example. It was considered that wooden arched bridge was the consolidation of natural environment and had been the recognizable image at villages of East Fujian, manifesting heavy cultural characteristic.

By introducing the theory of suburb urbanization,it was considered that budding villages in cities emerged with the close relation between city and suburb during rapid urbanization *** paper had briefly analyzed development of villages in cities in *** taking villages in Lanzhou City for example,it had studied geological location,appearance,spatial structure,economy and demographic feature of budding villages in ***,with Chaijiahe Village of Xiguoyuan Town as case study,empirical study had been conducted and development thought of Chaijiahe Village as budding village in city had been *** emphasized that it should control the development scale of villages,economically and intensively utilize lands;develop industrialized high-efficiency agriculture and leisure agriculture,develop lily economy and explore the potential of characteristic industries;realize integration of urban and rural development;strive to develop education,improve villages' quality and cultivate villagers of new generation who possessed pioneering spirit and modern agriculture *** this basis,it summarized approaches to realize sustainable development of budding villages in cities.

After the discussion of the protection process and significance for historical and cultural towns and villages and the introduction of survey and theoretical researches on them,five modes had been divided for the protection of historical and cultural towns and villages in China,which were original appearance protection,renovated utilization protection,removal protection,antique imitation development and real estate *** had pointed out problems existing in historical and cultural villages' protection,which were that policies and regulations were incomplete and protective measures were laggard;leaders decided blindly and neglected experts' opinions;immediate interest had been highlighted and sustainable development been overlooked,capitals were lacked and management was disordered,and the publicity was insufficient and the masses had no high protection *** this basis,it had discussed the protection of historical and cultural towns and villages in the future,emphasized the completion of regulatory system and management mechanism,enhance capital investment and publicity education,and deeply explore material cultural heritages and non-material cultural heritages in historical and cultural villages,finally further studying the theories and cases.

Forms and compositions of landscape elements in traditional spaces such as streets,lanes and plazas in ancient villages of Anyi County were *** the basis of investigating and analyzing current situation and problems of these ancient villages,difficulties in the development of ancient villages and improvement of living conditions as well as their contradictions with protection of ancient relics and cultures were explored,and corresponding protection principles and means *** was stressed that the protection of landscape images in ancient villages of Anyi County should follow the principles of "protection first,reasonable development,integrated protection,valuing traditional cultures,encouraging the locals' participation",so as to create ancient villages with sustainable cultural traditions and favorable landscape images.

The ancient villages in southern Anhui Province are the cradle of Hsin-an Culture, where natural and cultural resources form the distinctive tourism resources. The paper elaborates the kinds of tourism landscape resources in ancient villages in southern Anhui, analyzes the existing problems during the current development process, suggests the principles of redevelopment and the reconstruction form of tourism products and finally attempts to discuss its future development models.

Based on the questionnaire of 10 sample ancient towns and villages in Shanxi Province,we analyze the poverty occurrence characteristics of ancient towns and villages in Shanxi Province: the poverty incidence in ancient towns and villages is high,with the slow pace of poverty re- duction; the regional characteristics of poverty is prominent; there are conspicuous differences in income between residents living in old houses and residents not living in old houses; poverty reduction shows vulnerability and instability. Then we put forward countermeasures for poverty reduction of ancient towns and villages in Shanxi Province as follows: first,improving the targeting mechanism of poverty in ancient towns and villages; second,speeding up the development of agricultural industrialization in ancient towns and villages; third,advancing internal " urbanization" of ancient towns and villages and new countryside construction; fourth,strengthening infrastructure building in ancient towns and villages; fifth,providing fair and efficient allocation of resources,and reducing regional differences; sixth,promoting the ability of residents in ancient towns and villages to cope with poverty reduction vulnerability.
