Found in the Trans-Himalayas of north-west Yunnan and south-east Tibet, the black-and-white snub-nosed monkey （Rhinopithecus bieti） is one of the world’s most endangered primates. A recent survey indicates that only 15 groups with 2500 individuals remain in the wild. However, the Tibetan Xiaochangdu group may be the only equilibrium group in the field since the last investigation in 1988. To evaluate the effects of traditional culture and socioeconomic activity on biodiversity conservation of R. bieti, we conducted a case study in the Honglaxueshan National Nature Reserve in southeast Tibet from June 2003 to May 2005. Interviews, direct observations, and analysis of socioeconomic data indicated major advantages to the conservation of R. bieti, which included that： 1） traditional culture mainly depended on raising livestock and collecting non-timber products rather than forest planting of Tibetan highland barley; 2） religious beliefs, against to kill any wildlife living on the sacred mountain, were mainly influenced by Tibetan Buddhism; and 3） bigger household numbers were induced by the polyandrous marriage system, which resulted in lower per capita resource consumption than smaller ones.

Agricultural biodiversity has a high importance in social-cultural,economic,and environmental aspects,and can help in adapting to and withstanding climate *** the GIAHS sites and the important components within them can help conserve the agricultural biodiversity and traditional agricultural culture of the whole *** study considered Ifugao Rice Terraces,Dong’s Rice-Fish-Duck System,and Hani Rice Terraces System as three examples which show that traditional culture can be used to protect agricultural biodiversity,while as a carrier of traditional culture,agricultural biodiversity also conveys and protects the traditional culture of the *** to the analyses,through several years of efforts,the status of agricultural biodiversity and traditional culture in them has ***,to further promote agricultural biodiversity conservation and traditional culture protection,several suggestions are made,such as establishing community seed banks;documenting and preserving traditional farming methods,techniques,and tools and developing participatory activities which encourage more farmers to participate in the protection work.

To study the relationship between the evolutions of Chinese traditional culture （CTC） and program organization, an outline of the CTC is generalized by reviewing literature, and which is also compartmentalized into two aspects according to economic philosophy views： traditional philosophy aspect and value judgment. Based on three dimensions, which are the philosophy aspect （P）, program organization model （P）, and value judgment from economic philosophy views （ V）, and this evolution sequence, the CTC＇s influence on the program organization model in the evolution is discussed; then the cultural spatial evolution model for program organization based on the three dimensions （PPV） is constructed. From analyzing the plane matrix of P-P and empirical investigating on the organizational model of construction enterprises, it is found that the ancient Chinese government organizational model still has prevailing influence on the modern program organizational model in China.

In this paper, we conduct the theoretical research on the effect of traditional culture for the ideological and political education of post-90s university students. The purpose of ideological and political education, and reflects the dynamic characteristics and the development requirements of the people. Fundamental characteristics of people different from animals, is a person with subjective initiative, or initiative. The purpose of man＇ s subjective initiative is the activities of man. traditional culture will effectively influence the students＇ attitude toward the classes. Therefore, it is more than necessary to combine the ideological and political education with traditional culture.

With the increasing significance and influence of English education in China, English culture's one-way input and the lack of native culture study give rise to college students' cultural identity anxiety to some extent. The paper firstly elaborates the impact of English learning on college students' cultural identity change; analyzes present situation of Chinese culture education in college English education; finally proposes five strategies for integrating Chinese culture elements into college English education.
