This paper presents distributed formation control with guaranteed prescribed performances for multiple parametric uncertain marine surface vehicles（MSVs） subject to external time-varying disturbances, under an undirected graph. To provide the transient and steady-state performances of neighborhood errors, the prescribed performance constraints are imposed on the neighborhood errors and these prescribed performance constraints are guaranteed by the prescribed performance control methodology. The uncertain parameters and the upper bounds of the external disturbances are estimated by a distributed parameter estimate method, in which the additive terms consisting of parameter estimates from the neighbors are added to adaptive laws to improve the consensus speed of adaptive parameters. Based on dynamic surface control（DSC） technique, prescribed performance control methodology, and Lyapunov synthesis, distributed adaptive formation controllers are designed to force the following vehicles to perform desired formation pattern with guaranteed prescribed performances. The proposed controllers are distributed in the sense that each vehicle calculates its control signals based on local information from its neighborhood set,and the utilization of DSC technique could avoid using the neighbors’ accelerations in the distributed formation controllers. An illustrated example is given to show the performances of the distributed formation controllers.

基于通信信道的跨域电池储能系统(BESSs)技术在现代智能电网的运行中发挥着重要作用，每个参与的BESS互动过程中存在泄露敏感消息的高风险问题，攻击者利用所窃取的重要信息更容易引发电网崩溃、BESS热失控等严重后果。因此，为解决多源直流微电网中区域互联多储能系统的安全控制问题，本文提出了一种新型的均衡管理策略，采用改进的分布式共识算法模型，通过满足荷电状态(SOC)相对变化率的约束以实现BESS间的一致性，在满足总体功率需求的同时优化各BESS的能量负载。此外，在各BESS通讯过程中引入差分隐私保护机制，避免窃听者获取准确的系统信息，进一步地提出了一种多级隐私保护框架，适应BESSs不同阶段的充放电场景。最后，本文使用Matlab软件进行了仿真实验，结果表明可以使BESS能量利用时间延长66.98%，并且在保证均衡效果的前提下也具有一定隐私保护效果。

The conditional independence structure of a common probability measure is a structural model. In this paper, we solve an open problem posed by Studeny [Probabilistic Conditional Independence Structures, Theme 9, p. 206]. A new approach is proposed to decompose a directed acyclic graph and its optimal properties are studied. We interpret this approach from the perspective of the decomposition of the corresponding conditional independence model and provide an algorithm for identifying the maximal prime subgraphs in a directed acyclic graph.

In this paper,we investigate distributed fault detection（FD） problem for a group of heterogeneous agents with internal model *** order to avoid utilizing solutions of complicated matrix equations in the fault detection（FD） module,we design a distributed internal model control law with a state estimator additionally,and design observers for the MAS closed-loop system formed by the designed control law to generate residuals to detect the faulty agent,where the observer feedback information just contains itself and its neighbors’ state and state estimate information,then the utilization of solutions of matrix equations is ***,a numerical example is utilized to verify effectiveness of the proposed distributed FD scheme,where the faulty agent will be detected in time,and the designed control law will realize cooperative output regulation（COR） if no fault occurs.

This paper aims to investigate a stochastic Altafini model, in which individuals are disturbed by the communication noise. We use coopetitive networks to describe their affiliation of classes. Different from the general situations with noises, when the opinion values in the classes converge, the noise will decrease. We consider the communication noise, when the differences of opinion values are larger, the influences of noise are greater. When the opinion values are reaching to biparite consensus,the influences of noise are decreasing, such a design is more in line with the reality. By constructing the appropriate Lyapunov function, the conditions for the stochastic stability of the system are obtained. We get the conclusion of mean square biparite consensus. In addition, numerical simulation results can verify the theoretical results.
