The article discusses five local stories that, without being connected to each other, tell about the socio-cultural circumstances accompanying creation of works of art that have received significant (but not the highest) recognition on a global scale. The discussion concerns three songs about cities: Torna a Surriento, Moscow Nights, and Li Beirut;a famous Soviet painting Low Marks Again;and the design features of Audi cars for the US market over the past decade. The approach to each certain artifact, be it song, painting, or the design of rear turn signals, is developed on the basis of disciplinary affiliation, whereas a discipline is more sociology, anthropology, or history of an appropriate art, than its theory. Another research method places a local context into the test tube of globalization. Experience shows that these two methods are applicable to different arts, places, and periods enriching the scientist with more detailed information about the era studied.

The objective herein was to connect the ontogeny process of diplochromosomal, amitotic, 4n-skewed division-system, to cytogenetic deficiency lesions in satellite, repetitive DNAs, especially in the chromosomal fragile sites, some 100 distributed over the genome. These latter studies had shown that chemical induced replication-stress led to un-replicated lesions in these fragile sites, which from inaccurate repair processes caused genomic instability. In the chain of events of the ontogeny process to the special tetraploidy, it was proposed that primary damaged human cells could undergo replication stress from repair-process present during cell replication, a suggestion verified by X-ray damaged cells producing the unstable fragile sites (see text). The cancer-importance for therapy is recognition of cell cycle change for the 4n derivative fitness-gained, diploid progeny cells. An open question is whether RB controlling G1 to S-period is mutated at this suggested tumorigenesis initiating phase, and if so, with what consequences for therapy. The fragile site studies further showed that repair of repetitive DNAs could produce two types of genomic changes: single gene mutations and CNVs, which were here shown to be chromosomally located on “borders” to repairing satellite lesions. This genomic placement was found to correspond to mutations identified in tumor sequencing (p53, Rb, MYC), favoring a bad luck location for their cancer “mutational nature”. The CNVs in cancers, are here seen as molecular expressions of long-known cytogenetic HSRs and DMs also with demonstrated origin from amplifications of single genes. Over-expression of oncogenes was hinted of being from duplications, but Drosophila genetics demonstrated the opposite, gene inactivation. The reduced eye-size from dominant, BAR-Ultra-Bar-eye phenotypes, was caused by duplications, inactivating the genetic system for eye-size. The rock-cut tomb and cist burial culture prevailed once in ancient southwest *** have long been many discrepancies of views on its origin, evolution, periodization and ethnic attribution in academic circles. Based on an analysis of the pottery flat-bottomed amphoras that constitute its major characteristic feature, the present paper points out that these typical vessels were roughly distributed in the upper Minjiang River valley, western Sichuan, eastern Tibet, northwestern Yunnan, southwestern Sichuan, and the areas to the west of the Dianchi Lake and to the east of the Erhai Lake. Most of the amphoras recorded so far are unearthed from rock-cut and cist tombs while a small number from earthen-pit,brick-and-stone and brick-chambered burials. Those found in Yunnan are from earthen-pit and cist tombs. Through a systematic study of their typological classification, periodization and origin, the author comes to the conclusion that the emergence of these vessels resulted from the constant southward migration of nomads belonging to the Di-Qiang ethnic group in northwest China. The starting point of these vessels can be traced to the turn from the Xia to the Shang period. Latter, with the amalgamation of ethnic groups and the formation of a plural national unity in the Han Dynasty, these immigrants gradually changed their way of life from husbandry to settled farming, and in southwest China early-style flat-bottomed amphoras became extinct little by little. Therefore their lower limit was the Eastern Han period. Thus they were out of prevalence in the Eastern Han period. The above-described amphoras fall roughly into five types and further into several subtypes and styles, which represent respective temporal and spatial links of their evolutionary sequence. Their proto-type and similar forms must have originated from the Keshengzhuang Ⅱ, Qijia, Siba, and Kayao cultures in the northwest China. In order to improve the efficiency of field operations, such as pesticide spraying and pest control, the development of new agricultural machinery has become the main goal of agricultural modernization. At present, small unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) have achieved good results in small area pesticide spraying, but they still do not meet the requirements of the big field operations. The rotation rotorcraft has the characteristics of low speed, good safety, super stol, strong endurance, strong wind resistance and simple mechanism, so it is very suitable for farmland operation. But at present, there are relatively few researches on the unmanned rotation rotorcraft at domestic and abroad, and there is no mature control theory system of unmanned rotation rotorcraft. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of navigation control system of unmanned rotation rotorcraft, the navigation control strategy of the rotation rotorcraft was studied in this paper, and the flight control strategy of the rotation rotorcraft was divided into two parts, the linear control and the turn control. The lateral correction strategy was used to control the rotorcraft, so as to complete the track guidance of the rotation rotorcraft. Using the matrix laboratory(MATLAB) modeling to simulate the circular trajectory and the serpentine trajectory, the maximum deviation of circular path offset was 1.1 m. The variance between the path angle and the given path angle was 6°. The maximum deviation of serpentine path offset was 0.6 m. The variance between the path angle and the given path angle was 8°. The simulation results showed that the rotorcraft could accomplish the scheduled trajectory task based on this control strategy.
