The purpose of this research is to discern the current problem of staff training system and how to increase the efficiency and approach to develop the staff training system of ZL fencing *** club was founded in 2019 and located in Chongqing city it has changed hands twice in three *** research uses real business cases to analyze and develop additional *** research methodology used for this study is qualitative research,using two data collection tools: interviews and *** participants included 19 service staff from full-time staffs and part-time *** is to gain insights by collecting data from everyone in the organization divided into ZL fencing club staffs and managers or head coach of clubs who have succeeded in the administration and management of staff training *** increasing the efficiency of the club's staff training system,it is used the principles of Human Resource Management combined with the application of various advantages from the model club to create a training system and training courses for ZL fencing club *** research objective is to diagnose the problems in the existing of ZL fencing club's current training system,then to find solutions to optimize and develop the training systems and courses for staff in the *** research results suggest that the main problem of ZL fencing clubs is the lack of a clear management model and staff training *** research receives management enlightenment,draws on the experience and advice of model clubs in developing an organizational style and a style of staff training that is suitable for the club's current state and size in order to further grow in the future.

In view of the deficiencies of training technologies during constructing pear orchards by modern simplified dense-planting cultivation with ordinary pear seedlings widely used in production,a simple and easy-to-operate training method was proposed,mainly including constructing fence nets,determining low main trunks,leaving buds at the northwest position,multiple bud removal,winding and notching,simplified branch supporting,and simplified branch pulling.

The construction of innovation and entrepreneurship ability training system for college students under the background of educational informatization

At present, the auxiliary boiler simulation training system is still imperfect, and the realization of some functions and operations is relatively simple. Therefore, based on the marine engine simulation platform of Dalian Maritime University, this paper combined the existing intelligent assessment examination system, perfected boiler simulation training system, carried out system modeling, and the system model was put into the simulation platform. The system can be used for trainees’ training. We can simulate a fault by changing some parameters, and by some operation of interface, these parameters can return to normal. Thus, we can achieve the goal of training engineers’ ability to analyze and solve the system fault.

In order to deal with the complex international environment, such as " Industry 4.0 ", " Industrial Internet ", "made in Britain 2050 strategy ", meeting the wave of Made in China 2025 industrial revolution, the lack of personnel training mode in the current undergraduate education system and limitations of the talent training of virtual simulation laboratory are considered. The main task of this paper is to build the virtual simulation platform. Based on the above task, an effective way of talent cultivation mechanism is studied. In detail, the teaching pattern is the project-based learning mode. The objective is to adapt to market the needs of economic development in Linyi and the surrounding area. At the same time, the objective is to adapt to talent demand of enterprise and public institution. The research framework of high-level, practical and integrated talents is presented for the needs of economic construction and talents in enterprise or business. This research will establish the foundation for construction and popularization of training system of mechanical major under the virtual simulation platform built by teachers and students.

[Objective] This study was conducted to evaluate three training systems for Korla fragrant pear trees by comparing the characteristic parameters of light response curve and CO2 response curve, and to provide some theoretical basis for improving the pruning techniques of Korla fragrant pear trees. [Method] The light response curve and CO2 response curve of the trees trained to three systems were measured by LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system. The SPAD value was measured using SPAD-502 chlorophyll meter, and specific leaf weight was calculated, to evaluate the effects of the three training systems. [Result] The CO2 response curves of the three training systems were basically in agreement with their light response curves, but there were some differences in their characteristic parameters. Among the three training systems, the maximum net photosynthetic rate, apparent quantum yield and light compensation point of espalier trained trees were the highest, while their light saturation point was the lowest. The CO2 saturation point of delayed-open central leader trained trees and open center trained trees were 1 752 and 1 665 μmol/mol, both of which were much higher than that of espalier trained trees. In addition, the carboxylation efficiency and photorespiration rate of espalier trained trees were both higher than those of delayed-open central leader trained trees and open center trained trees, while the CO2 compensation point of espalier trained trees was the lowest. The leaf SPAD value of espalier trained trees was the largest, followed by that of open center trained trees, and the leaf SPAD value of delayed-open central leader trained trees was the smallest. In addition, the leaf area and specific leaf weight of espalier trained trees were both the highest, followed by those of open center trained trees.
