value chain finance(VCF)represents the aligning and structuring of finance within a value chain or as a result of its *** the growing need to explore innovative approaches to rural and agricultural finance in Nigeria,such financing solutions have become ***,few studies on the ex-ante impact of financing innovations ***,to ascertain the benefits derivable from VCF,this paper analyzes the potential impact of VCF on plantain production in *** expected benefits are estimated based on the economic surplus model,using the Dynamic Research Evaluation for Management(DREAM)*** from a 25-year simulation period at a 15%discount rate and an innovation cost of USD 1,300,000,show that,in the least optimistic scenario,the economy is expected to have an overall net gain(economic surplus)of USD 3256,800,with a net present value of USD 3406,880,benefit-cost ratio of 3.83,and an internal rate of return or break-even discount rate of 36.80%.These results indicate the positive impact of VCF,measured in terms of net present value and net benefit,expressed as producer and consumer *** suggests VCF is a viable and beneficial financing innovation for food production in ***,it is recommended that a value chain financing agency be established to make finance available to farmers to boost food production in Nigeria.

The textile and garment value chain is typical buyer-driven and captive governance. Based on the results of 153 questionnaires survey of textile and garment companies around China in 2008 as well as case studies, the roles of China textile and garment enterprises in value chain were showed in this paper. The survey covers several different sectors, in which companies have different decision power, strategies and performance, to f＇md how to take advantage of companies strengths, and gain long-term benefit enhancing its competence in global production network.

In this paper the export competitiveness of food value chain（FVC）of Iran has been evaluated in comparison with Brazil,Russia,India and China（BRIC）during *** this purpose,Revealed Symmetric Comparative Advantage（RSCA）index has been utilized and its trend has been *** general,the results show that Iran had not acceptable export competitiveness in FVC,although it had excellent comparative advantage just only in export of the edible *** China and Russia not only did not have export competitiveness but also experienced descending ***,also,had a declining trend;however it had a comparative advantage except in 2009 in the *** studies revealed that India had a fine performance in some part of the chain like edible fruit,tea,spices and *** the other hand,Brazil showed excellent export competitiveness in FVC because of competitiveness in several parts of the chain.

With the Chinese reformation of medical care system actualizing, Chinese hospital’s management enters into a competitive market environment. It’s a problem of hospitals how to survive and develop themselves quickly under the complex competition environment. It’s also a problem need to research in management field of our country. This paper focuses on the issue of hospital’s management in the complex environment of knowledge society, especially studies on the human resources investment risks in the process of hospital human resources management. Firstly, this paper analyzes the inbeing of hospital management with the means of value chain, and analyses the characters of hospital’s value chain. Secondly, by redefining the concept of medical treatment quality, this paper brings forward new meaning of medical treatment quality, and analyzes the hospital’s value based on this new meaning. Thirdly, this paper establishes an interrelation model of hospital, employee, sufferer, investor and supplier, and studies the relation of each of the factors. Then, this paper studies the value chain of the inner hospital, especially analyzes the value and risk of human resources management which have influence on the development of hospital. Finally, this paper brings forward fore conclusions about hospital’s human resources management and elusion of human resources investment risks.

Today the olive oil production has an important role in many countries and Turkey remains in fifth place, with an average of about 150 thousand tons of olive oil in the world production. More than 50% of the total production of Turkey＇s olive oil is supplied in Agean region. Approximately thirty-five percent of the total exportation of Turkey＇s olive oil forms extra virgin olive oil （EVOO）, which contains a maximum of 0.8% acidity. Because of its low acid content, aroma and color, EVOO is much more valuable than the other types of olive oils. Extra virgin olive oil value chain from farmers to consumers includes the cost and selling price for every linkage of this chain. The result of this analysis shows us which one of linkage is more valuable than others or which one is in need of support. The bottler companies, larger industrial producers and some retailer shops in urban areas may have value added.

This study is development of the coffee value chain in small scale of farmers on highland in the upper northern region of Thailand with case study of Pamieng community,Muangpan District,Lampang Province,*** objective is the use of the value chain model for the value added of product(coffee).The results from objective to conduct in the value chain of Pamiang’s coffee bring economic benefits and community based environmental benefits and also show the cost and return of coffee production in the value chain of Pamieng’s coffee which found that the farmers have a way to reduce costs in order to increase *** most coffee growing is on highland,therefore it is very important to take care of the entire value chain to deliver the highest value to society and customers.

After reviewing the value chain theory and resource view theory, it is shown that the technological innovation selection of enterprise should keep to relative value structure and technical rules, at the same time takes their own resource and capability as ref- erence. In fact, it synthesizes the viewpoints of positioning school and resource school. A model for the selection path of innovation is founded and in which the theory analysis is deepened by means of example of development of Dongfang Turbine Co., Ltd. （DTC） wind power industry.

Analysis of the Fruit value chain of Two Priority Food Woody Species of Central Southern Niger, West Africa

Non-timber forest products provide important socio-economic services to different village and urban communities in West Africa. However, little is known about the links between the different actors and their contribution to the local or national economy. This study was conducted in central southern Niger and aimed to 1) identify and map the main actors in the value chain of Ziziphus mauritiana and Balanites aegyptiaca fruits;and 2) analyse the silvicultural and socio-economic aspects of fruit exploitation of these two species. Socio-economic surveys were conducted in four big villages in two main agroecological zones. Fruit exploitation of these two species affected 3044 people, with estimated 39 tonnes of Z. mauritiana and 27 tonnes of B. aegyptiaca fruit collected in 2017. The surveys revealed that the main actors were women (62.05%), constituting the primary core of the actors of the value chain. Exploitation was mainly conducted in forests (68.6%) or on farms (15.4%) with no restrictions to access. Marketing of Z. mauritiana concerned fresh fruit (68.8%) and fruit processed into biscuits (82.14%), and that of B. aegyptiaca involved fruit (38.5%) and oil extracted from seeds (38.7%);the net margin was estimated at 71.71% ± 21.59% for the first species and 50.31% ± 47.99% for the second. The income was mainly used for the needs of farmers’ households. Links have been identified where consumers and processors supply seeds, after extracting the fruit pulp, to nurserymen for the production of plants for the villages or farms. This study reveals an important potential and opportunity for job creation and improved food and nutritional status of the vulnerable strata of rural communities in Niger. Improving the links between the various actors will establish a more sustainable promotion of the fruits of these two species.
