One-pot synthesis of dual-state emission(DSE)luminogens containing the v-shape furo[2,3-b]furan scaffold

To discover novel fluoro p hores of solution and solid dual-state emission(DSE) materials,unique v-shape furo[2,3-b]furans have been designed and synthesized by a one-pot method for the first time and their photoluminescent properties have been explored in benzene,THF,DMF and DMSO,as well as in the solid *** the best example,2,5-bis(4-(9 H-carbazol-9-yl)phenyl)-6 a-amino-3 a,6 a-dihydrofuro[2,3-b]furan-3,3 a,4-trica rbonitrile(3 g) exhibited solution and solid DSE properties in THF,benzene,and in the solid state with quantum yields of 55%,92%,and 45%,respectively.

Due to rapid growth in wireless communication technology,higher bandwidth requirement for advance telecommunication systems,capable of operating on two or higher bands with higher channel capacities and minimum distortion losses is *** this paper,a compact Ultra-Wideband(UWB)v-shaped monopole antenna is *** response is achieved by modifying the ground plane with Chichen Itzia inspired rectangular staircase *** proposed v-shaped is designed by incorporating a rectangle,and an inverted isosceles triangle using FR4 *** size of the antenna is 25 mm×26 mm×1.6 *** proposed v-shaped monopole antenna produces bandwidth response of 3 GHz Industrial,Scientific,and Medical(ISM),Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access(WiMAX),(IEEE 802.11/HIPERLAN band,5G sub 6 GHz)which with an additional square cut amplified the bandwidth response up to 8 GHz ranging from 3.1 GHz to 10.6 GHz attaining UWB defined by Federal Communications Commission(FCC)with a maximum gain of 3.83 *** antenna is designed in Ansys *** for key performance parameters of the antenna are *** measured results are in good agreement with the simulated *** to flat gain,uniform group delay,omni directional radiation pattern characteristics and well-matched impedance,the proposed antenna is suitable for WiMAX,ISM and heterogeneous wireless systems.

Scheduling jobs on a machine subject to stochastic breakdowns to minimize absolute early-tardy penalties

This article addresses the problem of scheduling n jobs with a common due date on a machine subject to stochastic breakdowns to minimize absolute early-tardy *** investigate the problem under the conditions that the uptimes follow an exponential distribution,and the objective measure in detail is to minimize the expected sum of the absolute deviations of completion times from the common due *** proceed to study in two versions (the downtime follows an exponential distribution or is a constant entailed for the repeat model job),one of which is the so-called preempt- resume version,the other of which is the preempt-repeat *** terms of work have been done.(i)Formulations and Preliminaries.A few of necessary definitions,relations and basic facts are *** particular,the conclusion that the expectation of the absolute deviation of the completion time about a job with deterministic processing time t from a due date is a semi-v-shape function in t has been proved.(ii) Properties of Optimal Solutions.A few characteristics of optimal solutions are *** importantly,the conclusion that optimal solutions possess semi-v- shape property has been proved.(iii) *** computing problems on searching for optimal solutions are discussed.

Progress of the 10 J water-cooled Yb:YAG laser system in RCLF

The high repetition rate 10 J/10 ns Yb:YAG laser system and its key techniques are *** amplifiers in this system have a multi-pass v-shape structure and the heat in the amplifiers is removed by means of laminar water *** the main amplifier,the laser is four-pass,and an approximately 8.5 J/1 Hz/10 ns output is achieved in the primary *** far-field of the output beam is approximately 10 times the diffraction *** of the higher levels of amplified spontaneous emission(ASE) in the main amplifier,the output energy is lower than *** the end we discuss some measures that can improve the properties of the laser system.
